    Abstract: The invention provides methods for broadcasting video in a dual HDR/LDR format such that the video can be displayed in real time by both LDR and HDR display devices. Methods and devices of the invention process streams of pixels from multiple sensors in a frame-independent manner to produce an HDR video signal in real time. That HDR video signal is then tone-mapped to produce an LDR video signal, the LDR signal is subtracted from the HDR signal to calculate a residual signal, and the LDR signal and the residual signal are merged into a combined signal that is broadcast via a communications network.

The system analyzes the content stream in accordance with the model to recognize the object, generates a label for the object, and associates the label with the object in the content stream. The system also delivers the content stream for presentation at the user device; the label is delivered in-line with respect to the content stream and is generated in real time with respect to the presentation. The method further includes training the model in accordance with a machine learning procedure; the model is refined based on the analyzing of the content stream. Other embodiments are disclosed.

The video image is sent to a server. The video clip of the commentator is then downloadable by the user using a device such as a mobile phone or tablet. The user can then view the additional content—the video segment of the commentator—on his device. Using the techniques of positioning and anchoring as described herein, the user can enjoy the video segment as though the commentator were present in the room, by viewing the room through a camera of the device.
