Abstract: An accessory holder that is to be used in such a way to securely hold ones accessories like keys (40), cameras (44), cellular phones, pagers, tape measures, and hand drills when they are not in use and to allow the person quick access to these accessories when they are needed. The preferred embodiment uses a modified seat belt buckle to carry A set of keys (40). Female end (25) is attached to the users belt (32) bag, or other convenient location. Male end (24) is attached to the accessory. When the accessory is needed, the user pushes button (26), and the accessory falls into the users hand. To return the accessory to female end (25), male end (24) must be inserted into opening (36). Male end (24) is pushed over the spring loaded locking mechanism and a distinctive “click” is heard once male end (24) is locked in place. The accessory can be conveniently carried in female end (25) until next time it is needed.

Abstract: A child carrier for supporting a child adjacent the back of a user's torso includes a forward portion having straps engageable with the user's torso for enabling the user to tote the child carrier in a hands-free manner. A rearward portion is generally rearward of and spaced from the forward portion and a seat portion is connected generally between the forward and rearward portions for supporting a child. A child compartment is between the forward and rearward portions and defined at least in part by the seat portion. A child safety harness includes at least two shoulder straps connected to the carrier at respective first ends of the shoulder straps and positioned in the child compartment to extend over the shoulders of the child when the child is placed on the seat portion. An adjustment strap is coupled to respective second ends of the shoulder straps.

Abstract: A frame assembly for a canoe backpack carrier comprising of a support rods and cross braces, adjustable webbing and straps, which allows for an individual to carry a canoe of substantial weight over rough terrain.

Abstract: A rucksack is provided on its rear surface with a flap (5) which serves as a cover attached at its lower edge to the rucksack body (2). A waterproof skirt (20) is attached to the inside of the flap. When not in use the skirt is housed within the flap which is kept closed. In the event of rain the flap and the skirt can be deployed over the main body of the rucksack thus protecting the contents of the rucksack from the rain.

Abstract: A camera mount for supporting a camera in a motor vehicle in which an elongated tubular body supports a pivotally mounted camera with the tubular body attached to headrest supports in a seat of a vehicle with the camera disposed substantially centrally relative to a central axis of the vehicle beyond a view point of an eye of an occupant of the seat nearest the centerline of the vehicle such that the imaging apparatus is unobstructed for receiving images by use of the seat.

Abstract: A case for carrying a pair of skis assembled bottom-to-bottom includes front and rear bags telescopingly overlapping. Preferably, the overlap is effective so that the bindings of downhill skis are accommodated within the overlapping portions of the bags. A padding layer enhances protection while a shoulder strap spans the bags to facilitate carrying by a user.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a dual strap system used for connection to a utility bag, such as a computer bag, by which the bag can be converted into a backpack, In a first embodiment, the dual straps of the system cross each other by means of a rigid member disposed at the crossing point to provide a twist resistant arrangement and properly center the present invention on the back of the user. One strap has a stop located thereon which helps position the straps with respect to the rigid member when the strap is off the bag and maintain the integrity of the device during the time the device is not installed on the bag. An attachment clip system is also provided which automatically positions the straps properly for use when the right hand grab technique is used to shoulder the device. Further, the clip system is designed to keep the straps from tangling when the device is off the bag.

Abstract: An article of luggage for a sport vehicle, such as a snowmobile or a motorcycle, includes a bag having at least one strap for releasably securing the bag to the sport vehicle, and a map pouch which is releasably attached to the bag. The releasably attached map pouch may include at least one strap which allows the map pouch to be secured to the sport vehicle independent of the bag. The combination tank bag with releasably attached map pouch provides the operator of the sport vehicle with an opportunity to secure the bag to the sport vehicle with or without the map pouch releasably attached to the bag, and allows the map pouch to be secured to the sport vehicle without the bag, as desired.

Abstract: An accessory bag meant to be worn by a wearer, such as a handbag or pocketbook, is provided with forward, rear and two side surfaces of material, each of the side surfaces being attached to the forward and rear surfaces along respective seams and each of the side surfaces includes bilateral incisions. Two folded lengths of attaching material are attached at their open ends to the accessory bag along respective seams of the side surfaces, and portions of the folded lengths of attaching material pass through the incisions to reveal the closed ends thereof external to the enclosure defined by the various surfaces of the accessory bag. A first pair of attachment devices are coupled to respective closed ends of the folded lengths of attaching material, each attachment device being suitable to receive a respective end of a waist-strap. A second pair of attachment devices are coupled to respective side surfaces, each attachment device of the second pair being suitable to receive a respective end of a shoulder-strap.

Abstract: A touring bag support is secured on top of a motorcycle luggage rack. A touring bag is secured to the support in a variety of ways. The bottom of the touring bag remains flat and stable on the support because the support is longer and wider than the touring bag and the motorcycle luggage rack. A plurality of slots on an outer perimeter of the support allow for easy attachment of the touring bag to the support by bungee cords and straps. The touring bag support provides a safe, stable load on the rear of the motorcycle. Further, an overall neat, aesthetically pleasing appearance is also provided.

Abstract: The invention is a universal dumpster adapted for use with both conventional front loading and conventional roll-off refuse collection trucks. A universal dumpster according to this invention includes a floor, a pair of side walls, and a pair of end walls. The floor, side walls and end walls together define an interior compartment for collecting and containing solid waste. A sleeve is fixed to each side wall to engage the pickup arm of a conventional front loading refuse collection vehicle. At least one of the end walls of the dumpster includes at least one door which is movable between a first fully closed position and a second fully opened position which exposes an opening through the end wall for depositing solid waste into the dumpster and discharging the solid waste from the dumpster. When the door of the end wall is in the fully opened position, a discharge chute is formed f6r guiding the solid waste out of the interior compartment of the dumpster.

Abstract: A liner and lining system for use with an upwardly-opening container, in which the liner includes a storage receptacle such as a pocket. The lining system comprises a liner body received within the container and an insert received within the liner body. The liner body includes a flap with a storage receptacle. The flap extends from the body, folds over the top portion of the insert and hangs into the interior of the insert. The insert anchors the liner body in a desired position within the container. The engagement of the insert by the flap further assists in maintaining the liner body in a desired position and preventing the liner body from sagging when items are placed in the storage receptacle.

Abstract: A quick-release mounting system for a motorcycle saddlebag and a method for retrofitting a motorcycle with the system. The system includes two or more couplings with which one can retrofit a motorcycle by replacing each bolt of the original mounting system with one of the couplings. Each coupling includes a first coupling portion and a second coupling portion that can be removably coupled and uncoupled with one another in a quick-release manner.

Abstract: A pegged holster and a means of supporting such holster. The holster is capable of being worn under the arm without the aid of shoulder straps. The holster is also capable of being manufactured such that the heighth of the holster from the belt line and/or the arm pit can be easily adjusted for individuals using such devices. The holster can also be easily exchanged for other holsters to accommodate various calibers and sizes of weapons.

Abstract: A holder for keys on rings has a belt retaining flattened loop through which a belt passes. The flattened loop has a front face formed by a short top leg and a longer bottom leg that is bent inwardly to resiliently engage the front surface of the belt to prevent the device from inadvertently sliding off the belt. The lower leg forms a bight that holds a clasp member of a clasp and receptacle combination well known in the art of molded plastic strap buckles on luggage. The receptacle member that releasably locks onto the clasp member is constructed to hold one or more rings of keys. The receptacle member with its keys can be released and reattached to the belt with one hand. The belt retaining portion may be removed from or attached to the belt without unbuckling the belt.

The bicycle rack includes an adjustable frame assembly having a first frame member attached to a housing and a second frame member attached to a connecting member. The connecting member is rotationally coupled to the housing to allow relative pivotal movement between the first and second frame members. A locking member is disposed within the housing and selectively movable between a first position, in which the locking member engages the connecting member to impede relative rotational movement between the connecting member and the housing, and a second position, in which the locking member is disengaged from the connecting member to allow relative rotational movement between the connecting member and the housing. At least one support arm is coupled to the housing and configured for sliding and pivotal movement between a stowed position and an extended position in which the arm engages the housing to support a bicycle adjacent the vehicle.

The first and second panels are attached at their peripheral edges to form a pouch with an opening thereto. The pouch defines exterior and interior surfaces. The container further includes a clamp secured to the pouch for detachably securing the container to an article of clothing or other item. The container still further includes a flap extending from the second panel adjacent the opening to the pouch. The flap folds over the exterior surface of the first panel and the clamp secured thereto, is fastenable to the clamp, and is liftable to open the pouch while the clamp remains secured to the exterior surface of the first panel.
