Abstract: A method for controlling an active air flap of a vehicle is provided. The method includes receiving individual amounts of cooling demand required by a plurality of apparatuses requiring cooling that are installed within an engine room. Demand duties are then calculated based on the amounts of cooling demand required by the respective apparatuses and correction duties for the respective apparatuses are calculated by multiplying the demand duties for the respective apparatuses by an outside temperature factor according to the outside temperature of the vehicle. A maximum value out of the correction duties for the respective apparatuses is selected as a final duty and the active air flap is operated with an opening degree based on the selected final duty.

Abstract: A wheelchair dolly is provided. The wheelchair dolly includes two spaced apart frame elements, each movable in concert between a folded position and an extended position for supporting two or more wheelchairs for transportation. Each frame element may serially provide a front, middle and rear sections, wherein the front and middle sections are pivotal about a distal end of the rear section for moving between the extended and folded positions. The rear sections may each provide a rear wheel and a handle portion interconnected by a brake system for selectively braking the rear wheels. Bracing and crossbars may secure the frame elements in their spaced apart arrangement.
Abstract: Embodiments are directed to a support apparatus. The support apparatus might comprise a body configured to support an entity. The body might comprise a material that has a physical property. The support apparatus might further comprise a coupler system configured to couple electric current from a power source to the material. The material is arranged such that coupling an electric current to the material changes the physical property of the material. Embodiments are further directed to a method. The method might comprise forming one or more cavities in a support apparatus. The method might further comprise providing one or more couplers in electrical contact with each of the one or more channels. The method further comprises filling each of the one or more cavities with a fluid that has electrically changeable rigidity. Abstract: An outdoor stroller for children is disclosed, including a top frame and a bottom frame which are frame units parallel to each other. An upper lateral bar is pivoted with a lower lateral bar which is crossed over and put upright with a crossbar in an X-shape. By the arrestment of a disengaging mechanism and a clamping device, the upper lateral bar and the lower lateral bar are formed into a straight bar to support and level the top frame parallel, thereby unfolding the stroller. On the other hand, the upper lateral bar and the lower lateral bar are turned backward, the top frame is lowered down parallel, and the lower lateral bar and the crossbar that are crossed over in the X-shape are folded with each other, so as to fold the stroller.
