Abstract: A membrane-forming composition, soft and hard capsules prepared based on the composition and the preparation methods are described. The membrane-forming composition includes pullulan polysaccharide, gellan gum, amino acid moisturizing agent, anti-hygroscopic agent and so on. It is suitable for the fabrication of hard or soft capsules. The membrane-forming composition can gelate without alkali metal ions. It has a high moisture retention rate which makes it not easy to take up moisture and turn soft in high humid environment, and it will not turn yellow during long time storage. Furthermore, the membrane-forming composition is made up of pure natural materials.
Abstract: The present document describes methods of use of photo activated compositions for oral disinfection and/or treatments which comprise at least one oxidant, at least one photoactivator capable of activating the oxidant, and at least one healing factor chosen from hyaluronic acid, glucosamine and allantoin, in association with a pharmacologically acceptable carrier.
Abstract: Sun-care products are described that protect from UV radiation and do not turn white when applied to wet skin. The sun-care product may comprise (A) a cosmetically-acceptable, substantially non-aqueous vehicle, and (B) a UV active, wherein said non-aqueous vehicle comprises alcohol in an amount of 50% (w/w) or less based on the weight of the sun-care product and an ester wherein said non-aqueous vehicle comprises at least 10%>by weight esters based on the total weight of the non-aqueous vehicle and said sun-care product is substantially non-whitening upon application to wet skin.

Abstract: A hair strengthening conditioner formulation for application to human or animal hair for the purpose of strengthening and improving the hair. The present invention is for external application but may also be used in combination with dietary supplement compositions. The present hair strengthening conditioner comprises a proprietary mixture of a number of compounds as described in the tables and the claims.
Abstract: The present invention concerns an oral pharmaceutical formulation made from a microemulsion between an aqueous solution comprising at least one BCS (Biopharmaceutics Classification System) class III active principle and one oily phase comprising an oily vehicle that is self-emulsifiable on contact with water.
Abstract: The present invention relates to a solution for peritoneal dialysis consisting of one or more separate solutions. A treatment free of side-effects with a simultaneous lowering of blood pressure can be achieved in that the solution contains sodium ions in a concentration in the region from 121 to 129 mmol/l, preferably at 125 mmol/l. The invention furthermore relates to a double-chambered pouch having a peritoneal dialysis solution consisting of two separate solutions which consists of a plastic pouch in which a first chamber with the first separate solution and a second chamber with the second separate solution are arranged adjacent to one another, with both chambers being separated from one another by a weld seam dimensioned such that it opens on pressure onto one of the chambers filled with liquid so that the content of the two chambers can be mixed with one another.
