Abstract: A collapsible intermodal shipping container is provided. The container includes door frame posts and sidewalls that are each segmented into long and short portions that enable the door frames and sidewalls to articulate. When collapsed, the long portions of the door frame posts lie folded at right angles to the short portions of the door frame posts and the long portions of the sidewalls lie folded at right angles to the short portions of the sidewalls.

Abstract: A protective bottle enclosure for removably enclosing a bottle having a bottleneck ending in an open mouth. The enclosure includes a base section, a body, and a removable cap. The base section includes a cylindrical base sidewall secured to a perimeter of a base bottom wall and an open top. The body can removably engage the base section to cover the open top thereof. The removable cap includes a cap sidewall and a stopper that can removably engage the open mouth of the bottle. The stopper includes a stopper body and an annular ring extending radially outward from the stopper body. In use, the protective bottle enclosure can surround the bottle and seal the open mouth of the bottle when the base section is engaged with the body and the removable cap is engaged with the neck section.

Abstract: A mixing bowl assembly includes a bowl that has handles extending outwardly from the bowl. A lid is selectively coupled to the bowl. The lid includes an outer circumferential frame and grasping portions that extend outwardly from the outer circumferential frame. A planar wooden trivet is selectively coupled with the lid, wherein the planar wooden trivet defines at least a servicing position of the lid. A glass dome is selectively coupled to the planar wooden trivet and includes a handgrip that is selectively disposed within the bowl.

Abstract: Provided herein is a disclosure of a refuse container including a typical plastic refuse bag article therein that is inaccessible without opening the container itself. Such a refuse container is provided with a locked door component that leads to a removable inner receptacle with a top-placed cover sleeve. Such an inner receptacle slides into place under above-extended structures that under which the cover sleeve is positioned, the above-extended structures including an opening that leads to the positioned sleeve with a like-shaped opening therein. Additionally, the refuse container includes an outer opening along a side portion thereof that leads to a curved ramp itself leading to the opening aligned with the cover sleeve and inner receptacle. With this overall design, a plastic bag and cannot be removed without sliding the inner receptacle with the locked door opened.

Abstract: A single button allows a pot handle to be used as a pot stand, and thus there is no need for a separate additional component or handle. Even when a pot handle is used, a portion used in a folded state is protected by a holding projection and a protruding cover. In addition, a portion connected to a pot is spaced a certain distance from the pot, thus minimizing the amount of heat conducted when cooking food. A lateral movement prevention member is provided at the outer diameter of the bottom surface of a fixing piece and minimizes the lateral movement of the pot handle when the pot handle is used as the stand, and thus the pot handle can be safely used as the stand.

Abstract: Present embodiments relate to an insulating device. More specifically, but without limitation, present embodiments relate to an insulating device that accommodates bottles of differing size and shape by comprising an expandable boot that accommodates bottles of differing size and shape.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods are presented for nesting lid containers. An apparatus includes a first container that includes a bottom, at least one container side wall located perpendicular to a first surface of the bottom and extending from the first surface of the bottom to an open top to form a container, at least one divider side wall configured to partition the container into a plurality of sections, and a suction-type element located on a second surface of the bottom opposite the first surface, the suction-type element configured to selectively adhere the first container to a surface. An apparatus includes a second container that is configured to receive the at least one container side wall of the first container and selectively be secured to the first container such that the second container acts as a lid for the first container.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a beverage apparatus. The beverage apparatus includes a beverage holder. The beverage apparatus includes a beverage opener coupled to the beverage holder. The beverage opener includes a central portion and an annular member that extends about the central portion. The beverage opener is shaped to receive in part a bottle cap between the central portion and the annular member. The beverage opener is shaped to wedge a bottle cap between the central portion and the annular member. There is additionally provided a beverage apparatus that includes a beverage holder and a beverage retaining assembly coupled thereto. The beverage retaining assembly includes an outer flange having one or more flange passageways. The one or more flange passageways are shaped to enable air from the interior of the beverage holder to exit therefrom as a beverage is inserted into the beverage holder.

Abstract: Disclosed is a tank foot ring comprising: a body for supporting a pressurized tank made of polymeric material; and the body having an open end enclosing a hollow space or spaces on which a bottom portion of the pressurized tank rests and wherein the open end is in air flow communication with such hollow space or spaces, and an opposing surface for contacting a ground surface on which the foot ring rests. The opposing surface has a series of openings for drainage of water from the hollow space or spaces. Further provided is a collar for mounting on a top portion of a pressurized tank. The collar comprises: a body, a fastening system and a rotatable lid disposed on the collar. Further provided is a collar with a window cut-out for viewing tank data and a regulator mounting clip for securing a regulator of the tank in place during use.

Abstract: The present invention is an improved trash receptacle comprising a frame which houses an inner bin. The inner bin has an open bottom covered by a storage tray and a bin tray that can slide out from an opening in a front of the trash receptacle for ease of cleaning. The storage tray stores replacement trash bags that can be pulled out of an opening in a center of the bin tray. The bin tray has raised edges as well as the opening which has a raised lip encircling the opening, which prevents any spillage from a trash bag lining the inner bin to spill into the storage container. The trash receptacle also comprises a halo lid which seals a top of the trash bag lining the inner bin to prevent slipping of the liner.

Abstract: A packaging material including one or more expandable layers that provide protection to contents of a packaging enclosure formed with the packaging material. The packaging material includes at least a first layer and a second layer bonded to one another. The first layer is pulled or extended in a first direction that is effective to cause the second layer to expand in a second direction. The second layer is a cut-patterned layer which creates structural strength in the packaging material when expanded.

Abstract: A bowl may be configured to include an outer body that has a u-shaped cross section, and the outer body may have a bottom configured to support the bowl on a surface, the bottom also including a circular groove around a circumference of the bottom and a bracket within the circular groove, wherein a foot is inserted within the groove, and wherein the foot is secured to the circular groove by the bracket. The bowl may include an inner body, wherein the inner body is concave and dome-shaped. The inner body may hold a liquid or solid, and the inner body is connected to an upper edge of the outer body. An internal cavity is formed by the outer body and inner body, and the internal cavity is insulative. The connection formed by the upper edge of the outer body and the inner body may be seamless.

Abstract: A cooking appliance is provided. The cooking appliance comprises a cooker body for receiving food and a lid for covering the cooker body. The cooking appliance has a front side for facilitating cooking operations and a rear side spaced apart from the front side. The cooker body comprises at least one latch slot disposed on an inclined rear side of the cooker body. The lid comprises at least one latch bar disposed on a periphery thereof and extending outwardly therefrom. When the lid is detached from the cooker body, the latch bar is operable to be inserted into the corresponding latch slot to secure the lid at the inclined rear side of the cooker body, allowing a user to secure the lid to the latch slot without reaching a rear side of the cooker body by hand, and to retrieve the food without accidentally contacting the lid.

Abstract: The unitary coupling assembly closure of the present invention comprising an inner cork with an outer cylindrical cap body; wherein the inner cork comprises a cork-ring that cover the opening of a container, when the cork-ring center is extended, it becomes the cork-body that fits inside the opening of a container when the unitary coupling assembly closure gets screwed onto the container. This invention allows a container to be uncorked simply by unscrewing the unitary coupling assembly closure and removing it from the opening of the container.

Abstract: A collapsible container assembly that includes a first lateral side wall having a door frame and a first shear wall, a second lateral side wall that opposes the first lateral side wall and includes a wall panel and a second shear wall, an outboard wall that includes upper and lower panels that are pivotably connected to one another, an inboard wall that opposes the outboard wall and includes upper and lower panels that are pivotably connected to one another, a base and a top. The first shear wall is pivotable between a use position where the first shear wall is not positioned in the door frame interior and a stowed position where the first shear wall is positioned in the door frame interior. The second shear wall is pivotable between a use position where the second shear wall is not positioned in the wall panel interior and a stowed position where the second shear wall is positioned in the wall panel interior.

Abstract: A garbage can provided with an airtight means for preventing odor leakage is provided. In the garbage can, garbage odors may be prevented from leaking into a gap between a cover for opening and closing an inlet for garbage of the garbage can in a casement method and an upper cap provided with the inlet for garbage formed thereon, and also the cover is automatically sealed and opened by the airtight means only by using a pressurizing panel used to open and close the cover without any additional operation, thereby providing convenience of use.

Abstract: A main body for a carrying box includes first and second side walls, and a pair of first connection walls and a pair of second connection walls that are pivotally hinged to opposite ends of the first and second side walls and are pivotally hinged to each other. The main body further includes a latch assembly having a bracket and a latch disposed at the first and second side walls, respectively. When the first and second connection walls pivot, a distance between the first and second side walls is reduced and a volume of the main body is reduced. The bracket is automatically fastened to the latch as the bracket and the latch are pressed toward each other.

Abstract: In multiple embodiments, a collapsible container includes a base and a plurality of walls pivotably connected to edges of the base and collapsible onto the base. The plurality of walls include a retractable first wall. The first wall includes a frame having a lower horizontal portion and a pair of upstanding vertical portions extending upward from the lower horizontal portion to define an access opening therebetween. An upper beam is slidably coupled to the vertical portions and movable between a first position away from the lower horizontal portion of the frame and a second position proximate the lower horizontal portion of the frame. In some embodiments, the first wall includes a mid-beam coupled to the upper beam. The mid-beam is spaced away from the upper beam and spaced away from the lower horizontal portion of the frame when the upper beam is in the first position.

Abstract: A commercial hybrid tank includes a metal liner with an upper wall and a lower wall. The upper wall and the lower wall define a cavity therebetween. A weld joint joins the upper and lower walls together. A fiber winding layer is wrapped around an outer surface of the metal liner. A method for manufacturing a commercial hybrid tank includes overlapping surfaces of an upper wall and a lower wall to form a metal liner defining a cavity. The method includes joining the surface of the upper wall and the surface of the lower wall together by welding to form a weld joint between the upper wall and the lower wall. The method includes wrapping the metal liner with a fiber winding layer around an outer surface of the metal liner to form a hybrid tank.
