  • Patent number: 11049693
Abstract: Systems and methods for increasing peak ion energy with a low angular spread of ions are described. In one of the systems, multiple radio frequency (RF) generators that are coupled to an upper electrode associated with a plasma chamber are operated in two different states, such as two different frequency levels, for pulsing of the RF generators. The pulsing of the RF generators facilitates a transfer of ion energy during one of the states to another one of the states for increasing ion energy during the other state to further increase a rate of processing a substrate.

  • Patent number: 11046237
Abstract: A method is provided for calculating illumination setting values for light sources of a headlamp from a light distribution that is to be set. First, the light distribution that is to be set is read in. Then, the illuminance target values for pixels of an illumination area are calculated from the light distribution that is to be set, which are to be achieved by setting the light sources of the headlamp in order to set the read-in light distribution. Finally, the illuminance setting values for the light sources are calculated from the target values. Further, at least one illuminance setting value to which this light source is set is calculated iteratively for each light source of the headlamp.

  • Patent number: 11044797
Abstract: Method of and device for commissioning a lighting system including a plurality of lighting fixtures positioned at a plurality of physical locations. The lighting fixtures are mapped to a respective physical location using signals generated by the lighting fixtures and received at multiple detection locations by at least one or more detecting devices integrated with or external to the lighting fixtures. In particular, the method applies a probability-based algorithm to distances from the physical locations to multiple detection locations, and RSSI levels of signals received at the detection locations to determine a probability of having a respective lighting fixture located at a respective physical location. The method provides for commissioning the lighting system without traversing all the physical locations of lighting fixtures, resulting in a reduction of both work load for conducting the commissioning of the lighting system and processing power required for the commissioning.
