Abstract: Apparatus and methods are disclosed for sealing openings on containers and other structures, permitting selective removal of portions of the seal structure, and for similar selective removal of portions of adhesive elements such as bandages.
Abstract: A unitary disposable beverage container sleeve that can also be used as a coaster and that can be comprised of (optionally recyclable) cardstock for economically imprinting with advertising logos or slogans. The upper body vertical rectangular edges are connected to form sides of the sleeve and a gusset extends across the diameter at the lower edge to form the base of the sleeve. The gusset has a hinge that opens and closes the sleeve. Arched grooves positioned at that lower edge above the gusset where the gusset attaches to opposing sides of the sleeve allows flex in the sleeve and affords a level base.
Abstract: A cooler capable of achieving a sufficient temperature gradient between an inside of the cooler and an outside of the cooler such that at least a partial vacuum forms within the cooler may include an enclosure defined by at least one wall and a lid. The lid may form a relatively airtight seal with a wall of the cooler when in a closed position. A vacuum release assembly may be disposed in one of the walls or lid of the cooler, the assembly being capable of reducing a pressure differential between the enclosure and the outside of the cooler.

Abstract: Disclosed is a container apparatus for shipping fragile items, such as beer and wine bottles. The container apparatus can include a housing and a cushioning member positioned within the interior of the housing. The housing can include first and second complementary sections that are releasably attached to each other by a plurality of complementary attachment members. The cushioning member can be made of a shock absorbing material and a bottle can be positioned within a cylindrical cavity formed in the cushioning member, which provides a barrier between the bottle and the housing that can absorb force from an impact to the housing thereby protecting the bottle from damage.

Abstract: A foldable frame for containers has a polygonal base mount made of studs and an upper mount parallel to the base mount made of studs. The polygonal base mount and the upper mount are connected together by means of columns of equal length. The columns are formed of at least two sections of the same length, and the adjacent sections are joined together by a hinged member, the hinged member containing a first bushing connected to a slider movably disposed in the cavity of the first section, a second bushing having common axle with the first bushing and secured to the locking member arranged in the inner cavity of the adjacent second section, with a hinge pin provided in the bushings.
Abstract: A device for lining a trash receptacle; the device includes a body and a top-lip, the top-lip configured to attach to a top of the trash receptacle. In some embodiments, a zip tie is provided to tighten the top-lip around the top of the trash receptacle. The device has a structured base allowing the device to stand up-right whilst in the trash receptacle. In some embodiments, the device includes a handle to allow for quick and easy removal of the device from the trash receptacle.
Abstract: A locking container lid with actuating handle and an accompanying container to which the locking container lid is able to be selectively secured. The locking container lid with actuating system that includes a spring-loaded handle and an alignment system that ensures the handle can only be actuated when the container lid is upright. It also has a locking mechanism that includes spring-loaded opposing locking wings that move laterally and are sized to engage substantially more than half of the rim of the accompanying container when in a locked position. The locking container lid with actuating handle and accompanying container are structured so that once it is locked on the accompanying container, the locking container lid can freely rotate around the accompanying container but cannot be lifted off absent actuation of the actuating handle while the container lid and accompanying container are standing upright.

Abstract: Provided are ceramic compositions and containers, in each case comprising a ceramic (e.g., porcelain, stoneware, porcelain, or ceramic composition having properties of both) composition to which an amount of alumina has been added to provide a ceramic composition comprising 20% to 25% (wt./wt.) alumina, preferably about 22% (wt./wt.) alumina, providing a stronger material, such that wall thicknesses (e.g., of double-walled beverage containers) can be reduced or minimized to create a lighter double-walled ceramic container. The disclosed containers have a chemical and porous structure suitable for a wide array of stoneware glazes, and display water absorption rate properties comparable to stoneware. Abstract: Implementations disclosed and claimed herein provide a customized storage system. In one implementation, a folding crate movable between a storage position and a collapsed position is provided. The crate may include a first frame end of a crate having a first frame, a second frame end having a second frame disposed opposite the first frame, and a base panel fixed to and extending between the second frame. The crate may include swinging panels that are releasably secured to the second frame when the crate is in a storage position and rotatable about a swinging axis at the first frame to move the crate into a collapsed position. The crate may also include folding panels pivotally mounted to the first frame and the second frame that are foldable along a folding axis when the crate moves into the collapsed position.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a container device capable of storing and discharging liquid. A container device according to the present disclosure includes a pouch having the elastic property; a rigid container having a rigid outer case compared to the pouch and having a container opening at one side thereof; a coupling unit coupled to the container opening and for coupling an opening of the pouch with the container opening; and an air passage formed at the rigid container or the coupling unit. When the pressure is applied to the inside of the pouch and the volume of the pouch is increased, the volume of a space between the pouch and the rigid container is reduced by an increase in the volume of the pouch, such that the air in the space is discharged to the outside of the rigid container through the air passage to perform the depressurization of the space.

A plurality of tracks disposed in the base on the interior of the container. The tracks are configured to accept at least one divider therein. Dividers are placed in the container to create partitions. The container has a lip located at the top of the sidewalls. A lid may be included with the container to seal the container. In one embodiment the lid creates a waterproof seal. Handles may extend from the sidewall such that the handles can be used to carry the container.

Abstract: A drink container and three position plug lid for use therewith. The lid includes a tubular seal with a flexible perimeter seal wall attached between upper and lower seal carriers, a lifter member attached to the lower seal carrier and a cam member to control movement of the lower seal carrier relative to the upper seal carrier and thereby laterally flex and axially move the perimeter seal wall and move the lid between closed and opened positions where the lid is retained within the drink container against removal, and a removal position permitting removal of the lid for washing the lid and drink container.
