Abstract: Systems and methods for dynamic content item display can include a dynamic carousel interface. The dynamic carousel interface can provide a plurality of content items for display in a carousel that can be navigated through to provide the different content items for display. The dynamic carousel interface can include dynamic resizing of display containers, which can be paired with dynamic masking to provide at least a portion of more content items at one time.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for collecting and releasing virtual objects between disparate augmented reality environments. One method comprises receiving user selection to collect an object in a first environment displayed on a user device at a first time. A search request may then be transmitted to a content server from which a virtual object corresponding to the collected object is received in response. The virtual object may be stored in a user library associated with a user identifier of the user. When a second environment is displayed on the user device, the virtual object may be added to the second environment in response to receiving user selection to add the virtual object and determining that the user is associated with the user identifier.

Abstract: A method of displaying a GUI including a multidimensional array of axes includes constructing a multidimensional array of axes, each axis comprising a plurality of entities located therealong, each entity configured to contain data for display on the axis; for a particular axis of the axes of the array, determining an entity first encountered in a first direction along the particular axis which contains data for display on the particular axis; displaying a view of the array of axes, which view comprises at least a portion of the particular axis that precedes the first encountered data-containing entity in the first direction; and, in conjunction with the displaying of the view of the array of axes, providing an indicator of an absence of data for display being contained in each entity of the particular axis preceding the first data-containing entity encountered in the first direction.

Abstract: An annotation method and an electronic device are provided. The method includes: An electronic device displays content of a first file in a first interface. The electronic device detects a preset operation in the first interface, and displays the second interface including a first region and a second region. The first region is used to display the content of the first file, the second region is used to display annotation content. A font format and/or a paragraph format of at least a part of words in the first region are/is different from a font format and/or a paragraph format of words in the first file in the first interface.

Abstract: A client application associated with a content sharing network can include functionality for discovering content (e.g., text, image, audio, video, and other multimedia data) of the network. The content discovery functionality can be graphically represented as a feed with the top-ranking content (e.g., most relevant content, most recently created content, content created in a geographic location most proximate to a user, etc.) displayed at the top of the feed and lower-ranking content displayed at the bottom of the feed. The feed can re-order itself based on user interactions, content characteristics, system trends, and the like. A user can navigate to various portions of the feed, and the feed can continuously refresh itself to give the user an impression of an infinite feed of fresh, relevant content.

Abstract: Systems and methods for electronically tracking one's location, activities, and behaviors for use in organizations such as prisons are disclosed. A database stores inputted information and may be encrypted. The user may attach files, pictures, videos, or the like. The logbook may have emoticons for tracking travel, medications, bed checks, and sights and sounds. A master facility view enables data viewing of users in a facility. Offline data entry and the ability to share information with other users are present. Preferably, the system will be integrated with cameras and scanning devices present in an organization, such that the user may use the scanning device at the organization to track his or her location, which will then be automatically integrated into the electronic system. The system may comprise Quick Response codes unique to the user or biometric assistance to detect and store the location of the user at any given time.

Abstract: Implementations can receive user input during a dialog session between a user and an automated assistant at a client device of the user and via an automated assistant platform, and in response to determining that the user input requires a user interaction with a non-assistant platform: store a state of the dialog session between the user and the automated assistant, transmit a request to initiate the user interaction to the non-assistant platform that causes an additional client device of the user to render a prompt for completing the user interaction, and receive a token associated with the user interaction from the non-assistant platform. In response to receiving the token associated with the user interaction, implementations can cause the dialog session between the user and the automated assistant to be resumed based on the stored state of the dialog session and based on the token associated with the user interaction.

The device displays, in an object model visualization region, a first visualization of a tree of data object icons, each data object icon representing a logical combination of one or more tables. The device also displays recommendations for one or more data sources to add objects to the tree. While displaying the first visualization in the object model visualization region, the device detects a first input on a first data object icon of the tree of data object icons. In response to detecting the first input on the first data object icon, the device displays a second visualization of the tree of the data object icons in a first portion of the object model visualization region and displays a third visualization of information related to the first data object icon in a second portion of the object model visualization region.

Abstract: An improved physical control system environment that allows an operator to replay historical data in a user interface that depicts content as if the data being displayed in the user interface is being captured or measured in real-time is described herein. For example, the improved physical control system environment can produce an improved user interface that depicts graphical representation(s) of one or more physical components optionally arranged by geography, similar to the graphical representation(s) that are depicted by a physical control system user interface that displays real-time data. However, the underlying data depicted in the improved user interface may be historical data rather than real-time data.

Abstract: Via a graphical interface, virtual representations of an anatomical region of a human and a medical device selection mechanism are displayed. The medical device selection mechanism includes a plurality of implantable leads each medically implantable in the anatomical region. In the graphical interface, a user-selected implantable lead is moved from the medical device selection mechanism to the anatomical region. A first side of the user-selected implantable lead is initially displayed when the user-selected implantable lead is moved to the anatomical region. In the graphical interface, the user-selected implantable lead is automatically rotated in the anatomical region, such that a second side of the user-selected implantable lead is displayed after the user-selected implantable lead has been automatically rotated. The second side is opposite the first side.

Abstract: A display apparatus includes a display, a single physical button and a processor configured to control the display to display a guide user interface (UI), a selection UI and a plurality of menu items, based on a user input received via the single physical button being identified as a short click input, move the selection UI from one menu item among the plurality of menu items to another menu item among the plurality of menu items, based on the user input being identified as a long press input, select the one menu item and execute a control function corresponding to the selected one menu item, and based on an execution of the control function, control the display to display a setting UI indicating a current setting value of the control function.

Abstract: Method of generating animation overlays starts with a processor causing a communication interface for a communication session to be displayed at client devices. The processor receives from a first client device an animation sending request and causes an animation sending interface to be displayed in the communication interface of the first client device. The animation sending interface comprises animation overlay icons. Each of the animation overlay icons comprise a first avatar associated with the first user. The processor receives from the first client device a selection of a first animation overlay icon and causes the first animation overlay corresponding to the first animation overlay icon to be displayed as an overlay on the communication interface of each of the plurality of client devices. The first animation overlay is an animation that includes the first avatar. Other embodiments are disclosed.

The GUI presents a library visualization representative of a plurality of objects within the first accessory window, each object is represented by an icon and corresponds to a respective industrial automation device. The GUI receives inputs indicative of a selection of one or more objects of the plurality of objects from the library, presents the one or more objects in the design window, determines that the one or more inputs do not comply with a set of industrial automation system rules comprising one or more relationships between a plurality of industrial automation devices, and displays a warning message that the one or more inputs do not comply with the set of industrial automation system rules.

The building controller is wall mountable and includes a plurality of ports for controlling one or more points that are associated with one or more plants of a building. The building controller controls the one or more points in accordance with one or more programmable point control values that are associated with one or more points. The user interface device provides a user interface for operating the building controller and is configured to display a plurality of menu screens on a display that allow a user to view one or more of the points, change the programmable control value for one or more of the points, and view one or more alarms generated by the building controller for one or more of the points.

Abstract: A file selection user interface (UI) includes a navigation area and a holding area. The navigation area enables a user to navigate between storage locations provided by the file hosting service. Visual representations of files stored by the file hosting service are displayed in the navigation area. The holding area provides a temporary storage area for files upon which one or more operations are to be performed. A user might provide input that causes visual representations of files shown in the navigation area to be added to the holding area. Once the desired files have been added to the holding area, the user may provide user input requesting that the file hosting service perform one or more operations on the files represented in the holding area. In response thereto, the file hosting service can cause the requested operations to be performed on the files represented in the holding area.

Abstract: A method including receiving a command to display a modal dialog. The modal dialog is displayed using both first and second scrolling frames. The first scrolling frame permits scrolling when a modal dialog height exceeds a first scrolling frame constraint. The second scrolling frame permits scrolling of a content section when a content section height exceeds a second scrolling frame constraint. The first scrolling frame constraint has a first and second priorities. The second scrolling frame constraint has a third priority. An orientation of the display screen is determined as being either in a portrait orientation or a landscape orientation. Responsive to determining the physical orientation, an applicable priority that is applicable to the first scrolling frame constraint is assigned. The applicable priority is the first priority in the portrait orientation, and is the second priority in the landscape orientation. After assigning the applicable priority, the modal dialog is displayed.
