Some embodiments may include a system including a merchant device and a consumer facing device. The merchant device may include a merchant display device configured to present interactive displays of a merchant facing interface configured to be used by merchants. The consumer facing device may be configured to present interactive displays of a consumer facing interface configured to be used by consumers. The point-of-sale system may be configured to facilitate financial transactions and other forms of consumer service. For example, merchant inputs provided via the merchant facing interface (e.g., entered menu items) may be shown on the consumer facing interface. In another example, consumer inputs provided via the consumer facing interface be sent to the merchant device and/or otherwise used by the merchant device to facilitate a financial transaction, among other things.

The method includes training machine learning models using the generated historical feature vectors, selecting one of the machine learning models for use in generating recommendation outputs, presenting an interactive voice interface to an entity to generate audio questions and prompts for obtaining response data from the entity, classifying voice survey responses of the entity, and generating feature vectors.

Abstract: A promotion server may generate the promotion campaigns based on input from a merchant. The input may include a request to generate the promotion campaign, a merchant preference, or other information shared between the merchant and the promotion server. The promotion campaign may include promotions, such as coupons, discounts, or the like, to encourage transactions with a merchant. The promotions may be generated based on merchant specified criteria, a merchant transaction history, customer preferences, a customer transaction history, and/or other information processed by the promotion server. The method may further include generating item recommendations for the set of users based on the graph network. An example system includes server(s) that are configured to determine a target distribution of virtual credit cards within the virtual card pool for a current date-and-time. The server(s) are configured to, in response to determining that the current date-and-time corresponds with a predefined restocking time, for each card value: identify a current number of virtual credit cards within the virtual card pool; identify a threshold number of virtual credit cards based on the target distribution; compare the current and threshold numbers; in response to determining that the current number is less than the threshold number, transmit a request for virtual credit cards having the card value to an external server; and add the requested virtual credit cards to the virtual card pool upon receipt.

Abstract: Disclosed is a dynamic price orchestration platform (“DPOP”) that creates dynamic item pricing for different users based on user profile data that is specific to each user, and pricing rules that specify different formulas and use different user profile data for the custom price computation for each item. The DPOP receives a request with an item identifier with a device identifier, obtains a user profile that is associated with the device identifier and that contains the user-specific data, and selects a pricing rule defined for the item identifier. The DPOP generates a dynamic price at which the particular item is offered to the user associated with the device identified by the device identifier based on the user profile data specified in pricing rule being provided as input to the pricing rule. The DPOP then adjusts the particular item price at a point-of-sale to the dynamic price.

Abstract: Introduced here are computer programs and associated computer-implemented techniques for guaranteeing a cardholder her reward for using a specialized payment card to complete a transaction based on the price of an asset when the transaction actually occurs. Acting as a digital safeguard, the technology ensures that a platform responsible for disbursing the asset will be able to account for ineligible transactions. The technologies described herein may allow the cardholder to benefit from having her reward invested in a lower risk manner. Moreover, these technologies may allow the cardholder to benefit from gains in the value of the asset over the course of a payment cycle in contrast to conventional loyalty programs.

Abstract: Systems and methods for scoring promotions are provided. A set of training offers are received, which include combinations of variable values. These combinations of variable values are converted into a vector value. The offers are paired and the vectors subtracted from one another, resulting in a pair vector. Metrics for the success of offers is collected, and are subtracted from one another for the paired offers to generate a raw score. This raw score is then normalized using the pair vector. The normalized scores are utilized to generate a model for the impact any variable value has on offer success, which may then be applied, using linear regression, to new offers to generate an expected level of success. The new scored offers are ranked and the top-ranked offers are selected for inclusion in a promotional campaign.
