The control program is a display program to be executed in the user terminal, and controls the user terminal to execute a sound playback procedure for playing back a sound when content is included in an area specified by the display program for displaying the content, a viewable area acquisition procedure for acquiring the area specified by the display program in the content as a viewable area, a display area determination procedure for determining whether a display area where a video is displayed corresponding to the content is positioned in the viewable area, and a video playback procedure for stopping playback of the sound and starting playback of the video, when determined that the display area is positioned in the viewable area.

A forecasting model for determining an expected bid requests inventory is generated, wherein a bid request indicates an opportunity to submit a bid to present content in conjunction with a user interface. A bid success rate is determined. An expected impressions inventory is determined based on the expected bid requests inventory and the bid success rate.

The mobile phone includes a contactless element that is configured to communicate with a contactless reader in a point of sale terminal. The account balance inquiry response message provides an account balance for an account associated with the mobile phone. The mobile phone is operated by a consumer. The method also includes sending a transaction alert message to the mobile phone, where the transaction alert message informs the consumer that a transaction has occurred using the account. The method also includes sending an offer message to the mobile phone, where the offer message provides a benefit to the consumer if the consumer uses the mobile phone to conduct a predetermined transaction.

User accounts associated with the users indicate affiliations having a functional significance between users. Presentation of offers to sell virtual items are provided to users having a first affiliation and to users having a second affiliation. The virtual items associated with the offers are distributed to the users having a first affiliation upon an indication that a threshold number of users having the first affiliation have accepted the offer and are not distributed to users having a second affiliation upon an indication that a threshold number of users having the second affiliation have not accepted the offer.
