Each of the one or more ECCEs comprises a plurality of Resource Element (RE) sets distributed in a second time-frequency resources within the first time-frequency resources. Indexes of the second time-frequency resources of including the plurality of RE sets are determined based on a specific value obtained by dividing a number of the first time-frequency resources by a number of the plurality of RE sets in the each of one or more ECCEs.
