  • Patent number: 5366185
Abstract: A control board assembly including a control panel and a carrier plate which have alternatively occurring tab and hook members. The tab and hook members of the two elements can be overlappingly engaged to prevent movement of the carrier plate with respect to the control panel. The carrier plate is further comprised of a face plate which is adapted to receive one or more circuit boards held in parallel orientation by rails. When the carrier plate is slidably moved to an engaged position with the control panel, the carrier plate can be locked against further movement by an integral catch or by attaching one screw which extends through the carrier plate and threadably engages a bore located on the control panel.

  • Patent number: 5360193
Abstract: An apparatus for suspending a hanging plant that is housed in a container is described as including three or more flexible supports each of which has a first end and a second end. The first end of each flexible support is adapted for hanging from an overhead supporting hook. The second end of each flexible support is attached together to provide an enclosure for retaining and for supporting the container. At least one of the flexible supports includes a fastener that is disposed intermediate to the first end and the second end. The fastener includes a slideable sleeve. The slideable sleeve can be displaced along the longitudinal axis of the flexible support to expose a coupling which can then be separated. Once the coupling is separated the flexible support also separates into two halves and the container can be readily removed from or inserted into the apparatus through the opening provided by the separated flexible support.

  • Patent number: 5356110
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for isolating a load structure from vertical, horizontal and rotational vibrations of a supporting structure operate with the aid of displacement of a pneumatic fluid from and to a fluid chamber of a pneumatic vibration isolation system. A fluid-tight diaphragm extends from a circumferential edge of the fluid chamber into that fluid chamber, and has a circumferential compliance section inside that edge of the fluid chamber. The diaphragm is structured inside of that compliance section with alternate stiffened and reinforced diaphragm portions in the fluid chamber. The diaphragm and the fluid chamber are coupled between the supporting structure and the load structure. Vertical vibrations are damped by displacing pneumatic fluid from and to the fluid chamber with the fluid-tight diaphragm and horizontal and rotational vibrations are damped with the reinforced diaphragm portion in the fluid chamber.

  • Patent number: 5356104
Abstract: The display bracket assembly is essentially a two part apparatus having an insert plate member that is positioned within a vertical slot and a support member that extends into the vertical slot and couples to the insert plate member. The interconnection between the support member and the insert plate member retains the support member in a set position on the slatwall structure. In a preferred embodiment, latching elements and a locking projection extend from the support member. The latching elements are sized and oriented so that the latching elements will only pass into the vertical slot when the support member is held at a predetermined first orientation. After the latching elements are advanced into the vertical slot, the support member can be rotated into a second orientation from the first orientation.
