  • Patent number: 10699353
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products for managing non-standard data. A data management system stores profile records for non-standard providers in a DTN database, and elements defining an itinerary in an EDR database. The data management system queries the DTN database for profiles matching search criteria, and generates a service request for one of the matching profiles. The service request is stored in an extended data structure of an extended data record in the EDR database. The extended data record includes a standard data structure for storing standard elements and the extended data structure for storing non-standard elements. The service request is also transmitted to non-standard provider systems. Service offers from the non-standard provider systems are stored in the extended data structure. The system thereby manages an itinerary that includes non-standard services defined by the non-standard elements and standard services defined by the standard elements using the extended data record.

  • Patent number: 10629075
Abstract: Among other things, one or more techniques and/or systems are provided for providing users with access to a route for travelling. A user, of a client device, may send a request for access to the route to a route planning service. The route may correspond to a starting location and an ending location. The route planning service may query a route database to identify an entry indicating that a restricted access road segment (e.g., a high occupancy vehicle lane, a shoulder lane, a bus lane, etc.) and/or a road segment (e.g., comprising a traffic light alteration capability) exists between the starting location and the ending location. Responsive to successfully authorizing the user for travelling the restricted access road segment and/or the road segment, the route, comprising the restricted access road segment and/or the road segment, may be provided to the client device.

  • Patent number: 10360530
Abstract: Systems and methods change a user interface for the purpose of pairing a shipping container with an item that is intended to be shipped in the shipping container. Example embodiments include a machine-implemented method for accessing a shipping request, detecting a radio signal from a candidate container using a radio receiver, detecting an impact between a pairing device and a query container using an accelerometer, determining that the query container is the candidate container, and generating a shipping record that correlates the shipping container and the item. The device can further determine that the query container is the candidate container based on the signal strength and change in signal strength of one or more signals. The device can further detect an impact between the pairing device and the query container by ranking one or more sets of acceleration data collected by the accelerometer.

  • Patent number: 10249013
Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method and system for wireless payment of transport fare. During operation, the system receives a request at a server from a mobile device for information of a payee's account, which is associated with a public transport and corresponds to a wireless network identifier of a wireless network located on the public transport. The server may determine information of the payee's account corresponding to the wireless network identifier. The server then sends the payee's account information to the mobile device. The system may then receive, from the mobile device, a payment order to make a payment to the payee's account.
