  • Patent number: 11884103
Abstract: The present document provides a spring support device and a vehicle having the same. The spring support device includes a first support unit for supporting a damper spring. The first support unit includes a first support body configured for being connected to a vehicle body, and a spring support which is detachably fixed to the first support body. Due to the separation arrangement between the spring support and the first support body, suitable first support body and spring support can be selected as required, which can satisfy requirements of different vehicles in the vehicle modification process. Since the spring support is separated from the first support body, an area between the spring support and the first support body can be sprayed before assembly when spraying protective paint. Therefore, it is convenient to spray protective paint efficiently.

  • Patent number: 11885374
Abstract: A propeller shaft (PS) has a balance piece (9) on the outer peripheral side of a stub shaft body section (31) of a stub shaft (3), which is axially separated from both spline sections (25, 34), which are spline fitting sections. Due to this configuration, changes in the gap in both spline sections (25, 34) when the balance piece (9) is welded are minimized, and the occurrence of new rotational imbalance can be minimized. As a result, rotational imbalance in the propeller shaft (PS) due to the balance piece (9) can be corrected appropriately and easily.

  • Patent number: 11865988
Abstract: PROBLEM: To provide a side airbag device that can be stored compactly. RESOLUTION MEANS The present invention is an airbag device to be stowed in a vehicle seat, comprising: an airbag cushion that restrains an occupant by expanding and deploying; an inflator arranged on the inner side of the seat frame which supplies expansion gas to the airbag cushion; and a cover member made of a ductile material that melts and shrinks under heat and pressure to retain the airbag cushion. The airbag cushion includes a rear chamber section where the inflator is stowed, and a front chamber section that extends forward from the rear chamber section that is arranged outside of the seat frame when stowed. The cover member is then configured to heat and pressurize the region corresponding to the front chamber section of the airbag cushion, thereby pressurizing and retaining the relevant section of the airbag cushion.
