Abstract: A container having tamper evident and resistant features includes a tray, a cover, and a blocking wall that prevents direct access to a peripheral cover lip of the cover when the cover is in a closed position on the tray. The container includes at least one tab that prevents direct access to the peripheral cover lip and which is at least partially separable from the container along at least one line of weakness to provide access to the peripheral cover lip for removing the cover from the tray. The tab further includes an interference element that inhibits replacement of the tab into its original position with respect to the container after the at least one line of weakness have been severed.

Abstract: The utilitarian function of the engagement features on a lidded vessel is at least partially camouflaged so that the engagement features' utilitarian function is less apparent to the consumer after the lid is removed. The lidded vessel may be, for example, a lidded drinking glass—such as a lidded wine glass, beer glass, whiskey tumbler or soda glass—that is sold pre-filled and sealed with the wine, beer, whiskey or soda already inside. The camouflaging may be accomplished using one or more camouflaging techniques, some of them involving the presence of so-called non-engagement elements.

Abstract: A foldable sleeve for retaining a surgical instrument is presented. The foldable sleeve includes a first panel having a first set of lock tabs, a second panel hingedly connected to the first panel, the second panel having a first pair of openings and a second pair of openings, and a third panel hingedly connected to the second panel, the third panel having a second set of lock tabs. The first panel and the third panel are each selectively movable over a portion of the second panel to retain the surgical instrument within the foldable sleeve.

Abstract: The invention relates to a device for at least one of storing and transporting a plurality of packaging containers comprises a tub-shaped lower part and an upper part for closing the lower part in a closed position in which they enclose an interior of the device. The lower part has a bottom and a lower-part wall projecting from the bottom in the direction of the upper part. The lower part comprises a wall element which with the lower-part wall forms a circumferential wall of the lower part. The wall element is movable relative to the lower part in order to at least partially open the wall.

Abstract: According to the principles of the present invention a reclosable lid assembly is provided. The assembly is intended for covering a dispensing opening of flexible packaging for wet wipes. The assembly includes a main lid secured to the assembly and positioned above the dispensing opening. The assembly includes a break tab secured to the assembly by at least one breakable connector. In an initial position, the break tab covers part of the main lid to prevent the main lid from being opened by a user. A functioning position is achieved when the user applies a force to the break tab to break the breakable connector for allowing the break tab to be moved away from the main lid so that the main lid can be freely opened by a user.

Abstract: The present invention provides a Type 3 pressure vessel comprising a polar boss that is attached to a metallic liner and provides reinforced static strength, fatigue strength, endurance, chemical resistance and/or corrosion resistance of the liner orifice or neck region. In particular, the material of the polar boss has higher static strength, fatigue strength, endurance, chemical resistance and/or corrosion resistance relative to that of the liner material.

Abstract: The present subject matter provides a layered article for sealing an opening in a package for a high alcohol content product. The layered article has a facestock, a reclosure adhesive, a machine direction oriented film, and a sealing adhesive. The sealing adhesive provides a good long-term seal for the package that is resistant to degradation from alcohol. The machine direction oriented film provides an alcohol barrier between the product and the reclosure adhesive. Upon opening, the film tears clean and straight in the machine direction to allow a portion of the film to stay in contact with the package and another portion of the film to be pulled from the package to expose the opening. The reclosure adhesive provides resealing capabilities for the layered article after the initial opening of the package. The clean straight tear also provides a tamper evident feature for the package.

The stopper includes a stopper main body that is attached to an upper opening of a beverage container main body and includes a liquid through hole on the inside thereof; and a lid that is axially supported by a hinge shaft that is provided at an end of the stopper main body, and which opens and closes the liquid through hole in a rotational manner; the hinge shaft connects a hinge portion of the stopper main body, and right and left hinge portions of the lid; a storage portion is provided on at least one of the right and left hinge portions of the lid, and the hinge portion of the stopper main body; at least one end of the storage portion in the axis direction of the hinge shaft forms an opening; and a torsion spring is stored in the storage portion, and a cover member covers the opening of the storage portion.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and apparatus for a wine bottle packaging divider and display. The method and apparatus comprise of a divider with opposing side edges and opposing top and bottom edges. The divider has a partitioning line dividing the divider into a first section and a second section, wherein at least one of the first section and the second section is capable of displaying an advertisement. The divider also has at least one pair of elongated openings, wherein each of the at least one pair of elongated openings has an end in proximity to one of the opposing top and bottom edges, wherein said at least one pair of elongated openings is capable of being opened to the one edge and slidably coupled onto a vertical wall for displaying the advertisement. The divider is folded along the partitioning line to fit within a container for packaging the glass bottles.

Abstract: A storage device includes a box-shaped case having an opening; an opening/closing body opening and closing the opening; a guide device extended along a predetermined straight line on a side wall of the case; a slider supported in the guide device slidably along the straight line; an arm extending from the opening/closing body, supported in the slider rotatably around a predetermined axis line, and having a first gear around the axis line; and a rack extended in the side wall parallel to the straight line, and engaged with the first gear. When the opening/closing body rotates around the axis line relative to the case, the first gear and the rack are engaged with each other so that the opening/closing body moves along the straight line together with the slider.

Abstract: A package containing tamper evident features includes a closure for closing the package and an access point that provides access to contents of the package. The closure includes a ring surrounding the closure which is connected to the package, a lid, substantially covering the access point when the lid is closed on the package, a removable tab secured between a portion of the lid and the ring and a plurality of tear off webs between the ring and the lid. The tear off webs are releasably connected between the ring and the lid. Opening of the package by opening the lid requires both removal of the tab from the tube and breaking of the first tear off webs. Removal of the tab forms a window at least partially provided in the lid.

Abstract: Provided is an accommodating device for different materials, which includes a fixed part fixed around a container neck and an operating part disposed around the fixed part and coupled thereto. An accommodating part having a storage space extends downward within the operating part, and a lower end part and an outer ring-shaped part of the accommodating part are sealed by a sealing support part and a sealing part of the fixed part disposed around the container neck and coupled thereto. In the accommodating part, a tab for breaking perforations, which is formed on a lower end of the accommodating part of the operating part, breaks the perforations formed between the sealing support part and the sealing part when a consumer rotates the operating part.

Abstract: An adjustable carry bag has two end sections for releasable connection together at connecting ends thereof to form an interior space for accommodating therein at least one sport board. Each end section has a first access opening providing access into the interior space and a closed perimeter portion at the connecting end defining a second access opening providing access into the interior space different from the first access opening. In an open state, the first access opening provide access into the interior space for accommodating therein a sport board. In a closed state of the first access opening when the end sections are connected together, the bag completely encloses and securely holds therein the sport board.

The display board includes a main body. At least one side of the main body is formed with an assembling portion. The assembling portion includes at least one stepped engagement portion protrudedly formed on a surface of the main body. The stepped engagement portion includes a large-diameter engagement portion and a small-diameter portion. The large-diameter engagement portion includes a first lateral surface, and the small-diameter portion includes a second lateral surface. When the stepped engagement portion is inserted in the positioning hole, the first lateral surface corresponds to and is tightly engaged with an inner wall of the large-diameter hole, and the second lateral surface corresponds to and is releasingly assembled within the small-diameter hole.

Abstract: A locking security lid incorporates a cylindrical housing having extendable pistons and contact pads for contacting the interior surface of an access pipe, the contact pads may be retracted to a withdrawn position wherein the contact pads are within the outside diameter of the cylindrical housing. The cylindrical housing is provided with a locking bolt to will be secured to the cylindrical housing through a stanchion and having a keyed bolt head to prevent removal of the locking bolt without a socket wrench having a corresponding slot pattern. The contact pads are provided with a locking interference surface to prevent relative movement between an access pipe and the contact pad when the contact pads are extended.

Abstract: A method for sterile packaging of a plurality of containers is provided that includes: providing a carrier in which a plurality of receptacles are formed, the receptacles being formed by a closed bottom and a circumferential side wall, the upper ends of the receptacles, which are opposite to the respective bottom, are open and circumferential connecting webs are provided at the upper ends; placing the containers in the receptacles; providing a gas-impermeable protective foil; bonding the protective foil along the connecting webs with the upper surface of the carrier to package all the receptacles with the containers accommodated individually therein; and sterilizing the receptacles with the containers accommodated therein and/or the inner volumes of the containers by a gas flowing into the receptacles and/or into the inner volumes of the containers through at least one gas-permeable portion.
