  • Patent number: 9737754
Abstract: A stepper includes a base, a linking rod, two pedals and two mechanisms. The linking rod is disposed on the base. Each of the adjusting mechanism includes a blocking member, an adjusting base and an eccentric member. The blocking member includes a first blocking surface. The adjusting base is disposed on the base. The eccentric member is rotatably disposed on the adjusting base and includes at least two second blocking surfaces. The two second blocking surfaces selectively resist the first blocking surface. When one of the pedals is lowered, one of the first blocking surfaces and one of the second blocking surfaces are inclined to link up one end of the linking rod, and the other end of the linking rod is concentrically rotated, and the other first blocking surface is resisted by the other second blocking surface, thereby rotating and raising the other pedal.

  • Patent number: 9713736
Abstract: A dumbbell with detachable weights has a handle assembly, multiple weights, a first end cap assembly, and a second end cap assembly. The handle assembly has a main support with a handle, a first end panel, and a second end panel. The weights are mounted between the first and second end panels of the main support, are arranged around the handle, and are radially detachable from the main support. The first and second end cap assemblies are respectively mounted on the first and second end panels and selectively engage with the weights. By turning a driving cap of the first end cap assembly, the first and second end cap assemblies can disengage from the weights. Since the weights can be radially mounted onto or detached from the main support, an adjusting range of the training weight of the dumbbell can be increased.

  • Patent number: 9682306
Abstract: An exercise bike and an operation method thereof are provided. In a test mode, a processing unit adjusts a resistance of a pedaling activity to be a plurality of pedaling resistances and obtains a plurality of psychological values respectively corresponding to the pedaling resistances by inquiring the user about a rate of perceived exertion. The processing unit calculates the psychological values to obtain a plurality of exercise intensities respectively corresponding to the pedaling resistances and further obtain a correspondence relationship between the exercise intensities and the pedaling resistances. After the test mode ends, the processing unit determines a recommended pedaling resistance according to the correspondence relationship. In a sport mode, the recommended pedaling resistance is provided to the user for performing the pedaling activity.
