Abstract: A surgical drape for endourological procedures is disclosed. The drape has a plurality of tube holders on the surface of the drape, a fluid collection bag with strips to hold the bag open during the procedure, and a fenestration specifically adapted for endourological procedures.

Abstract: Pricing modules of the type having precoiled numeric indicia tapes are slidably held in guide channels of a mounting trackway assembly. Additional guide channels in the trackway assembly receive customized alpha indicia strips forwardly of the pricing modules. Pricing module locator notches are provided in wall portions of the trackway assembly to interlock with spring locking elements on each pricing module to properly position each module along the mounting trackway assembly. Multiple sections of the mounting trackway assembly can be provided in interlocking engagement.

Abstract: A display frame assembly for mounting, framing and hanging objects of visual interest such as paintings, prints and especially phonograph record album covers, includes a frame element, the outer surrounding walls of which not only define the centrally disposed display opening but also carry frame-reinforcing ribs projecting rearwardly and substantially perpendicularly from their rear surfaces. The reinforcing ribs are positioned and extend to form, together with the rear surface lip of the frame between the display opening and the ribs, a nest into which the object to be framed may be fittingly inserted. A plurality of spring retaining clips are provided which are to be mounted adjustably and tensionedly on the reinforcing ribs of the frame; a portion of each clip, when mounted, extends inwardly across a portion of the framed object, which is thus held firmly against the rear surface lip of the frame.

Abstract: An illuminated display consists in a number of light box modules (11) each having a casing (12,13,14,15,16) and a light source within the casing for illuminating a transparency (23). Each module (11) is adapted for mounting to a skeletal support frame (7) in contiguous relationship with another. Preferably the module casing has sidewalls which on at least 3 sides include an inward step (14) adapted to engage members (7) of the frame.

Abstract: This invention is an exhibiting means in the form of an upright member with a plurality of arms for posting memoranda, checks, lab reports, and the like. The support arms are secured to the upright in overlapping fashion and include a rib or strong back to hold the posted material attached to the arms outwardly so that each can be easily seen and accessed.

Abstract: A baseball-type cap having on the front and above the visor a miniature transparent mug which contains a small motor and pump that circulates a fluid from the bottom of the mug up through a conduit within the cap to a small dispensing tap mounted above the mug. The tap handle operates an electrical switch to power the motor and also a lamp that back-lights advertising material visable through the transparent mug and illuminates the fluid flowing through a transparent tube connected between the dispensing tap outlet and the bottom of the mug. A top cover of the mug may support a plastic foam for further realism.

Abstract: An information panel assembly comprised of liquid crystal display devices, positioned on a mounting member and sandwiched between a cover member and a circuit member. Elastomeric connectors connect the liquid crystal display devices to drive circuitry on the circuit member. The cover member includes rear projecting members which are accepted by apertures on the circuit member and are disposed to engage threaded fasteners, locking the assembly together. A switch member including a matrix of membrane switches is mounted over the cover member connecting each switch to the circuit member thereby, selectively controlling the information displayed.

Abstract: A device for supporting a display board above a vehicle. The device includes a channel shaped formation which is sandwiched between an upper edge of a side window of the vehicle and the window surround and a spigot which is pivotal relatively to the formation and which is insertable into a downwardly facing socket at one side of the display board. Two of the devices are used to support the board, the devices being positioned at opposed sides of the board.

Abstract: Customized dentures are manufactured by first producing denture bases in one of a plurality of standard sizes each having sockets therein for receiving an array of artificial teeth. Next, an array of artificial teeth removably coupled together by means of a U-shaped appliance which maintains the occlusal aspects of the teeth is positioned in the sockets. Such denture bases which may be wax, uncured synthetic resin or a cured synthetic resin are then shipped and inventoried by a dentist. To fit a particular oral cavity, the dentist first makes an impression of the oral cavity and from that impression upper and lower models are casted. The dentist then selects a denture base having the artificial teeth positioned thereon in one of the standard sizes which most closely accommodates the models. The denture bases are then conformed to the surface contours of the models and the prosthetic teeth are secured in the sockets.

Abstract: A reciprocating tool in the nature of a dental handpiece is modified to carry a needle/cone assembly for use as a tattooing device. The needle/cone assembly includes a needle assembly trapped in a cone structure. The needle assembly includes a cap portion which is held by fingers in the handpiece to prevent rotation of the needle assembly, and a frangible neck which is broken on removal of the needle/cone assembly from the handpiece to prevent reuse of the needle assembly. A removable protective tube around the needles acts also as an insertion tool for the needle assembly.

Abstract: A frame device for holding and displaying sign panels. The panels are held in tension along the edges by spring-biased slide means. The slide means along each side are all moved to prespecified positions for changing the sign panels when the covers of the frame device sections are opened. Similarly, all of the slide means are placed in tension simultaneously along each side when the covers are closed. Large sign panels are held in place without adverse buckling and tearing and the mounting and removal of them is faster, more convenient and more practical.

Abstract: A vacuum operated dental high volume evacuation system is provided wherein an extraction instrument is connected to a debris collector for solids which in turn is connected to a separator unit wherein the liquid in the evacuated material is separated from the vacuum air and the dry vacuum air is directed to the vacuum source unit which creates the vacuum for the system. The separator unit includes a vacuum chamber positioned above a drainage chamber with a valve disposed therebetween. The drainage chamber is normally maintained at atmospheric pressure and the valve is normally closed due to the pressure differential between the two chambers. A liquid level sensor is provided in the vacuum chamber to sense the rise of liquid therein which upon reaching a certain level trips the sensor which results in an equalization of vacuum pressure between the two chambers and the draining of the liquid in the vacuum chamber into the drainage chamber.

Abstract: A device for rinsing milk pails automatically allows the use of a known rinser that rinse is suctioned into subject to partial vacuum and leaves again subject to atmospheric pressure. Prior to cleaning, a check valve is mounted over the milk-inlet connection and a cap over the air-suction connection to the upside-down milk-pail lid and the milk pail positioned on it with an annular spacer in between. The milk-inlet connection and the air-suction connection are connected to the rinser with hoses. During the initial suctioning stage, rinse is suctioned out of a rinsing tub through the teat cups, which are also connected up, and the pail simultaneously evacuated. When air is allowed into the rinser, part of the rinse flows back into the rinsing tube through the teat cups and the rest is sprayed into the milk pail, which is subject to partial vacuum, through the milk-inlet connection, the check valve, and a spray nozzle.

Abstract: A fish mobile structure adapted to be displayed in a windy environment, such as near an open window or in a patio area, or the like, is disclosed, including a plurality of segmented portions collectively forming a fish body structure, each of the segmented portions being joined in spaced-apart relationships to one another by a plurality of strings, a plurality of fin structures secured to portions of the fish body structure by means of strings and disposed in spaced-apart relationship thereto, and weights secured to the segmented portions to maintain the fish body structure in a vertical arrangement and to draw the strings taunt to allow and encourage pivotal movement of the various string-joined together portions of the mobile when such are moved by wind currents flowing thereabout.

Abstract: A structure for displaying a phonograph album having a holder for the phonograph album and a decorative wall display frame. The holder has a framework formed from an alongated top frame member, an elongated bottom frame member, and a pair of laterally spaced elongated side frame members. A pair of bottom corner album support members extend outwardly from the front side of the framework. A pair of top corner side motion restraining members extend outwardly from the front side of the framework. A pair of diagonal brace members have their top ends connected to the elongated top frame member and their bottom ends connected to one of the respective elongated side frame members. A nail notch section is located between the top ends of the brace members. The top frame member and the bottom frame member each have a pair of laterally spaced connector notches formed in them so that a plurality of the holders for displaying a phonograph album can be connected together in a series arrangement.

Abstract: In a display or the like device, a flexible sheet is supported in tension within a frame by means of tensioning devices secured to the frame. Each tensioning device includes a movable peg which is engaged in an aperture in the sheet. Each peg can be placed in a position nearer the middle of the space within the frame in which it is retained, or displaced away from the middle of this space, to tension the sheet, and when so displaced, the peg is urged resiliently away from the middle of this space by a spring within the respective tensioning device, to hold the sheet in tension. The tensioning devices thus constitute a simple and compact means of providing for ready interchangability of various display areas in the frame.

Abstract: A display device has lever mounted display members with their members on one end movable from exposed to eclipsed position to provide a variable display and permanent magnets on the other end to provide for control of the lever by magnetizable cores located rearwardly thereof. A housing structure accurately mounts both a frame which holds the levers and a rear face which holds the cores in three dimensions contributing to the precision of the magnetic control. The cores are mounted projecting from the rear wall of the housing. The forward ends of the cores may be accurately located again contributing to the precision of the magnetic control. The improvement of the magnetic coil means the energizing coils for the windings must be made smaller and for this and other reasons the device may be made smaller from front to back.

Abstract: An automatic money depositing and disbursing machine has functions of receiving bank notes from a transacting port and feeding the same through a discriminating section provided in a note circulating delivery passage and accommodating in boxes normal notes judges by the discriminating section, and of disbursing the notes through the discriminating section from the transacting port. The machine is of such a construction that at least portions of the received notes are used as notes to be defrayed or disbursed. The boxes are adapted to be removably supported on the stacker supporting device. The stacker supporting device comprises a rail portion attached to the bottom of the machine and a movable portion adapted to accommodate the boxes therein and slidably supported on the rail portion in horizontal opposite directions.

Abstract: An improved marking device for use with an animal harness to provide a means for identifying mated animals by color code. A replaceable marking device such as a marker block of colored crayon is secured to the animal harness by a snap fitted retaining means thus providing for safe, quick and easy replacement of spent markers.

Abstract: A picture frame hinge. The hinge is attached to backs of picture frames by inserting projections which extend from the hinge leaves into corresponding holes in the backs of the picture frames. The hinge is held in place by a resilient tab. The hinge contains opposing radial teeth which are resiliently biased together, and permit positive adjustment of the viewing angle of picture frames. A prop, for free standing is also provided.
