Abstract: This document describes a non-transitory computer readable media programmed to enrich an entered record submitted to be matched with a dataset record stored on a data storage device. The enrichment is done by supplementing data in the entered record with customer data from a dataset. The media is further programmed to search through a plurality of dataset records in the dataset for the entered record. The search is programmed to first determine if the entered record unambiguously matches one of the dataset records or if the entered record unambiguously does not match one of the dataset records. If the entered record does not unambiguously match one of the dataset records, score match characteristics using a Fellegi-Sunter algorithm, save the score as a highest score if the score is above the highest score less a threshold, and save a location of one of the dataset records as a matching record if the score is above a previous highest score.

Abstract: The description relates to an interactive physical product browsing experience. One example includes a display system for displaying objects. The display system comprises a plurality of object displays each comprising an object store, a robot for moving objects to and from a repository, a user input receiving means, and a processing means. The processing means is configured to cause the object displays to display some of the objects, monitor user behaviour using the user input receiving means, and cause the robot to move an object from the repository to one of the object stores based on the user behaviour.

Abstract: Disclosed is a technology for collecting item-level transaction information for interactive payment experience. According to one embodiment, a merchant server can maintain a database including the information of financial accounts having a particular classification. The classification indicates that these financial accounts are associated with a payment service system. When the merchant server determines a requested financial transaction involves a financial account classified in the database, the merchant server transmits the item-level transaction information to the payment service system. The payment service system receives the item-level transaction information in real-time or near real-time and generates an interactive digital transaction receipt for a consumer.

Abstract: A computer-implemented system and method for managing and visualizing financial transaction data is disclosed. Rows of financial data are managed as data objects with a reorganizable node tree hierarchy. A user interface visualization system supports an interactive user interface with a client device. In some implementations, a user may reorganize the node hierarchy, define dimension, communicate on a node-based basis, and assign directly responsible individuals to nodes.

Abstract: A method, computer system, and computer program product are provided for processing wage payments to an employee according to an employee-specified pay schedule. A computer system receives a payroll event for an employee. In response to receiving the payroll event, the computer system interprets a first structured data object for processing payroll. In interpreting the first structured data object, the computer system identifies an employee-specified pay schedule according to an employee context interpreted from the first structured data object. In interpreting the first structured data object, the computer system determines that a wage payment should be made to the employee according to the employee-specified pay schedule. Responsive to determining that the wage payment should be made, the computer system transmits an order for the wage payment to the employee to a specified wage payment proxy server via a network using a specified communication channel to pay the employee.

Abstract: A mobile banking reconciliation application allows a user to reconcile a business's records with banking records associated with one or more accounts of the business. The mobile banking reconciliation application can access an accounting system to obtain business records and banking records associated with the business. The banking records and business records may be displayed as a set of cards that a user can scroll and/or flip through (e.g., using the touch screen of a mobile device). The related business records displayed may be a suggestion that is based on a determination that the banking record likely matches the business record. The user may identify the appropriate business record for the particular bank record being reconciled from existing business records, or the user may create a new business record.

Abstract: A method for provenance and illicit product control involves generating a unique identifier for a product unit, generating a unique identifier for a subunit of the product unit, and recording locations of the product unit and the subunit of the product unit to a blockchain in association with the unique identifiers. The blockchain includes linked data blocks containing sequential records of locations and quantities of product units and subunits of the product units moved through a product distribution supply chain. The method further involves tracking movement of the product unit and the subunit of the product unit through the product distribution supply chain, detecting an inconsistency between a record on the blockchain and movement of the product unit or the subunit of the product unit through the product distribution supply chain and outputting an indication of the inconsistency.

In an example, server(s) associated with a payment processing service may receive, from a point-of-sale (POS) device associated with a merchant, an order associated with at least one item available for purchase from a physical location of the merchant. The server(s) may store the order in a storage data structure. In an example, the server(s) may determine an occurrence of a trigger event and may update a status of the order based at least in part on the trigger event. In some examples, the trigger event may correspond to an interruption in a connection with the POS device, fulfillment of the order, etc. The status of the order can indicate whether the order is to be sent to the POS device, removed from the storage data structure, etc.

Abstract: In some examples, a computing device receives, from a point of sale (POS) device of a merchant, an authorization request for authorizing a payment instrument for a transaction for an item. The computing device sends an authorization approval to the POS device, and determines that a user is eligible for a loan for an amount and the loan is to be repaid at a particular frequency during a period of time. The computing device determines that an amount of the transaction is less than or equal to the amount, and causes an offer for the loan to be presented via a user interface of a payment application that is executable by a user device of the user. Based on acceptance of the loan, the computing device applies the loan funds to the transaction for the item, and the loan is repaid at the particular frequency.

In one embodiment, a system is configured to determine a location of the system is within a proximity threshold of a location and transmit an arrival indication to a remote computing device. The system is also configured to receive an encryption key from the remote computing device and detect a client device located at the location. The encryption key can be transmitted to the client device for validation that the location of the computing device is the location.

Abstract: A unique animated graphical user interface for improving the tracking of documents is described herein. The user interface comprises of symbols that move across a line to represent the status of that document. The line may be separated into quadrants. To facilitate this graphical user interface, a non-transitory machine-readable media is programmed to store invoices in a list in a database and count the number of invoices in each quadrant in the list in the database. The first quadrant may include a representation of the number of new documents that are not yet uploaded. The second quadrant may include a representation of the number of uploaded documents that may not be able to process without further analysis. The third quadrant may include a representation of the number of uploaded documents that have been automatically processed by the software and are ready to submit electronically. The fourth quadrant may include a representation of the number of documents submitted electronically.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates generally to systems and methods that enable access control for digital objects based on measured physiological signals of a user. A method of operation of a human mind interface (HMI) system includes measuring, via a physiological sensor of a HMI device, a brain pattern of a user while the user retrieves a digital object after training. The method includes identifying, via a processor of the HMI device, the measured brain pattern stored in a memory of the HMI device, and determining, via the processor, the digital object stored in the memory that is associated with the identified brain pattern. The method includes accessing, via the processor, the digital object and retrieving information contained in the digital object and providing, via the processor of the HMI device, the information contained in the digital object to a recipient on behalf of the user.

Abstract: Various systems, apparatuses, and methods are described herein for enabling secure communication protocols for proximity-based validation in distributed multi-device frameworks. Distributed multi-device frameworks present unique challenges when it comes to ensuring that user communications between various devices and over variable-security communication mediums remain secure. To address the noted challenges, some embodiments of the present invention provide for an apparatus configured to establish secure communications with a central system using wallet identifying data that is configured to secure data transfers between the apparatus and the central system. In accordance with some embodiments, devices communicating on proposed networks are arranged in a manner and using a network architecture that is configured to optimize overall network security and system integrity.

Abstract: A receipt capture device can collect transaction information from transactions conducted at a point of sale system by capturing receipt data transmitted from the point of sale system for the purpose of printing receipts at an external receipt printer. The receipt capture device can then send the collected receipt data to an online system for analysis. At the online system, received receipt data can be decoded from the printer-readable format it is transmitted in and used to enhance the online system's understanding of transactions occurring at a retailer associated with the point of sale system. For example, the online system can determine an approximate inventory of items available at purchase at the retailer by aggregating items recently purchased in transactions at the point of sale system.
