Abstract: The present invention provides convenient means to hold and carry personal electronic devices in an apparatus of flexible, semi-flexible, elastomeric, or bi-directionally elastic material incorporating a first opening sized to fit closely over an object or one end of one object, and a second opening sized to fit over an object or a second end of an object, and between the two openings, integral slots or straps to fit over ends or corners of a functional component such as a Personal Mobile Electronic Device (PMED) while securing the PMED to the apparatus with lateral and longitudinal tension so as to hold and carry the device being secured to the object.

Abstract: The object of the present invention is a cap provided with a guarantee seal. The guarantee seal consists of guarantee portions comprising an engagement portion and a connecting portion. The seal further comprises bridges for connecting adjacent guarantee portions to one another and a safety portion that makes the engagement portion integral with the handling portion. The safety portion is structurally suitable for keeping the engagement portion constrained in the broken seal configuration, for preventing the forming of dangerous spikes.

Abstract: A two-sized, multi-cupped fluid holder having an upper end a plurality of hexagonally shaped upper recesses therein. There is also a lower end, with the lower end having a plurality of hexagonally shaped lower recesses therein. There is a side wall having a front surface and a back surface. The side wall front surface having at least one pair of outwardly projecting ridges. The side wall back surface having at least one pair of inwardly projecting grooves. The ridges and the grooves a first set being configured to mate with and receive the ridges and groves of another set.

Abstract: The invention provides a packaging container for plate shaped articles and a packaging method using the same. The packaging container comprises a container sole plate, a container lid plate and container side plates. Each of them is provided with detachable assembling parts which allow the container sole plate, the container lid plate and container side plates to be detachably assembled to form the packaging container. The arrangement of detachable assembling parts on the container sole, the container lid and the container side plates may realize the detachable assembly among them. That is, any side of the cubic packaging container can be separately detached during the packaging operation, such that it is possible to more easily and promptly package or obtain the plate shaped articles, while the plate shaped articles are hardly to be damaged when being packaged, thereby fulfilling the demand on automatic packaging for plate shaped articles.

Abstract: A locking device for a container is provided. The locking device contains a weighted mechanism having a mounting block and at least one paddle mounted on the mounting block. The weighted mechanism is movable between a locked position and an unlocked position. The at least one paddle having two opposing ends. A first end is mounted to the mounting block by a rotatable coupling to allow the paddle to pivot thereon. A second end of the paddle is detachably mounted to a surface of the mounting block, such that a sudden jerking or jarring motion, such as by impact with the ground, causes the second end to detach from the mounting block to block the weighted mechanism from moving from the locked position to the opened position.

Abstract: A process of manufacturing a sharps container and a method of storing needles are disclosed. The sharps container utilizes a blocking member which does not interfere with a needle being inserted into the sharps container, and a latch mechanism which does not require a protruding tab. The latch mechanism requires at least a dual action to open the sharps container, and limits the movement required for opening the sharps container.

Abstract: A packaging and cooking device includes a bottom, top and four side walls, each including a first fold line parallel to and slightly distant from the bottom, a second fold line parallel to the first line, two opposing side walls including two diagonal fold lines in the portion of the side walls located above the first line, the top including two flaps, each having a free edge and connected to two opposing side walls and a hooking system enabling flaps to be held in closed position. The hooking system includes a tab connected to the free edge of a first flap and a cut-out, provided in a second flap for inserting the tab in an insertion direction, the cut-out extending in a direction approximately perpendicular to the insertion direction and including a projecting shape offset relative to the ends thereof and oriented in the direction opposite to the insertion direction.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to packaging for hair weave-extension materials that can include a container having a top portion used for storage and display of the hair weave-extension material and a bottom opening for receiving the hair weave-extension material. A top cavity can receive the head of the hair weave-extension material so that the top of the hair weave-extension material is disposed below the top portion. A cinch can be included disposed beneath the top cavity and is operatively associated with the container and the tie of the hair weave-extension materials in order to secure the hair weave-extension material in the storage area. The hair weave-extension material can be replaceably removed from the storage area.

Abstract: Stackable drinkware includes a mouth having a mouth diameter and a maximum cavity diameter, wherein the mouth diameter is less than the maximum cavity diameter. The drinkware includes a vessel having a closed bottom and open top, and a chute including an open bottom and open top, wherein the open bottom of the chute is coupled to the open top of the vessel. A sealed vessel or chute pre-filled with fluid may be provided, which may be opened and coupled to a mateable chute or vessel, respectively.

Abstract: A carrier for a blister pack includes a first panel having an opening for movably receiving a blister of the blister pack, and a second panel having one or more dispensing openings aligned with the first panel opening. The first panel and the second panel slidably receive the blister pack there between. The carrier includes a blocking tab between the first and second panels that is selectively moveable between a blocking position and a dispensing position. When the blocking tab is in its blocking position it prevents movement of the blister in the first panel opening into alignment with a dispensing opening, thereby preventing dispensing of the blister's contents through the dispensing opening. When the blocking tab is in the dispensing position, it permits the blister to be moved into alignment with a dispensing opening for dispensing the blister's contents.

Abstract: A container having tamper evident and resistant features comprises a tray having a bottom wall and a peripheral side wall extending upwardly from the bottom wall, which collectively define a compartment, and terminating in a tray rib to at least partially define an open top providing access to the compartment. The container further comprises a cover comprising a top wall that terminates in a cover rib having a peripheral cover lip, an interference element extending from the container, at least one tab provided in the container and associated with the interference element, and at least one line of weakness coupling the tab to the container. The tab is moveable between a first position where the line of weakness is not severed and a second position where the line of weakness is severed.

Abstract: A toolbox has a casing and a cover. The casing has a top mounting flange, a first strengthening frame, and at least one engaging ring. The top mounting flange is formed on the casing. The first strengthening frame is mounted around the top mounting flange. The at least one engaging ring is mounted on the casing and has multiple ring fasteners mounted through the engaging ring and the top mounting flange via the first strengthening frame. The cover is connected to the casing and has a bottom mounting flange, a second strengthening frame, at least one engaging protrusion. The bottom mounting flange is formed on the cover. Abstract: The present invention relates to a container having a collapsible frame coupled to one side of a sliding roof that defines an upper side of the container. According to one aspect of the present invention, the container may include a collapsible frame that is pivotably coupled to one side of the container, and the sliding roof which defines the upper side of the container. The sliding roof may be configured to slide like a vertical blind along the upper side of the container in a direction from the side opposite to the one side toward the one side of the container, and to open the upper side of the container. The sliding roof may be configured to move past a first side of the container through the collapsible frame, and the collapsible frame may be configured to support the sliding roof when the sliding roof moves past the first side of the container.

Abstract: A case for a portable electronic device includes a substantially hollow housing formed of a first section and a second section. The first section is dimensioned and configured to tightly retain the portable electronic device. A hinged connector secures a first portion of the first section to a first portion of the second section and allows access to the portable electronic device when the second section is in an open position. One or more locking mechanisms removably connect a second portion of the first section to a second portion of the second section and prevents access to the portable electronic device when the second section is in a closed and locked position. The magnet housing assembly is provided on, within a portion, or within a wall of the vessel. An interior wall of the vessel is configured to form a compartment and to selectively store at least one object therein. The magnet housing assembly is configured to hold the vessel securely in a suspended configuration through a cover provided on the magnet housing assembly. The vessel is mounted in the suspended configuration by selectively connecting the magnet to a surface.

A lid (140) is movable with respect to the container body to move the container between a closed position in which the lid covers the opening and an opened position in which the opening is exposed. A housing (180) is affixed to an upper portion of the container body, adjacent to the opening. A release (160) is movably housed within the housing. The release is configured to move between a locked position in which the release retains the lid in the closed position, and an unlocked position, in which the release permits the lid to move into the opened position. Abstract: A roof panel of a sealed floating roof for a storage tank includes a first frame segment and a second frame segment. Each of the first and second frame segments includes a first depression configured to abut an adjacent top depression of a respective frame segment of a respective adjacent roof panel to form a walled trough to guide an automatic welder along a weld joint during a welding process. The roof panel also includes a panel component. The panel component includes a top sheet and a pan-shaped bottom sheet coupled to the top sheet. The pan-shaped bottom sheet is coupled to a respective upper lip of each of the first and second frame segments.

Abstract: A tool box having a reinforced door that withstands prying and resists flexing during use. The door includes a reinforced region including a first flange, a second flange and a third flange extending from the first edge of the door. At least one additional flap extends from an edge of the door adjacent to the reinforced region and is welded to the reinforced region to provide additional strength. In another embodiment, a second and a third additional flap is included on the door, and each additional flap may be welded to an adjacent flap or welded to the reinforced region. Multiple reinforced regions, each including at least one flange, may also extend from the door body to provide increased strength.
