  • Patent number: 12373747
Abstract: Mobile computing systems and method for generating a map and associate tasks with their respective positions on the map. First, the mobile computing system is configured to determine a location of itself and generate a map of an area including the determined location. Further, a movement of the mobile computing system is tracked and updated on the map. The mobile computing system is further configured to receive an indication that a task is completed. In response to the indication that the task is completed, a position tag associated with the completed task is generated based on a current location, and the map is updated to include the position tag. The updated map and information related to the completed task are then stored in a computer-readable media.

  • Patent number: 12340332
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure provide systems, methods, and computer-readable storage media that support functionality for identifying, quantifying, and mitigating risks. A dataset that includes a plurality of data items associated with one or more entities is generated and a set of rules is executed against the dataset to determine a sentiment for each data item of the plurality of data items. The dataset may be evaluated against a machine learning model configured to produce a set of risk categorizations that associate each of the plurality of data items with a risk category. Scoring metrics are generated for each of the data items based at least in part on the evaluating. The scoring metrics may account for an impact of dependencies and capabilities of the one or more entities on risks corresponding to the risk categorizations.

  • Patent number: 12314967
Abstract: In a familiarity degree estimation apparatus, a first video process unit calculates a time while a hand being viewed, which is a time when a customer is viewing the hand. A second video process unit calculates a time while an item being held, which is a time when the customer is holding an item. A familiarity degree estimation unit calculates a time while the item being viewed based on the time while a hand being viewed and the time while the item being held, and estimates that the longer the time while the item being viewed, the lower the degree of familiarity of the customer with respect to the item.

  • Patent number: 12271839
Abstract: Disclosed is managing (creating and maintaining) attendance/participation data describing remote attendance of attendees of an event, or a replay of the event. The event can be a virtual reality event. When a remote user attends an event, subsequent viewers of the event replay can see a digital representation (e.g., an avatar) of the remote user within the replay as having attended the event in-person. Subsequent replays include digital representations of the remote user and the user(s) that viewed previously replay(s) to emulate their attendance. User can manage their own attendance data, including to obtain proof of attendance. A user can delete his or her presence at an event, such that replays after the deletion do not include that user's representation. A user can go anonymous with respect to an event, such that any replays after the anonymity choice include only a generic representation of the attendee.

  • Patent number: 12253860
Abstract: Embodiments provide systems, method, and computer-readable storage media for performing robotic tasks in a distributed and coordinated manner. A fleet of robots may use a sequence of messages to appoint supervisors for a set of tasks, where the supervisor robots are responsible for ensuring that their supervised tasks are completed by other robots of the fleet. The supervisors may solicit requests from other robots to perform available tasks and select a robot to perform an available task. Once a robot is appointed, the supervisor and the worker may use messaging sequences to monitor the status of the task and participating robots (e.g., the supervisor and the worker). The monitoring may enable the supervisor to detect a failed worker and enable other robots to detect a failed supervisor.

  • Patent number: 12248955
Abstract: Systems and methods for conducting a test on a third-party testing platform are provided. A networked system causes presentation of a setup user interface to a third-party user, whereby the setup user interface includes a field for indicating an attribute of a publication to be tested. The networked system receives, via the setup user interface, an indication of the attribute, a subject to be tested, and one or more test parameters. The networked system applies the attribute change to a first version of the publication to generate a second version of the publication. The first version is presented to a first subset of potential users and the second version is presented to a second subset of potential users. Interactions with both the first version and the second version are monitored and analyzed to determine results of the test. The results are then presented to the third-party user.
