  • Patent number: 9751666
Abstract: A lid for a container is described. The lid has a basin that is designed to enhance the user's olfactory experience when drinking a beverage from the container and lid. As the user tilts the container and lid to take a drink, the beverage pours through an opening on the basin valley and flows across a sipping surface area to the user's mouth, thus allowing the beverage to aerate, evaporate, and cool. The basin is sized and dimensioned to channel and concentrate the vapor rising from the beverage towards the user's nose as the user sips the beverage. The basin and the opening are sized and dimensioned to provide a comfortable and secure feeling when drinking hot beverages. In this manner, the lid enhances the drinker's olfactory experience and provides better controllability of the flow of a hot beverage to prevent burn injuries.

  • Patent number: 9718584
Abstract: A multi-purpose container system includes a first container that has attached to it opposed pairs of legs. Each pair of legs may pivot from a first position to a second position rotated about 180 degrees. In the second position of the legs, the first container may be supported inverted with its opening facing downward. In that orientation, a recessed area is facing upward and has a periphery sized to receive a second container. The second container may be placed with its bottom edges received within the recessed area to support the second container. In that orientation, the second container is significantly elevated from a floor surface. Thus, tools and supplies may be stored within the second container elevated off the floor allowing a workman easy access to the interior of the second container to retrieve tools and supplies while performing work.

  • Patent number: 9717356
Abstract: The present invention provides a cup sleeve formed with a reverse damping structure having one or more rings inwardly bent and annularly arranged on one or both of the edge and the inner periphery of the cup sleeve, so when the mentioned cup sleeve is sleeved with a cup-shaped or bottle-shaped or can-shaped container, the anti-slip damping for enhancing the anti-loose function is provided by the reverse damping structure, thus the cup sleeve is less likely to be released from the cup-shaped or bottle-shaped or can-shaped container, and with the reverse damping structure, the interval formed between the cup sleeve and the cup-shaped or bottle-shaped or can-shaped container is enlarged thereby increasing the thermal insulation effect.

  • Patent number: 9713402
Abstract: Disclosed is a container lid for vacuum sealing which generates negative pressure in the internal space of a container, which is provided by covering the open upper part of a container main body, and seals same. An annular packing is mounted so as to go around the inner surface of a lid main body, and a check valve is mounted in the inner part of the outer surface of the lid main body. The check valve generates negative pressure in the internal space of the container by allowing air inside the container to flow to the outside but preventing outside air from flowing into the container when a pressure difference occurs between the inside and outside of the container. A plurality of self catching protrusions are provided respectively at a plurality of points on the edges of the lid main body, and a plurality of locking members are mounted respectively and pivotably in sections adjacent to the plurality of self catching protrusions.
