Abstract: A bicycle simulator (1) is basically constituted by a bicycle pre-arranged for static or pseudo-static use. The bicycle comprises front and rear supports (13, 14) for resting on the floor (12) that simulate the contact of the wheels of a normal bicycle on the road. The two supports are preferably constituted by a front supporting wheel (13) and by a rear supporting wheel (14) that rest on the floor and support in a freely rotatable way the respective wheel axles (3, 11). Rotatably mounted within at least the front supporting wheel is a flywheel (F1, F2). The front flywheel (F1) is set in rotation by a respective electric motor (M) or by a transmission driven by the pedals, for creating a stabilizing gyroscopic effect, which enables the user to maintain his balance when pedaling with the bicycle stationary, resting on the floor via the supporting wheels in a static condition.
Abstract: A new weight for exercise and physical fitness is disclosed. The invention combines a kettlebell with the dumbbell, so a user can gain the swinging, aerobic benefits of a kettlebell and at the same time utilize the invention as a traditional dumbbell.
Abstract: The present invention discloses a multi-training function air-water punching bag structure that comprises one inner bladder, one external bag, at least one set of handles, at least two sets of first suspenders, and at least one set of second suspenders. The inner bladder respectively contains liquid and air simultaneously. Users can adjust the volume of the liquid and air according to the needs of training and the tactile feel of the punches. The external bag integrates the handle set or the first set of suspenders and the second set of suspenders to reach the effect of multi-training functions.

The safe trampoline includes: a plurality of rollers mounted on the upper frame; connection members other than springs, sides of which are indirectly or directly coupled to a periphery of the resilient mat and opposite sides of which are partially wound on the rollers; and resilient bodies, sides of which are coupled to the opposite sides of the connection members and opposite sides of which are fixedly coupled to a specific part of a planar lower location of the resilient mat. The resilient bodies extend or are restored to the original positions according to a load applied to the resilient mat.
Abstract: A rock climbing anchor and related methods are described. The climbing anchor comprises a body and a base member or skeleton. The body allows for traditional lead climbing protection to be placed and secured. The body can be molded around the skeleton. The skeleton serves to support the body against large forces generated by a falling climber, and to act as a secondary safety measure against a fall. Various scenarios or arrangements can be provided or created on a climbing wall to train a climber or give a climber a variety of experiences.
Abstract: A physical fitness device that simulates the motion of horseback riding. Innovative features of the present invention include a horseback riding simulation post which extends both vertically, at a vertical angle toward a rider seated on the device, and an upwardly extending longitudinal section which extends toward a rider on the exercise device seat and terminates in a transverse handle which enables the user to grasp the handle with both hands or one hand. There are a pair of parallel crank arms with a respective one of the crank arms adjacent opposite sides of the exercise device with each crank arm having an upwardly extending section extending forwardly or rearwardly.
Abstract: A bicycle trainer includes a body having two spaced positioning portions for supporting the wheel axle of a bicycle wheel, a damper unit for giving a damping resistance to the bicycle wheel, and a holding fixture mounted at the two positioning portions of the body for securing the bicycle wheel in a non-coaxial manner relative to the axial direction of the wheel axle. Thus, the invention can conveniently, rapidly and steadily secure the bicycle wheel in position.
Abstract: An exercise assembly includes a grippable member that may be held by a person while the person is walking to facilitate the engagement of upper body muscles. A plurality of weights is provided and a selected number of the weights is removably positioned within the grippable member. The weights provide a selectable amount of resistance to the person while the person holds the grippable member. A weapon is removably positioned within one of the grippable member to be utilized by the person for defense purposes.
Abstract: A climbing hold and a rock climbing system for use in rock climbing are disclosed. The climbing hold includes a climbing hold body which is provided with a conductive film and a circuit board. The rock climbing system includes a climbing wall, a main control unit, a control terminal, and a plurality of climbing holds. The main control unit includes a circuit board containing a microcontroller unit (MCU). The climbing hold circuit board and the main circuit board are electrically connected. The control terminal and the main control unit are electrically connected. When the climbing hold is being touched, the conductive film and the static electricity capacity of human body combine to cause a change in electrostatic capacity. The climbing hold circuit board can detect such a change instantaneously and send a status signal to the control terminal. Analysis can be performed by monitoring the status of every climbing hold.
Abstract: A tilting inversion exerciser includes a supporting stand having a primary frame and an auxiliary frame, the primary frame includes two posts, two barrels on the posts, two shafts attached to the barrels, a carrier attached to the shafts for supporting a supporting table, and an actuator is coupled between one of the shafts and one of the posts and includes a release valve for releasing the actuator when the release valve is depressed and actuated, and for locking the actuator when the release valve is released. The user may easily actuate the release valve to release and to lock the actuator without applying much force or energy to rotate the carrier and the supporting table relative to the supporting stand.
Abstract: A swiveling user support assembly has a user support or seat rotatably mounted on a user support mounting device or frame for rotation about a first pivot axis, while the mounting device or frame is pivotally or rigidly connected to a main frame of an exercise machine. The user support has a base, and a primary user support and stabilizing device mounted on the base. A pivot connection between the base and mounting device or frame allows the user support to swivel from side to side about the first pivot axis. A centering mechanism helps to orient the user support in a central position for user entry or exit.

Abstract: An adaptive ostomy appliance includes a collection pouch, a first coupling ring attached to the collection pouch, and a faceplate having a second coupling ring assembly connected to it by a thermoplastic web. The coupling rings couple the faceplate to the pouch. A securing member releaseably, operably couples the second coupling ring with the front surface of the faceplate.
Abstract: A fitness device for fully suspending a user in air includes at least four holds, at least four strap segments, and at least one attachment member. Each hold is configured to allow a user to interface with a hand or a foot. The four holds are configured to allow a single user to concurrently interface the four holds with a separate hand or foot. At least one strap segment is adjustable in length between the corresponding hold and a suspension point. The strap segments are configured to move independently of each other strap segment. The at least one attachment member is configured to attach to a corresponding mounting support structure to enable a user to fully suspend the user's body from a ground surface by contact with the holds.
