Abstract: A hermetic power terminal feed-through for use in high-pressure applications is disclosed as including a fused pin subassembly includes a tubular reinforcing member and a current-conducting pin. The pin passes through the tubular reinforcing member and is fixed thereto by a fusible sealing material to create a hermetic seal. The fused pin subassembly is then joined and hermetically sealed to a terminal body. A method for manufacturing the high-pressure hermetic power terminal feed-through is also disclosed.

Abstract: A junction box includes a first cover plate that covers a first open side defined by a main body, and a second cover plate that covers a second open side defined by the main body. The second cover plate includes a mounting pad to attach an electrical component thereto. The electrical component is disposed in an inner cavity defined by the main body when the second cover plate is in a closed position. Further, the junction box includes a fastening device that retains the first cover plate and the second cover plate in the closed position and operates without interfering with a mounting structure in which the junction box is disposed. Furthermore, the junction box includes chamfer walls and wire traps disposed thereon to receive and pass electrical wiring cables into the junction box therethrough.

Abstract: A remodel recessed luminaire includes a housing can that defines a first slope and a junction box that defines a second slope. Further, the housing can includes a channel to retain a thermoprotector therein, the channel being defined by an indentation formed in a top wall of the housing can. The junction box includes a top cover that is coupled to a main body of the junction box and the top wall of the housing can such that the top cover encloses a wire management cavity that is formed by the channel that is communication with a second cavity defined by the main body. Furthermore, the junction box includes a coupling feature to attach an electrical component to the junction box. The first slope and the second slope operate in unison to fit the remodel recessed luminaire through small ceiling apertures and/or ceiling apertures in thick ceilings.

Abstract: A recessed, deployable ceiling box assembly includes a ceiling frame-mounting member and a ceiling box member, a support member for securing the ceiling frame-mounting member to a ceiling structural member and one or more connector members for attaching the ceiling box member to the ceiling frame-mounting member. The ceiling box member is deployable from a retracted position, where the ceiling box member is retained within the ceiling frame-mounting member at or above the height of the ceiling, to a deployed position, where the ceiling box member hangs by the connector member below the height of the ceiling. A door may be used to cover the contents of the deployable ceiling box assembly.

Abstract: To provide a wiring harness and a routing structure of the wiring harness able to prevent high temperature and its influence caused by heat generation. A wiring harness includes a harness main body having a plurality of high voltage conducting lines. The high voltage conducting lines are arranged with gaps between the adjacent high voltage conducting lines. Further, the plurality of high voltage conducting lines are arranged to maintain an interval as the gap. It becomes a routing structure of the wiring harness when curved portions of such high voltage conducting lines are directly or indirectly made contact with a shield cover covering the wiring harness. Because the high voltage conducting lines of the wiring harness are arranged with gaps between the adjacent high voltage conducting lines, radiation performance of the wiring harness is better than the wiring harness of which high voltage conducting lines are bundled.

Abstract: A grommet assembly to support a wiring harness passing through an opening in a panel, the assembly including two rotationally symmetrical components coupled together along a primary coupling face to form a harness-receiving passage therethrough. Each rotationally symmetrical component including a first, thermoplastic structural portion integrated with a second, resilient sealing portion. The structural portions including a plurality of interlocking elements cooperating to couple the components together, and a plurality of retention arms engageable against the panel to retain the assembly and panel together. The sealing portion forming an outer sealing lip having a lip distal edge engageable against a surface of the panel adjacent the opening. The outer sealing lip including lap joints adjacent opposite sides of the primary coupling face. The structural portions including reinforcement tabs extending over each lap joint and designed to resist separation of the lap joints.

Abstract: Provided herein in some embodiments is an quick-connect electrical junction box including a front cover, a bus module, and a back cover configured to fit together and form the quick-connect electrical junction box. The front cover can include a front face including a number of sockets configured to accept a number of prongs of one or more electrical accessory modules. The front cover can also include a back face including a number of clamp tunnels corresponding to the number of sockets. The bus module can include a front face including a bus assembly fixed to the bus-module front face, wherein the bus assembly can include a number of clamps correspondingly disposed in the number clamp tunnels. The bus module can also include a back face including a number of bus assembly-connected wire lugs fixed thereto for wiring the quick-connect electrical junction box to a circuit breaker or another quick-connect electrical junction box.

Abstract: An interlocking floor box assembly including one or more electrical boxes which may be securely ganged together to form a multi-gang floor box for mounting one or more electrical components, such as duplex outlets, directly in a concrete pour area or in a floor above a concrete base. Opposing side walls include an internal hub and an external hub respectively for interlocking two or more electrical boxes together. Other embodiments may include a tab and a corresponding slot on opposing walls on the electrical boxes to enable interlocking two or more boxes. The interlocking floor box assembly enables secure side to side interlocking of two or more boxes to form a multi-gang floor box. A cover plate and a lid assembly enable plug in of electrical cords into the duplex outlets with the plug ends of the cords recessed below the floor level.

In an embodiment, the present invention is a system that includes a network appliance, and a network cabinet having a bottom portion, a center portion providing a plurality of rack unit spaces, a top portion, and a network appliance mounting kit positioned in the top portion. The network appliance mounting kit includes a mounting feature for attaching the network appliance to the network cabinet such that the network appliance does not interfere with any one of the plurality of rack unit spaces.

Abstract: A powered wall mount includes a cover plate and a mount head in electrical communication with one another. The cover plate is configured to cover an electrical outlet in a wall without blocking any sockets. The cover plate includes a pair of resilient contacts that resiliently contact respective terminals of a pair of terminals of the electrical outlet upon mating of the cover plate with the electrical outlet. The mount head, which may be attached to the wall near the electrical outlet, includes a device mounting surface, at least one connector configured to hold a portable electronic device at the device mounting surface, and a power transfer mechanism configured to transfer power to the device when held at the device mounting surface. The connector(s) may be magnetic. Conveniently, the device may be attached to the mount head, used indefinitely while drawing power as needed, and then detached.

Abstract: An electrical outlet cover with a lid having a configurable protrusion or recess to accommodate different uses and weather resistance states. The electrical outlet cover includes a base coupled to an electrical outlet and a lid hingedly coupled to the base along a first side. The lid includes a frame with a central aperture and a telescoping enclosure with a flange at a front edge of a sleeve, the flange extending outward from the sleeve. The sleeve may include a ledge extending outward from the sleeve adjacent a back edge of the sleeve on at least two sides of the sleeve. The sleeve is slidably coupled within the central aperture and movable between an expanded position and a collapsed position. The flange may abut the frame in the collapsed position and the ledge may abut the frame in the expanded position.

A fixing board of a cable fixing assembly includes a joint hole, a no-return block and a hook. The joint hole is formed through the fixing board. The no-return block is formed adjacent to the joint hole and includes a guiding slope and a no-return surface. The hook is disposed on the fixing board to fix conductive stranded wires in the cable body. The joint portion and the lock body are inserted into the joint hole and are rotated by an angle, and the lock body moves on the guiding slope and then is locked by the no-return surface.

The electronic device includes a housing in which a coupling groove is formed, a cover including a hook detachably fit to the coupling groove, the cover configured to detachably couple to the housing by the hook, and a sealing band disposed on an inner side of the cover configured to contact at least a part of a surface of the housing which faces the cover when the cover is coupled to the housing, wherein the sealing band has a rib extending towards the housing, at least a part of the rib being bent in a specific direction. The first bellows portion and the second bellows portion include recessed grooves extending in a circumferential direction of the tubular member and projection strips extending in the circumferential direction of the tubular member. The recessed grooves and projection strips are alternately arranged in a longitudinal direction of the tubular member. In the first bellows portion and the second bellows portion, a pitch which is a distance from one of the recessed grooves to a next recessed groove through one of the projection strips is set as a first distance and a second distance which is longer than the first distance.
