Abstract: A system that facilitates the negotiation of a standard for inter-enterprise collaboration between trading partners includes a set of meta-model elements. Each element in the set can be negotiated by enterprises and incorporated into a negotiated meta-model that describes an agreement between the enterprises as to collaborations between the enterprises. Each element in the set describes a portion of a potential standard for collaboration between enterprises. The system also includes a meta-model negotiation service that receives an indication that enterprises wish to negotiate a standard for collaborations between the enterprises and provides access to the set of elements and receive selections of one or more of the elements for negotiation and incorporation into a negotiated meta-model. The negotiated meta-model describes an agreement between the enterprises as to collaborations between the enterprises.
Abstract: A method for crowd sourcing tasks may include identifying a group of potential candidates for crowd sourcing. Each candidate of the group of potential candidates may be identified based on the candidate being expected to accept a certain type of task. The certain type of task may be at least a task that is performable within a predetermined range of time. The method may also include receiving a request to perform a particular task from a requester. The method may additionally include determining if the particular task is the certain type of task. The method may further include transmitting an offer for performance of the particular task to at least a subgroup of the group of potential candidates in response to the particular task being the certain type of task.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed to identify publisher advertising behavior. An example disclosed method includes initiating a first probing effort of an Internet publisher of interest to establish a baseline advertising ratio for a plurality of advertisers, determining a first advertising deviation based on a difference between the baseline advertising and a local advertising associated with a first geography of interest, and establishing a first probing frequency for the first geography of interest based on the first advertising deviation.
Abstract: A method and apparatus for evolving a shared to-do list into a business process is disclosed. A business process includes one or more business steps and zero or more action rules related to the business steps. Members of a workgroup participate in the business process and are able to view, modify, add and delete business steps and action rules as needed. An action rule is comprised of one or more business actions and one or more events that trigger the actions to be executed. A computer program keeps track of the business steps, interprets the set of rules, and updates states of the business process, notifies the members and validates and accepts modifications by the members to the action rules of a business steps.
