Abstract: In an image processing system, an interactive message is transmitted and received between an information processing apparatus and a chatbot server, job setting information is generated, image data and the job setting information are stored in a storage on a network in association with job identification information, a QR code generated from the job identification information is displayed on a screen of the information processing apparatus, an image forming apparatus is caused to read the QR code and to convert the QR code to job identification information, and the image data and the job setting information associated with the job identification information are transmitted from the storage to the image forming apparatus via the management server.

Abstract: A system includes a spool directory accessible by a mobile computing device and an imaging device. A user selects for imaging on the imaging device a file accessible by the mobile computing device. The mobile computing device saves the file on the spool directory with a unique name Upon the user accessing the imaging device for imaging, the imaging device generates a unique quick response code. The user captures the code with a camera of the mobile computing device and the code is used by the mobile computing device to rename the file on the spool directory. That the imaging device knows the quick response code, the imaging device accesses and prints the file on media for the user.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus includes a controller to set one of a first print mode, in which, after starting printing on a first number of sheets per unit time, a printer decreases a number of sheets on which the printer performs printing per unit time from the first number of sheets per unit time so as to avoid a rise in temperature of a fixing device to a predetermined temperature value, and a second print mode. In the second print mode the printer performs printing on a second number of sheets per unit time without changing, based on a rise in temperature of the fixing device, a number of sheets on which the printer performs printing per unit time, where the second number is smaller than the first number.

Abstract: Systems and methods for executing a robotic process automation (RPA) workflow for document processing are provided. An input document is processed by a first robot executing one or more document processing activities of the RPA workflow. The document processing activities may include optical character recognition, digitization, classification, or data extraction. Execution of the RPA workflow is suspended by the first robot in response to a user validation activity of the RPA workflow. The user validation activity provides for user validation of the results of the one or more document processing activities. A user request that requests validation of the results from an end user is generated and the user request is transmitted to the end user. The execution of the RPA workflow is resumed by a second robot based on the validation received from the end user.
