Abstract: A system for managing distributed text content processing is provided. The system comprises a processor configured to execute a set of instructions to: acquire data of a first document for processing; parse the data of the first document; generate at least a first original text content fragment and a second original text content fragment based on a result of the parsing; transmit the first original text content fragment to a first processing device; determine a status of processing of the first original text content fragment; determine, based on the status, to transmit the second original text content fragment to either the first processing device or to a second processing device for processing; receive a second processed text content fragment from one of the first or second processing devices; and generate a processed document including the received second processed text content fragment.

Abstract: Systems and methods consistent with various disclosed embodiments provide for collaborating information over a computer network. In one embodiment, a system is disclosed for collaborating information over a network. The system may include a storage device and one or more processors. The processor(s) may maintain documents in the storage device and publish content links to the documents in a workspace rendered by a collaboration platform. The processor(s) may provide content to the collaboration platform in response to a content link selection by a reviewer and receive the reviewer's changes, with the collaboration platform temporarily storing the document in a virtual memory for rendering to the reviewer and deleting it after the communication session ends.

Abstract: Described is a system for identification of correlations in customer observables (COs). The system extracts key phrases representing COs from textual inputs from multiple data sources, wherein the COs are related to a consumer product. A unified hypergraph is constructed that models co-occurrences of COs. The unified hypergraph includes nodes and types of hyperedges connecting the nodes, where COs are represented by nodes and data sources are represented by different types of hyperedges. Each node of the unified hypergraph is embedded into a latent feature space. The unified hypergraph is partitioned into clusters within the latent feature space, where each cluster contains correlated CO data. The correlated CO data from a cluster are used to generate and provide targeted messages specific to the consumer product to a display device.

Abstract: Methods and systems are provided to determine the legitimacy of a website. Such a website may include a graphical representation. The graphical representation may be periodically updated. A user device accessing the website may obtain data directed to the graphical representation at the time that the user device is accessing the website. The graphical representation may be compared to the data and legitimacy of the website may be determined through analysis of the graphical representation displayed on the website.

Abstract: An aspect of the present teachings generally includes a data processing platform (e.g., a platform hosted by a remote computing resource) that analyzes and compiles information contained in a source spreadsheet, e.g., to ascertain how the source spreadsheet manipulates input data. The data processing platform may create an encrypted file related to the source spreadsheet that includes transformed input data and/or directives that define functionality of the source spreadsheet, e.g., where the encrypted file is specifically tailored for use on the data processing platform for a particular user or set of users. Also, or instead, the data processing platform may create or otherwise utilize one or more runtimes that, when executed in conjunction with the encrypted file, can mimic functionality of the source spreadsheet and/or other useful functionality applied to the input data or other disparate data.

Abstract: A method that includes: receiving, by a processor(s), a user identifier and an authentication identifier that are associated with a user of a computer gaining direct access to information within a first application; displaying, on a GUI of the computer, a first window associated with the first application; displaying, on the GUI and simultaneously with the first window, a second window associated with a second application to initiate a chat session; after displaying the first and second windows, receiving by the processor(s), a user input associated with an information request; identifying, using the processor(s) and the second application, contextual inputs associated with the session and/or the user; accessing, using the processor(s) and the second application, a third application; identifying, using the processor(s) and the second application, information relevant to the information request within the third application; and displaying a response to the first information request in the second window.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for customizing a user interface on a remote control (or other device, such as a display device or mobile device) based on biometrics of the user. In a non-limiting embodiment, a method operates by receiving an interaction by a user of the remote control, wherein the interaction relates to a biometric of the user. An identity of the user is determined based on the interaction. Information associated with the determined user identity is accessed. Then, the user interface on the remote control is customized based on the accessed information. The biometric may be, for example, associated with a finger size of the user, or associated with motions made by the user with the remote control in forming the interaction. In an embodiment, the user identity is verified by comparing a date/time of the interaction with viewing history of the user, and/or by comparing the date/time of the interaction with a schedule of the user.

Abstract: Detecting selection of disabled inner links within nested content techniques are described herein. In one or more implementations, a document comprising nested content is displayed on a display of a computing device. The nested content is obtained from a third-party source and includes one or more disabled inner links to respective target portions within the nested content. A disabled link service monitors an address associated with the third-party source of the nested content to detect an address change corresponding to a user selection of one of the disabled inner links within the nested content. Responsive to detecting the address change, a respective target portion of the nested content associated with the selected inner link is located by scanning the nested content. The document is then scrolled to cause display of the target portion of the nested content on the display of the computing device.

Specifically, the present system is configured to convert an original workflow document including a plurality of tasks to an interactive procedure platform having the capability of incorporating enriching content correlating to the task elements for receiving input from a user.

Abstract: According to one configuration, a user operating a communication device communicates a request for retrieval of content to a server resource. In response to communicating the request, the communication device receives content display information defining how to produce a rendition of the requested content for display on a display screen of the communication device. The display information indicates multiple portions of individually retrievable content in which to populate the rendition of the requested content. The computer device utilizes the priority information to select an order of retrieving the multiple portions to populate the rendition of the requested content.

Abstract: A system configured intelligently reusing content and format is provided. The system receives a selection of data to be copied and an indication to copy the selected data and copies the selected data. The system receives an indication to paste the selected data at a second location. The selected data is analyzed to determine one or more options available for the paste, whereby each of the options being selectable to change an aspect of the selected data being pasted. The one or more options and an image of a placeholder representing the selected data are presented at the second location. The system receives a selection of an option from the one or more options. In response to receiving the selection of the option, the system causes presentation of the selected data in place of the image of the placeholder based on the selected option.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for displaying information for an aircraft on display devices in a flight deck of the aircraft. A computer system in the aircraft identifies information used to operate the aircraft. The computer system selects a display configuration from a plurality of display configurations for the display devices. The computer system displays the information in windows on display devices in the flight deck of the aircraft in the display configuration. The display configuration simplifies access to the information used to operate the aircraft.

Abstract: A computer implemented method of providing suggestions of related columns for a table operation in a data management system is provided. In one embodiment, the method includes storing, by a processor, a table having a plurality of rows and a plurality of columns, metadata associated with the plurality of columns, and data stored within the plurality of rows and the plurality of columns; receiving, by a processor, a table operation selected by a system or user; processing, by a processor, at least one of the data stored in the plurality of columns and the metadata associated with plurality columns based on a type of the selected table operation to determine at least one relationship between at least two columns of the plurality of columns; and generating, by the processor, dialog data that presents the at least one relationship between the at least two columns to a system or user for use in the table operation.

Abstract: In implementations of reviewing document designs, a document review system can import reviewer comments to a design application used to author a document design. The reviewer comments can be made by a reviewer via a review application implemented on an additional computing device other than the computing device implementing the design application. The document review system can add, via the design application, a reply comment to the reviewer comment. The reply comment can be made by a designer of the document design as part of a comment hierarchy that indicates comment sequences and comment links for the document design. The document review system can also export, to the review application, a review document representing the document design that preserves the comment hierarchy in the document design.

Abstract: Performing information extraction from an electronic document is disclosed. A method comprises: receiving a semi-structured input document; retrieving an entity model that provides one or more domain variable definitions for one or more domain variables, wherein the entity model and the input document correspond to a common domain; determining that the input document includes an entity that satisfies a first domain variable definition corresponding to a first domain variable; retrieving a relational model that provides, for the first domain variable, one or more relational definitions comprising spatial restrictions for one or more values corresponding to the first domain variable; extracting one or more data elements from the input document that satisfy the one or more relational definitions; and generating an information graph having a structured data format, wherein the one or more data elements extracted from the input document correspond to the first domain variable in the structured data format.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus and systems related to pre-production stage of a movie, a TV show or a multimedia content are described. In one example aspect, a pre-production system for producing a multimedia digital content including a movie includes a user interface operable to receive information about a storyline, cameras, cast, and other assets for the movie from a user, a processor, and a memory including processor executable code. The processor executable code upon execution by the processor configures the processor to determine one or more scenes based on the storyline, generate one or more machine-readable scripts corresponding to the one or more scenes, and automatically update the one or more machine-readable scripts to satisfy one or more constraints for producing the multimedia digital content.

Abstract: Described are systems and methods that solve localization problems using Machine Learning models to compute country vectors for each linked content item and present content items in response to requests based on the country vectors. For example, a request from a user in Country A may be processed to determine candidate content items responsive to the request and to determine Country A as the country corresponding to the request. The candidate content items may then be processed to determine, for each candidate content item, a country vector corresponding to Country A as indicative of the relevance of the content item to Country A. Content items that are more likely than not to be relevant to the country of the request (e.g., Country A), as indicated by the respective country vector, may be considered as responsive and all other candidate content items discarded.

Abstract: Systems and methods for determining an abnormal crowd-sourced label for a digital item comprising: analyzing a portion of the plurality of crowd-sourced labels, determining an abnormal subset of crowd-sourced labels having been potentially caused by an occurrence of the external trigger event, acquiring a browsing history associated with a subset of the plurality of users, separating the browsing history into a first browsing history group and a second browsing history group associated, generating a delta set of web resources based on analyzing the first browsing history group and the second browsing history group for differences in web resources visited by the subset of the plurality of users, the delta set containing at least one web resource of the first browsing history set being associated with an abnormal pattern of visits, associating the at least one web resource as being a source of the external trigger event.

Abstract: An automated concept-based autosuggest mechanism is provided for automatically tailoring autosuggestions in a search engine to particular medical concepts being searched. The mechanism identifies a concept-based text pattern dictionary data structure associated with text being dynamically entered by a user based on a previously identified item. The mechanism dynamically matches a set of text patterns in the concept-based text pattern dictionary data structure with a portion of text being dynamically entered by the user into a field of the user interface. The mechanism generates a user selectable output in the user interface specifying the matching set of text patterns from the concept-based text pattern dictionary data structure. The mechanism automatically populates the field of the user interface with a selected text pattern from the set of matching text patterns in response to user selection of the selectable text patter in the user selectable output in the user interface.

Abstract: A first method includes identifying a potential emoji annotation for a selected context within a text source, validating the potential emoji, determining whether the validated emoji annotation is within an emoji annotation list for the selected context, and adding the validated emoji annotation to the emoji annotation list for the selected context responsive to determining that the validated emoji annotation is not within the emoji annotation list for the selected context. A second method includes adding an emoji annotation written in a first language to an emoji annotation list corresponding to the first language, translating the emoji annotation written in the first language to a second language to produce an emoji annotation written in the second language, and adding the emoji annotation written in the second language to an emoji annotation list corresponding to the second language.
