The MAP may include on-board sensors for directly obtaining at least some of the sensory information. The MAP may obtain at least some of the sensory information from fixed sensors deployed within or near the infrastructure. The MAP may comprise an autonomous vehicle (AV).

Thus, communication service may be implemented better on the basis of an existing communication standard.
