Abstract: A highly thixotropic 3D printing concrete and a manufacturing method therefor are provided. The weight percentage of each component calculated per cube of concrete is: 35-40% of cement, 0.1-0.4% of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, 0.1-0.4% of polypropylene fiber, 1.0-3.0% of special thixotropic agent for 3D printing concrete, and 12.5-14.5% of water, and the remainder is sand.

Abstract: Disclosed is a preparation method of a polycarboxylate water reducer having a regular sequence structure. The preparation method of the present invention comprises: performing Michael addition on polyethylene glycol ether acrylate macromonomer A and amino-containing carboxylic acid B for 5-12 hours, then cooling to 0° C., dropwise adding acryloyl chloride slowly and evenly, and further reacting for 12 hours at room temperature to obtain carboxyl-containing polyether macromonomer C; mixing the carboxyl-containing polyether macromonomer C, a small molecular RAFT reagent, an initiator, and water adequately; and holding the polymerization mass concentration at 30%-60% and heating to 60-80° C. in the atmosphere of N2 to react for 2-5 hours to obtain the polycarboxylate water reducer having a regular sequence structure.

Abstract: A polyvinyl halide compound has thermal conductivity and includes polyvinyl halide resin, natural or synthetic graphite of flake or spheroid form, and at least 0.5 weight percent of epoxidized vegetable oil. Selection of types and amounts of graphite and epoxidized vegetable oil provide thermal conductivity while other desirable properties of the compound are suitably maintained. The compound can be used for making any end use article that needs flame retardance and good thermal management and is especially useful as a thermally conductive material to replace die cast or extruded aluminum heat sinks in industrial applications, such as LED lighting fixtures.
Abstract: A sacrificial concrete for a core catcher and a preparation method thereof are provided. The sacrificial concrete includes raw materials in parts by weight as follows: cement, 575˜625 parts; a quartz sand, 1200˜1300 parts; a hematite ore, 700˜800 parts; water, 200˜220 parts; a water reducing agent, 7˜10 parts; and strontium oxide, 0˜10 parts. The process of the preparation method is simple, and the sacrificial concrete with excellent performances of fluidity, strength and high-temperature resistance can be prepared by the known mixing technology. The sacrificial concrete can reduce releasing of radioactive substances 89Sr and 90Sr, so as to improve safety of nuclear power plants in case of a severe accident. Moreover, the sacrificial concrete can be used not only in a core catcher of current third generation nuclear power plant, but also in a core catcher of future fourth generation nuclear power plant, and has widespread engineering application value.

Abstract: Embodiments of the invention relate to concrete admixtures, provide a phosphonato block polymer, a preparation method and an application. The method includes: the phosphonato block polymer prepared by copolycondensating an ether-type segment A, a phosphonato segment B, and a third part of aldehyde C. The ether-type segment A is obtained by polycondensating a polyether monomer and a first part of aldehyde C. The phosphonato segment B is obtained by polycondensating a monomer b containing phosphonato, a monomer c, and a second part of aldehyde C in an aprotic weak polar solvent E. By preparing a block polymer using arylalkane as a main chain and using a phosphonic acid or phosphinic acid functional group as an adsorption group, the invention improves the resistance of the block polymer to sulfate and clay interference, and can achieve initial high dispersion of concrete with a low water-cement ratio and decreasing of the system viscosity.

Abstract: Provided is a citrate-based plasticizer and a resin composition including the same. The citrate-based plasticizer includes one or more citrates having alkyl groups with 7 carbon atoms. The citrate-based plasticizer can solve limitations on migration and volatile loss inherent in the conventional plasticizer and limitations on characteristics of processing such as plasticizing efficiency and absorption rate.

Abstract: An ionic conductive, stretchable, and flexible transparent material includes silk fibroin, a nanomaterial, and an electrolyte. The material can be recycled. A flexible surface capacitive touch panel and a flexible motion sensor can both be based on the ionic conductive, stretchable, and flexible transparent material. The ionic conductive, stretchable, and flexible transparent material shows many desirable properties, such as a good crystallinity, transparency, mechanical strength, recyclability, optical transparency, and electrical sensitivity. The material shows chemical and thermal stability, in addition to excellent dimensional stability.
