  • Patent number: 11391545
Abstract: A turret display device is used for rapidly zeroing a riflescope. The turrets on an improved riflescope provide a turret position signal. A display of the turret display device comprises turret display cross hairs displayed relative to a target icon. When the turret display device receives a turret position signal, turret display cross hairs move to show the relative movement as indicated by the received turret position signal. When a distance is processed by the turret display device, the turret display cross hairs move to show an aiming point relative to a target icon based on the current zero of the riflescope. The user zeroes the riflescope to any distance by turning the turrets until the turret display cross hairs are centered for the desired distance. In some embodiments the turret display device is integrated into a hand held rangefinder, smart phone, or riflescope. A riflescope having turrets which each provide a turret position signal.

  • Patent number: 11391528
Abstract: A mechanical device for cocking and percussion for single-trigger individual weapon and two barrels, which are plain or striped, juxtaposed or superimposed and weapons using such device are provided. The device is intended for defense weapons that use two center-fire or annular firing barrels or tubes using mechanical energy to initiate a pyrotechnic primer. It uses the action of the trigger on a single ratchet, attached to a gearwheel and an action piece on the hammer; this action is made alternative by a duplication of this gear wheel and action piece, one being driven by the other in rotation so that the actions on one or the other barrels are alternative. The weapon equipped with such a device can be equipped with an associated additional device that allows the visualization of the active barrel as well as the change of barrel that will fire the next shot.

  • Patent number: 11371798
Abstract: An air gun utilizes high pressure air to rapidly move projectiles from a magazine to the breech of a barrel, and from there out of the barrel. Actuating a trigger opens a valve which directs high pressure air into a turbine/projectile feed disk assembly causing rotation of the assembly about an axle. The rotation rapidly moves projectiles from the magazine to a position at the barrel breech (one at a time) where the high pressure air launches the positioned projectile through the barrel and out the barrel muzzle. The weapon is innovative in the use of high pressure air in an efficient combination of linear and rotational movement to load and rapidly discharge projectiles through a single barrel.

  • Patent number: 11353294
Abstract: A modular armor system is provided. The modular armor system includes an encasement for holding one or more interior plate, thereby providing a variety of protection options. The encasement is moveable from an open configuration to a closed configuration. In the open configuration, a user can inspect plate conditions and configurations prior to using such system, thereby allowing the user to replace damaged plates and/or to change plate configurations. The system is configured to allow bullets to penetrate the encasement, thereby reducing impact to users while reducing shrapnel associated with bullet spalling. By including one or more penetrable, buffer, retaining, or other plate within the encasement, users can further decrease impact and/or other risks associated with the same.

  • Patent number: 11320247
Abstract: A stand-off breaching device (20) for breaching a barrier, comprising a housing (21), an explosive main charge (24) having a barrier-end (25) and a rear-end (26), a detonator (29), and means for initiating the detonator (27) when the explosive main charge (24) is at a preselected distance from a barrier. The detonator (29) is configured to detonate explosive main charge (24) at the rear-end (26) such that the resultant detonation wave propagates through the explosive main charge (24) towards the barrier-end (25) and the barrier being breached. This configuration provides more efficient transfer of explosively generated overpressure towards a barrier, thereby enabling the use of explosive main charges (24) with reduced mass, and the associated improvements in operator safety. The breaching device (20) is particularly suited to use in door breaching operations.

  • Patent number: 11287231
Abstract: A reusable simulated weapon device includes a holding chamber and an expansion chamber for receiving expanding gas. A shuttle is slidable between a closed position that blocks communication between the holding chamber and the expansion chamber and an open position that allows communication. A pilot valve allows pressurized gas in the holding chamber to drive the shuttle into the open position. A firing pin opens the pilot valve. The firing pin has an armed position, in which a protrusion engages with a recess to hold the firing pin against a spring. The firing pin can be released from the armed position in response to an impact to the device. When the firing pin is released, the spring drives the firing pin to actuate the pilot valve, causing the shuttle to slide from the closed position to the open position to allow gas to move into the expansion chamber.
