Abstract: The present invention is directed to a portable feeding apparatus or bowl, more particularly to a travel feeding apparatus for pets having a hinged lid that converts to legs for supporting the bowl in an upright manner. The hinged lid has a lock for locking the lid in a closed position.

Abstract: A sealing label for sealing a snuff container may include a structural layer and having first and second side edges extending in a length direction and first and second end edges extending in a width direction. The sealing label may be divided in the width direction into a container lid attachment area and a container base attachment area. A tear strip area may be arranged between the container lid attachment area and the container base attachment area and may be terminated by a pull tab arranged at the first end edge. The structural layer of the sealing label may be a single structural layer of the sealing label and may consist of a mono oriented polymer film having a direction of orientation coinciding with the length direction of the sealing label. A snuff container provided with the sealing label is also disclosed.

Abstract: A beverage bottle may include a handle that engages a neck of the bottle. The handle may include a band region that encircles a portion of the neck of the bottle. The handle may be easily assembled onto the bottle, and be aesthetically pleasing. In an embodiment, a grip portion may be aligned angularly higher than the band region when the bottle is resting in a vertical position. The handle may have a grip portion sized to enable an adult to comfortably hold the grip portion with at least one finger.

Abstract: A protective case for a mobile device having a storage compartment for a user's personal items such as credit cards, license, cash, etc. is disclosed. The protective case includes a first or main panel and a second or sub-panel that are configured to cover the storage compartment and provide access thereto, via a hinged connection. Each panel may also function as independent pivot stand that can position the case in one or more operating/viewing positions.

Abstract: Protective cases and case systems for a mobile device are disclosed. The cases include a multi component structure that defines a compartment that is dimensioned to receive a mobile device and includes one or more shock absorber elements embedded within its side walls. The multi-component construct may be configured as a standalone case or sleeve that reversibly fits within another external component or shell. The shock absorber element may be formed in multiple segments and may be formed of a softer material than adjacent regions of the case and co-molded into a channel in a supporting wall component that is formed of a more rigid material. The shock absorber component may have one or more channels formed in its outer surface and may extend internally into the device compartment to form relatively soft corner pads or cushions. When a shell is employed additional level of protection to the mobile device may be provided.

More particularly, the present invention relates to a dent prevention structure of a food cooking container, in which the dent prevention structure allows vapor produced from contents in the container to be discharged to the outside of the container through a discharge hole, and allows outside air to be supplied to an inner space part of the container through the discharge hole, thereby preventing the container from being dented inwards. The dent prevention structure being open at an upper part thereof to store food includes: an inner space part; a flange surface; a main sealing protrusion part; an auxiliary sealing protrusion part; a discharge hole; a sharp part; and protrusion guides.

Abstract: An instrument tray is configured for use with surgical and/or other invasive or non-invasive medical procedures, such as in operating rooms or ICU rooms within a hospital, for example. The tray facilitates a safe transfer of instruments between a procedural team and performing the procedure. In an embodiment the surgical tray may be attached directly to the patient and/or patient's drapes so that the tray may rest upon the patient.

Abstract: A container assembly with an expiration date alarm that preserves its battery life by only triggering its alarm when needed. The container assembly includes a container for enclosing a food item, medication, or other product that should not be used after an expiration date; a sensor for sensing when the container has been opened; an alarm; and a timing circuit coupled with the sensor and the alarm for triggering the alarm only if the container is opened after the expiration date has been reached.

Abstract: A manufacturing process for a one piece tank that involves three steps results in a consistently watertight and structurally stronger unit than previous tanks. The three steps comprise a process for producing the body of the tank, a process for producing a preliminary lid, and a process for producing the final tank. An important step in the process for producing the body of the tank is extending reinforcing steel (rebar) a distance above the concrete walls of the tank. After the preliminary lid is placed into a groove of the tank, the rebar is bent over the lid and a water stop is applied between the walls of the tank and the preliminary lid. The water stop can be any of several forms. In one form, the water stop is in the form of butyl or rubber strip which projects from the walls of the tank above the walls with the rebar. In an alternate form, the water stop is in the form of a gasket of plastic or other suitable material inserted in a groove at the top of the tank.

The apparatus maintains the natural structure of the at least one necklace while secured onto the apparatus. The apparatus includes a rigid pad, a plurality of metal-mesh straps, a plurality of fasteners, a main strap, a main fastener, and at least one elastic band. The rigid pad upholds the at least one necklace and is covered with a layer of velvet. The rigid pad includes a first planar surface and a second planar surface. The at least one necklace is positioned and secured onto the first planar surface with the plurality of metal-mesh straps and the main strap with the plurality of fasteners and the main fastener, respectively. The at least one elastic band presses and secures any portion of the at least one necklace that is hanging against the second planar surface.

Abstract: This invention relates to anti-spill disposable and reusable drink-through lids for hot and cold disposable and reusable beverage cups. The present invention is directed to drink-through lids which may be placed over and attached to disposable and reusable beverage cups and which provides a drink-through opening near the perimeter of the lid's top surface for easy drinking. The drink-though lid can accommodate a consumer's lips or a beverage disposable or reusable straw. When used with a straw, the lid and straw combination creates a spill-proof seal.

Abstract: A case for a portable electronic device configured to provide protection for the electronic device and further provide storage for one or more corded-accessories for use with the electronic device, including, but not limited to, headphones. The electronic device case includes a case member configured to cover at least a portion of an electronic device and a spool member configured to retain a pair of headphones. The case member includes a cavity configured to receive the spool member and one or more channels in fluid communication with the cavity configured to receive portions of headphone cord. The case member further includes recesses in fluid communication with the one or more channels and configured to receive and retain the headphone earphones within. The case member further includes a means of releasably retaining the spool member within the cavity of the case member.

Abstract: A handle and assembly for a bucket. The bucket has first and second attachment regions on the inner surface of the sidewall near the rim. The sidewall has a compressed condition in which compressive forces are applied to opposite sides to reduce the distance between the attachment regions, and a relaxed condition with forces. The handle has attachment ends with an axis between them. The attachment ends attach to the attachment regions such that the handle rotates about the axis and can also move laterally along the axis. The handle has a first rotational position in which the handle is above the rim, and a second rotational position in which the handle is below the rim. The handle cannot rotate between the first and second positions when the sidewall is relaxed, but can when the sidewall is laterally compressed.
