  • Patent number: 11226059
Abstract: A pipe connecting seat has a sleeve and two positioning members. The positioning members are disposed on the sleeve at a spaced interval. Each one of the two positioning members has a positioning arm and a positioning pin. The positioning arm is openably, positionably, and pivotally disposed on the sleeve, and has at least one reinforcing protrusion for increasing strength of the positioning arm. The positioning pin is disposed on the positioning arm and is located out of the positioning arm for positioning the positioning arm and limiting a pivoting opening range of the positioning arm. When the pipe connecting seat is connected to two pipes, the two positioning members are always located on the sleeve and are not prone to loss. The operating convenience of the pipe connecting seat is increased.

  • Patent number: 11221095
Abstract: A method and apparatus for an improved safety cam lock fitting having ergonomically designed double cam levers having outer and inner portions so that when the outer cam levers are opened and the inner cam lever remain closed, the male and female portions of the cam lock fitting only slightly separate from each other allowing the operator to quickly reclose the cam lock fitting if the operator observes that the cam lock fitting still contains pressurized material. This is accomplished by providing a larger cam lobe on the outer cam lever and a smaller cam lobe on the inner cam lever so that when the smaller cam lobe is in a closed position and protrudes into a peripheral groove on the male portion the male and female ends have a small space therein between. Various configurations of the cam portions relative to each other are provided. Various lever locking assemblies may be used to prevent the cam levers from being inadvertently opened.

  • Patent number: 11221075
Abstract: A sealing system including a first end and a second end with flexible bellows extending therebetween. The first end includes a base plate with an inner ring having an inner diameter. The inner ring is configured to receive a pipe therethrough. The pipe has an outer diameter, which is smaller than the inner diameter of the inner ring. The bellows of the sealing system has a first length in a first position and second length in a second position. Upon axial expansion of the pipe, the bellows is configured to move from the first position to the second position. The sealing system may also comprise a mechanical protective element, such as a shroud which extends around the bellows. Movement of the bellows can be further limited with rods extending from the shroud to a surrounding substrate or a cable fixing a maximum distance between the pipe and the shroud.

  • Patent number: 11204121
Abstract: A hydraulic system has a fluid path which connects two system components fluidically to one another and which comprises a hydraulic hose. It is known to form a fluid path between two components of a hydraulic system, for example between a pump and a control block, by a single hydraulic hose which is designed in accordance with the maximum volume flow and the maximum pressure. A hydraulic hose for large volume flows and high pressures is disproportionately expensive relative to a hydraulic hose for smaller volume flows and, on account of its larger internal and external diameters, has a larger minimum bending radius than a hydraulic hose for smaller volume flows. In order to provide a cost-effective and compact structure, a hydraulic system according to the disclosure has the fluid path formed by at least two hydraulic hoses arranged fluidically parallel to one another.

  • Patent number: 11199285
Abstract: A plug-type connector for media lines having a coupling part into which a plug part can be inserted. The plug part can be retainingly engaged in the coupling part by a retaining clip that has at least two pairs of spring arms. The clip can be premounted on the coupling part by latching of the spring arms. The clip is U-shaped wherein legs of the U-shape form the two pairs of spring arms, which pairs are arranged one behind the other in the longitudinal direction and are separated by a slot and are elastic in the radial and axial directions. The first pair of the spring arms interlockingly blocks the plug part against being pulling out of the coupling part, and the second pair of spring arms holds the retaining clip captively in the coupling part in pre-assembly and assembly positions.

  • Patent number: 11199281
Abstract: A dual-latch system requiring two distinct and sequential operations to verify that a proper connection has been made is disclosed. In the first operation, the fluid line is installed into the quick connector and is attached. In the second operation, the fluid line is locked into the quick connector using a separate sliding lock latch. The connector assembly comprises a housing having an inner bore for receiving a portion of the fluid line, a spring latch having radially-spaced engaging bodies for engaging the raised upset or bead of the fluid line, and a sliding lock latch having spring release interference abutments. The sliding lock latch is movable from an unlocked position in which the abutments allow movement of the engaging bodies relative to the raised upset or bead to a locked position in which the abutments restrict movement of the engaging bodies to the raised upset or bead engaging position.
