The first end of the sleeve body further having a drip kerchief contiguous with the surface of the first end, the drip kerchief comprising a folded-over portion (1) extending around the circumference of the first end, and (2) extending from the first end towards the second end.

Abstract: A lid for a storage receptacle includes a substantially planar top panel including a plurality of openings, a substantially planar slideable closure having a plurality of closure portions capable of closing each of the plurality of openings in the top panel, and a plurality of accessible portions capable of allowing access through each of the plurality of openings in the top panel. The lid further includes a guide mechanism capable of guiding the slideable closure between a first position and a second position, and an activation mechanism capable of receiving an input to move the slideable closure between one of the first position and the second position along the guide mechanism.

Abstract: A bottomed cylindrical bottle formed of a synthetic resin material through biaxially oriented blow molding, includes a bottom portion of the bottle having a bottom wall portion, the bottom wall portion including a ground portion disposed at an outer circumferential edge portion, a rising circumferential wall portion continuously extending upward so as to be connected to the ground portion from an inside in a bottle radial direction, a movable wall portion protruding from an upper end portion of the rising circumferential wall portion toward the inside in the bottle radial direction, and a recessed circumferential wall portion having a diameter in the bottle radial direction such that the diameter gradually decreases in a direction from an inner end portion of the movable wall portion toward an upper side thereof, an annular recess depressed upward being formed at the movable wall portion in a circumferential direction thereof.

Abstract: An interlock assembly for a door latch mechanism of a door in a container for bulk material that has an interior lined with a membrane for holding fluid. The interlock assembly includes a plunger in an aperture formed through the door, which moves between an extended position, where the plunger extends into the interior of the container, and a locked position, where the plunger is urged outwardly from of the interior of the container. A spring is positioned to apply a force to urge the plunger to the extended position. A lock member is connected to move with the plunger between the extended position and the locked position. The spring force is selected to enable the membrane, under static pressure of fluid within the container, to urge the plunger to the locked position, thereby engaging the lock member to interlock against operation of the door latch.

Abstract: A luggage case with two zipper pockets includes: a case body, a first zipper pocket and a second zipper pocket. The front surface of the luggage case body is a multi-stepped surface, and the first and second zipper pockets are provided on the front surface of different levels, which can prevent interference of the first zipper with the second zipper, when the two zippers move to the boundary between the two zipper pockets. Besides, since the front surface of the luggage case body is a multi-stepped surface, so as to prevent high moment of force from acting on the second zipper pocket, thus extending the life of the luggage case.

Abstract: Expandable luggage devices are provided. Included within expandable luggage devices is an expandable backpack that is convertible between at least two positions. An uppermost cover portion of the backpack converts to a side or back portion when the backpack is expanded, and a secondary cover portion is withdrawn from an internal area of the device to enclose or cover the backpack in the second position.

The interior panels may further comprise centrally located cutout holes in which an elastic cord can be inserted therethrough, which is connected to a pair of closure clips that are used to ensure the user has access to a closure clip when securing closed opened potato chips bags within the compartments. The storage apparatus is detachable, wherein each of the plurality of panels can be disconnected from one another and placed in a mesh bag for storage thereof. The plurality of panels can connect to one another via a sliding channel groove mechanism and/or a stopped dove tail or through dove tail channel groove mechanism.

Abstract: A travel preparedness system that generally comprises four components: a multifunction configurable case with multiple compartments, including at least one detachable compartment, with a carrying strap that can be attached to either the configurable case or the detachable compartment; a thermally insulated container; a plurality of commercially available resealable containers and an array of commercially available preparedness articles useful or necessary for a traveler. The preparedness articles are selected from a group of articles intended to aid a traveler to recover from a multitude of adversities, injuries or maladies, that also includes articles useful for entertainment and for the preparation, consumption and storage of food stuffs. The four components cooperate and, together with a method, prepare a traveler for emergency and non-emergency travel situations.

Abstract: A capture apparatus and method for safely picking up and moving a portable electronic device into a fire containment case. The apparatus includes a tray portion having a rectangular base, opposing sides orthogonal to the base, tapered rod attached to the rectangular base between the opposing sides, and slide rails attached to the opposing sides. A lid portion is also provided and includes five sides of a rectangular prism-shaped structure defining a cavity within the apparatus for holding the malfunctioning portable electronic device. The lid portion has a first handle on a first side end, a second handle on a cover portion orthogonal to the first side end, and opposing sides attached to the cover, the first side end and a second side end. The first side end and the second side end of the lid portion include slides for slidable engagement with the slide rails of the tray portion.

Abstract: A structural element for a bottle closure having means for showing a first use in nominal conditions. This structural element can be made from components such as a pouring dispenser or a frame. This structural element is characterized by the use of two components which are linked such that the attachment between both disappears after the first use in nominal conditions when said structural element is mounted in the operating mode on the bottle. The first use in nominal conditions requires removing one of the components and it cannot be put back in its original position, restoring its also original attachment.

The sheet has an extension that extends from the circular body and a first transverse folding line to determine a folded arm with two sections, an upper, external section that extends from the circular body followed by a lower, internal section, located between the external or front section and the bottle. The extension also has a continuous cut on the external section that determines a flap with an inverted U-shaped surface, the continuous cut allowing the flap to bend out of a plane of the external section so that during removal of the cap from the bottle, a distal end of the flap engages an area where the extension extends from the circular body.

Abstract: A fuel filler system for use in a vehicle is provided. The system includes a fuel filler tube, a locking bracket coupled to an inner surface of the fuel filler tube, and a closure device coupleable within the tube end and including an outer wall and a radially movable tab extending from the outer wall. The tab engages the locking bracket after rotation of the closure device from a first rotational position to a second rotational position to prevent rotation of the closure device relative to the locking bracket. The closure device further includes a web flexibly connecting the tab to the outer wall and a region of weakness defined in the web, such that upon forcible rotation of the closure device from the second rotational position to the first rotational position, the region of weakness facilitates separation of the web from the outer wall.

The clip portion may be contoured to the shape of the upper edge or lip of a food package such as a cup. Various clip portions may be employed for removably attaching the hanging condiment container holder to a food package such as a cup.
