  • Patent number: 11615420
Abstract: Embodiments provide an alert management and real-time remediation system. The system receives an electronic file that includes an overdraft allowance information data structure comprising overdraft allowance information and automatically parses the overdraft allowance information into overdraft allowance events for the associated customers. The system sends overdraft allowance notification messages to the associated customers. The message includes a link to an authentication interface of an institution associated with the customer. After the customer is authenticated, the system provides a user interface that displays overdraft allowance information for each overdraft allowance event associated with the customer and a display element for a payment option. Responsive to the customer selecting the payment option, the system sends a payment message that causes a transfer of a payment to the institution.

  • Patent number: 11580554
Abstract: Techniques are described herein for selecting an optimal financial account for a financial transaction. In an embodiment, a multi-account payment card is used to initiate a financial transaction. Transaction information of the financial transaction including a multi-account payment card ID is transmitted to a server for processing. The server determines that the multi-account payment card ID is associated with a plurality of financial accounts, wherein each of the plurality of financial accounts is associated with any one of a credit card, a debit card, an automatic teller machine (ATM) card, a gift card, or a credit line. A financial account of the plurality of financial accounts is selected by the server based on financial account information, such as reward information, associated with the plurality of financial accounts and the transaction information of the financial transaction. The financial transaction is then charged to the selected financial account.

  • Patent number: 11551301
Abstract: Example methods, apparatus, and computer readable storage media are described and disclosed. An example method includes depicting a strategy node in a graphical user interface presented by a computing device. The strategy node represents a trading strategy associated with two or more tradeable objects. The example method includes generating a graphical connector between the strategy node and one of a plurality of contract nodes including at least a first contract node and a second contract node. Each contract node represents a contract associated with one of the tradeable objects. The example method includes repositioning, in response to an input received via the graphical interface, an endpoint of the graphical connector from the first contract node specified by the trading strategy to the second contract node. The example method also includes generating an updated trading strategy based on the trading strategy and the second contract node.

  • Patent number: 11526893
Abstract: A system and method for generating a notification of a price change for a transaction and facilitating an associated price adjustment based on electronic image capture of a paper receipt. An image capture system captures an electronic image of a paper transaction receipt, which is transmitted to a data extraction processor that extracts transaction receipt data from the captured electronic image. A unique key is generated by an authentication server that is matched to a transaction record to generate a reliability score for the OCRed image and to authorize price matching. If the price monitoring server identifies that the price of a purchased transaction item has changed, the price monitoring server automatically generates a notification to the user indicating the price change and an email to the customer service department of the merchant from which the transaction item was purchased, requesting a price adjustment that is credited back to the payment instrument.

  • Patent number: 11423414
Abstract: An automated system for detecting risky entity behavior using an efficient frequent behavior-sorted list is disclosed. From these lists, fingerprints and distance measures can be constructed to enable comparison to known risky entities. The lists also facilitate efficient linking of entities to each other, such that risk information propagates through entity associations. These behavior sorted lists, in combination with other profiling techniques, which efficiently summarize information about the entity within a data store, can be used to create threat scores. These threat scores may be applied within the context of anti-money laundering (AML) and retail banking fraud detection systems. A particular instantiation of these scores elaborated here is the AML Threat Score, which is trained to identify behavior for a banking customer that is suspicious and indicates high likelihood of money laundering activity.
