The light condensing lens, on the irradiation pattern forming member, makes the farthest location brightest and the nearest location darkest in an upper-lower direction, and diffuses the light emitted from the light source more in a width direction, which is orthogonal to an optical axis direction and to the upper-lower direction, than in the upper-lower direction.
