Abstract: A recommendation method applied to a terminal includes a rule platform with system-level permission, the rule platform is configured to save system resources and remind a user of a function of an application. The rule platform obtains a first event and a first rule related to the first event from a rule base. The rule platform includes the rule base including a rule and each rule includes a condition. The rule platform updates a matching status of a first condition corresponding to the first event in the first rule The terminal displays a recommendation result corresponding to the first rule when a matching status of each condition in the first rule indicates that the matching is successful. The first rule is one of the rule related to the first event.

  • Patent number: 11234137
Abstract: Nodes included in a hybrid network establish cellular links infrequently and at staggered intervals. When a node establishes a cellular link, other nodes can transmit and receive data to a back office using that cellular link. In addition, the node can receive a request from the back office across the cellular link indicating that another node should respond to an on-demand read request. The node can then signal the other node via a wireless mesh network to establish a cellular link in order to respond to the on-demand read request. An advantage of the disclosed approach is that a battery powered node can communicate as often as needed with the back office without frequently establishing a cellular link and without maintaining a continuously active cellular link.

  • Patent number: 11191029
Abstract: Disclosed in the embodiments of the present invention are an open-loop power control method and device, relating to the field of wireless communications and comprising: sending a first signal/channel to a second wireless node; indicating the transmission power of said first signal/channel to the second wireless node; or sending the first signal/channel and a fourth signal/channel to the second wireless node; indicating the transmission power of said fourth signal/channel to the second wireless node; said transmission power is used by the second wireless node to calculate the downlink path loss and determine the transmission power of the uplink random-access signal. The invention is capable of ensuring, in a user-centered access context, that an appropriate transmission power is used to send an uplink random-access request, thus resisting the impact of path loss and preventing interference between uplink users.

  • Patent number: 11190949
Abstract: A base station, e.g., a CBSD, selects or more user equipment (UE) devices, e.g., cell phones, to operate in monitoring mode. In monitoring mode the UE device, in addition to its normal communications with the base station, performs received power measurements in a frequency band, e.g., a CBRS band. The UE reports to the base station information indicating a UE determined measured power level attributed to incumbent user or measurement information used to derive a power level attributed to incumbent user. One or more base stations report received power measurement values attributed to incumbent user to a system management device, e.g., a SAS. The system management device processes the received information, e.g. combining information, and comparing a result to a threshold level. If the result exceeds the threshold the system management device sends a command to one or more base station to shut down DL traffic in the CBRS band.

  • Patent number: 11190182
Abstract: Disclosed herein are non-limiting examples of charge pumps that reduce the introduction of noise into a circuit in which they are implemented and/or lower the output impedance when providing certain voltages (e.g., negative voltage generators). The disclosed technologies utilize a plurality of smaller charge pumps (or charge pump units) working in parallel that operate on different clock phases rather than using a single charge pump with a relatively large flying capacitor or a plurality of charge pumps in series. This can, for example, reduce spurious signals or spurs that arise due at least in part to the characteristics of the clock signal. The disclosed technologies may be particularly advantageous for SOI-based components and circuits.

  • Patent number: 11184756
Abstract: Systems and methods of providing steering of roaming (SOR) information in a 5G VPLMN are described. A UE receives a REGISTRATION ACCEPT message from an AMF of the VPLMN during initial or mobility registration of the UE in the VPLMN and DL NAS TRANSPORT message thereafter. The message has a Payload container information element (IE) set to secured packet. The SOR information indicates a list of preferred PLMN/access technology combinations, which is uploaded to a memory after a successful security check to verify that the list of preferred PLMN/access technology combinations is provided by the UDM of the HPLMN and is not tampered with by the VPLMN. When the message also contains a request for acknowledgment of successful security check of the list of preferred PLMN/access technology combinations, the UE transmits to the AMF the acknowledgment in a REGISTRATION COMPLETE or a DL NAS TRANSPORT message.
