Abstract: A releasable wheel assembly includes a bracket having a plurality of bosses, each boss including a hole that receives an axle. A pair of wheels are mounted on the axle and a pair of locking caps fit over respective ends of the axle, the locking caps each including a clip for engaging the axle at a circumferential groove to prevent movement of the locking cap along the axle. The wheel assembly can be mounted to a carry bag or other storage unit by mounting the bracket to the storage unit, where the wheels and axle can be easily removed from the bracket.
Abstract: A covered wheelbarrow system includes a wheelbarrow that has a bucket. A lid is hingedly coupled to the wheelbarrow. The lid is positioned to selectively close the bucket to inhibit material from being removed from the bucket. The lid is positioned in an open position to facilitate the material to be removed from the bucket. A pair of hinges is provided and each of the hinges is coupled to the lid. Each of the hinges releasably engages the bucket such that the lid is removably coupled to the wheelbarrow.
Abstract: A system and a method for reducing a rotational imbalance of a drive train of a hybrid vehicle are provided. The drive train includes an internal-combustion engine, an electric machine, and a crankshaft. A reduction or nullification of the rotational imbalance takes place by actuating the electric machine. The actuation is implemented as an adaptive feed forward control, which provides an actuation signal for the electric machine. The actuation signal represents a desired torque to be generated by the electric machine, so that the electric machine outputs a torque that is at least approximately inverse with respect to the rotational imbalance to the crankshaft for the superimposition of the torque generated by the internal-combustion engine.

The storage cavity is arranged facing away from the skateboard deck when the truck is mounted onto the deck. The base plate can include a biasing member disposed at a distal end for propelling the storage drawer outwards from the storage cavity. The storage drawer can include a latch adapted to releasably engage with a drawer retention feature provided within the storage cavity, thus preventing the storage drawer from sliding out of the storage cavity. A release pin is provided within the base plate for releasably engaging the latch to dislodge the latch from the retention feature allowing the storage drawer to slide out from the storage cavity to gain access to the items.

Abstract: An apparatus and a method for pre-heating an engine of a mild hybrid vehicle are provided, and the apparatus includes: a pre-heating plug pre-heating the engine; a pre-heating controller recognizing the mild hybrid vehicle based on vehicle driving information, determining whether the mild hybrid vehicle enters a coasting driving mode based on the vehicle driving information, and generating a duty control signal according to a coasting driving time when the mild hybrid vehicle is driven in the coasting driving mode; and a driver supplying electrical energy of the low-voltage battery to the pre-heating plug according to the generated duty control signal.
Abstract: A compressor, an intercooler, and a fuel cell stack are housed in a housing compartment. The compressor and the intercooler are connected with each other by upstream side piping, and the intercooler and the fuel cell stack are connected with each other by downstream side piping. The upstream side piping is formed from upstream side first and second pipe parts, and the downstream side piping is formed from downstream side first and second pipe parts. Movement of the compressor and fuel cell stack relative to the intercooler at the time of a heavy collision of the vehicle causes disconnection of the upstream side first and second pipe parts and disconnection of the downstream side first and second pipe parts, to thereby cause communication of the upstream side piping and the downstream side piping with an internal space of the housing compartment.

Abstract: A stroller-attachable skateboard apparatus comprises a skateboard, a connection rod and and an adjustable mounting bracket. The connection rod includes a board engagement portion, a stroller engagement portion and a rod axis. A rod securement interface of the skateboard receives the board engagement portion and rigidly retains it therein by way of an actuatable locking pin such that the rod axis extends laterally of the skateboard's longitudinal axis. The stroller engagement portion is axially receivable by a rod receiving element and releasably axially locked therein by way of a first spring-biased actuator element. Abstract: Autonomous trolleys include an integrated power source, which energy can be utilized for integrated trolley systems such as a wheel assist module, heating module, and cooling module. The power source may include a fuel cell system or a rechargeable electrical energy storage device or a combination thereof. The rechargeable electrical energy storage device can be charged by any other power source, including a fuel cell system. The trolley can also be equipped with a fuel tank for easy and safe refueling of a fuel cell system.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a stroller with a secondary attachment mechanism to facilitate the attachment of various structures to the stroller. In one embodiment, the secondary attachment mechanism may comprise an infant car seat adapter. In another embodiment, the secondary attachment may comprise a basket. The present disclosure also relates to a basket for use in an expandable stroller system. The expandable stroller system comprises an expandable base. The basket attaches to the expandable stroller system and expands with the expandable base of the stroller system advantageously providing additional storage space.
