Abstract: An assisted eating aid for use with an eating utensil constructed to carry food portions is disclosed as a serving vessel body having a bottom surface and an opposing upper surface with a centrally disposed food receiving region, an outermost perimeter, and a plurality of flanges projecting upwardly from the upper surface of the serving vessel body to divide the centrally disposed food receiving region from an outermost food receiving region where at least two of the flanges are spaced apart with each flange having an interior facing scoop surface and exterior facing scoop surface constructed to shove food portions pushed thereagainst onto the eating utensil.

Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-compartment cosmetic and personal item container with multiple layers which are stacked on top of each other, with the ability to hold vertical tall items and horizontal flat items at the same time. Vertical tall cosmetic and personal items like lipstick, eye-shadow, eye-liner, makeup brush, perfume, nail polish, nail file, nail cutter, deodorant, lotion, etc. are contained in multiple vertical sub-compartments that form one compartment layer, with each sub-compartment holding one vertical tall item. This layer with multiple vertical sub-compartments can be stacked onto single container layers each holding one horizontal flat cosmetic or personal item like powder, rouge, foundation, sponge, cream, etc. One or more horizontal flat compartments can be stuck or screwed onto the top or the bottom of the compartment layer with plurality of vertical tall sub-compartments.

The support surface includes a plurality of peg openings to receive the pegs. To transport food containers, a user places the food containers on the support surface and inserts the pegs into selected ones of the peg openings to prevent the food containers from shifting during transport. The carrying tray is thus able to accommodate food containers of varying size.

The sticker comprises a first and a second layer of labelling web material. The first layer is affixed to the package by a first adhesive provided on the inner surface of the first layer extending about at least a sealing portion of the package at the periphery of the opening. The first layer comprises a cut-out aligned with the opening of the package. The first-level interlocking panels include a plate, a first flange, a second flange, a third flange, and a fourth flange. The first-level interlocking panels include at least retaining rib and at least one vertical support member. The third flange of each first-level interlocking panel includes a guide pin. The first flange of a first-level interlocking panel is connected via suitable fasteners to the second flange of an adjacent first-level interlocking panel. A number of second-level interlocking panels may be positioned on a top surface of the first-level interlocking panels. The second-level interlocking panels may be similar to the first-level interlocking panels. The guide pin of a first-level interlocking panel is inserted into a corresponding guide pin hole on the fourth flange of a corresponding second-level panel.

Abstract: A container made of an elastomer such as silicone with an integrated leak resistant seal and pressure shield. Seal incorporates press-fit elements with sizes and shapes sufficient to provide a strong seal that resists leakage of liquids from inside the container, seal is integrated into the container and requires no external clips or clasps. The pressure shield increases leak resistance by at least 300% and is formed by adding material to the inside of the container and not to the engaging portions of the seal and works by deflecting pressure away from the two leak resistant seal portions. Additional features are provided to facilitate opening such as extended flaps for pulling the sides open, and asymmetric cavities for press-fit elements to reduce the initial opening force. The container may include a hole and be of asymmetrical shape, such as trapezoidal, to provide a wide opening along with a strong seal.
