Abstract: This invention relates to home furnishings and accessories that utilize corner space of a shower stall as a support platform. The support platform may include a top support surface with two sides positioned to contact two perpendicular walls of the corner. A support frame may connect to the top support surface such that the bottom of the support frame and the top support surface are offset from one another. This offset configuration of the support platform may prevent the support frame from interfering with anything in the area directly below the top support surface.

A water storage apparatus (60) is provided that includes large diameter pipes (of 1.5 inches diameter) lying close to the flushometer valve (44) so at the beginning of a flushing, a large volume of water is available at a pressure of at least 30 psi.
Abstract: A three dimensional structure comprised of a flexible sheet material referred to herein as a curb cover is described that can be easily secured with adhesive or resin over the intersection of a shower stall floor, a shower stall wall, and a step over curb. The curb cover is used in conjunction with a waterproof membrane to waterproof the shower pan and up portions of the surrounding wall and step over curb.
Abstract: A fitting for a poured concrete pool wall comprising a tubular stem with one or more grooves extending therethrough for connecting the fitting to a wall tie used with a pool wall form assembly such that the fitting may be secured on the wall tie during pouring of the pool wall. The fitting spans the gap between inner and outer forms. The fitting may include a square face plate mounting flange with upper and lower edges that are oriented horizontally through the coupling of the wall tie in the fitting grooves. A square face plate may be registered with and then secured to the mounting flange such that the upper and lower edges of the face plate also extend horizontally. The fitting forms a conduit through the pool wall for connection to a water return system or to serve as a niche for securing a pool light therein.
Abstract: An oxidizer generating apparatus comprising a cylindrical housing and an electrode assembly attached at one end of the housing comprising at least three vertically disposed electrodes, the electrodes being spaced apart so as to define a water flow path between them, the electrodes comprising titanium outer electrodes and at least one inner diamond electrode.
Abstract: An apparatus for effectively plunging a drain by blocking the redirection of water is provided. The apparatus includes a pipe mainframe defining an enclosed area. The pipe mainframe includes a plurality of piping having a front portion and a rear portion. Tee pipes are outwardly disposed on the front portion and the rear portion of the pipe mainframe. The rear portion includes an adjustable connector attached to the outward end of the tee pipe. The adjustable connector can modify the length of the pipe mainframe to accommodate sinks or basins of various lengths. The apparatus further includes a rubber pipe cap at a distal end of the front portion of the pipe mainframe to effectively block the flow of water and provide support for the device.
Abstract: Disclosed are a self-closing water saving device, method, and toilet. The self-closing water saving device for mounting in a tank of a toilet bowl is used for supplying water to the tank, and is characterized by comprising: a water inlet adapted to be connected to an external water source, a water outlet adapted to provide water to the tank, and a jet-propelling port for jetting water to the bottom of a water trap of the toilet bowl or the bottom of a sewer; wherein, when the tank discharges water to the water trap, the water jetted from the jet-propelling port is used to propel the water which is discharged from the tank and flows into the water trap, the bottom of the water trap, or the bottom of the sewer.
Abstract: A bathtub is provided of the walk-in type, wherein the bathtub includes an internal dam element that allows a user to segment the bathtub into a first and second compartment and operably utilize the bathtub as a sit-down tub or as a standing shower. An entry door provides access into the bathtub without requiring users to lift their legs during entry, while the dam element allows the user to fill the first compartment of the tub and prepare it for use before entering the bathtub interior. The second compartment remains empty as the first compartment fills with water, whereafter the user can enter the empty second compartment and remove the dam element after closing the entry door. The bathtub further comprises a first and second drain for independently draining the first and second compartments and allowing the user to exit the tub while the first compartment is still draining.
Abstract: Examples of infrared heating panels are described as having a non-linear power density profile along a length of the heating panel. The power density profile can include a first power density zone and a second power density zone, each zone corresponding to an area of the heating panel having a separate power density in response to a current flow. An infrared heating panel can include multiple heating elements arranged adjacently in a row and electrically connected together by at least two power buses extending perpendicularly across the heating elements. In one example, the first power density zone is located between a first power bus and an end of the heating elements. The second power density zone can be located between the first power bus and an opposite end of the heating elements. Infrared sauna systems and methods of generating heat for a sauna are also provided.

Abstract: A water shower system has an overhead shower, a hand-held shower, a water distributing element connected to a source of water and also to the overhead shower and to the hand-held shower and having a valve located between the source of water and the overhead shower and the hand-held shower, and a switch located outside of the water distributing element and spaced from the water distributing element and the valve, operatable by a user and having a first position in which the valve provides a water supply to the hand-held shower so that water issues from the latter, and a second position in which the valve provides a water supply to the overhead shower so that water issues from the latter.
Abstract: A overflow containment assembly for containing an overflowed fluid from a toilet includes the toilet structured to have a bowl. A fitting is coupled to the bowl on the toilet. The fitting is positioned proximate a maximum fill level of the bowl. A bag is coupled to the fitting. The bag may receive a fluid from the fitting if the bowl on the toilet becomes overfilled.
Abstract: An embodiment of a device that includes a receptacle for urine collection, a flexible tube connecting the receptacle to a storage reservoir that sits on the floor and a receptacle holder that is stabilized by inserting it partially under the mattress, with a protruding section that has an opening used to store the receptacle in an easy to reach location between uses.
Abstract: A bathtub is provided of the walk-in type, wherein the bathtub includes an at least one internal dam element that allows a user to segment the bathtub into a two or more compartments and operably utilize the bathtub as a sit-down tub or as a standing shower. An entry door provides access into the bathtub without requiring users to lift their legs during entry, while the dam elements allow the user to fill the sectioned compartments of the tub and prepare it for use before entering the bathtub interior. Certain compartments may remain empty as the other compartments fill with water, whereafter the user can enter the empty the empty compartment and remove a dam element after closing the entry door. The bathtub further may also comprise a first and second drain for independently draining the compartments.
Abstract: A sink fastener for fastening a sink unit with an outer flange within an opening in a countertop is provided. The sink fastener includes a frame for attachment to a bowl wall of the sink unit, a threaded vertical bolt rotatably mounted within the frame, a claw member having a lateral portion threadably mounted on the vertical bolt and an upstanding retainer portion, and a guide member for constraining the movement of the claw member. In use, rotation of the vertical bolt causes the claw member to rise up the bolt to engage an underside of the countertop, and in a lower disengaged position the claw member is free to turn about a vertical axis into a retracted position wherein the claw member lies constrained under the flange to permit insertion of the sink unit into the countertop opening. The guide member ensures that as the claw member rises up the bolt the claw member turns about the vertical axis into a constrained outwardly extended position for engagement with the underside of the countertop.
