  • Patent number: 11441453
Abstract: An Oldham coupling includes: a driven Oldham flange that is formed at a drive-side rotor; a drive Oldham flange that is formed at a planetary rotor; and an Oldham intermediate that is configured to synchronize rotation of the driven Oldham flange and rotation of the drive Oldham flange. A thrust section is formed at a rotor plate portion which is a portion other than the Oldham coupling. The thrust section is configured to limit tilting of the planetary rotor relative to the driven Oldham flange when the thrust section contacts the planetary rotor in an axial direction. There is satisfied a relationship of ?2>?1 where: ?1 is a maximum tilt amount of the planetary rotor relative to the driven Oldham flange; and ?2 is a maximum tilt amount of the planetary rotor in a clearance formed at the Oldham coupling.

  • Patent number: 11434897
Abstract: A liquid feeding device includes a discharge channel, a pump part, a feeding pressure sensor, a non-discharge pressure sensor, a pre-compression part, and a pre-compression speed determination part. The pump part has plunger pumps connected in series or parallel. At least one of the plunger pumps is a closed pump in which communication with the discharge channel is disconnected during a non-discharge time. The pre-compression part causes the closed pump that is after the suction process for sucking the liquid into a pump chamber is completed and during the non-discharge time to execute a pre-compression process to perform a discharge operation until a non-discharge pressure is substantially the same as a feeding pressure based on output of the feeding pressure sensor and output of the non-discharge pressure sensor. The pre-compression speed determination part determines a pre-compression speed of the closed pump in the pre-compression process.

  • Patent number: 11428139
Abstract: An exhaust system assembly including a catalyst housing, a catalyst core, and a swirler tube positioned inside the catalyst housing. The swirler tube has a plurality of openings that permit radial exhaust flow into an inner volume of the swirler tube from the catalyst housing. One end of the swirler tube has blades that extend inward and include oblique surfaces arranged at oblique angles relative to a centerline axis of the swirler tube. These blades induce a vortex in the exhaust gases exiting the first swirler tube end. The swirler tube is arranged inside the catalyst housing such that a sequential flow path is created where the exhaust gases flowing through the catalyst housing must first pass through the openings in the swirler tube and then by the blades at the first swirler tube end.
