Abstract: The present invention is directed to an adjustable weighted balloon handle that allows for a balloon to levitate an intermediate distance off the ground. The adjustable weighted balloon handle includes a plurality of strips having a plurality of perforations creating tabs, wherein the tabs may be removed to adjust the weight of the handle. The adjustable weighted balloon handle may solve a number of problems currently associated with helium and other lighter-than-air balloons. Namely, the adjustable weighted balloon handle may allow a user to levitate a balloon off the ground and not force the user to tether the balloon to a surface.

Abstract: A plush toy includes a rigid body and a plurality of expandable, articulable and positionable tubes each extending from a proximal tube end to a distal tube end. Each proximal tube end is attached to the rigid body. At least two rigid hollow bases are each filled with weighting material. Each rigid base is attached a respective distal tube end of one of the plurality of tubes. A fabric covering surrounds the entirety of the rigid body, the plurality of tubes and the at least two rigid hollow bases. A compressible packing material is disposed inside of the fabric covering and outside of the rigid body, the plurality of tubes and/or the at least two rigid hollow bases. The fabric covering resembles an animal. At least one of the plurality of tubes represents an arm, a leg, a neck, a tail or a horn of the animal.

Abstract: An adjustable counterweight for a yo-yo allows for the addition or subtraction of weight plates in a midsection of the counterweight assembly. The counterweight includes a first portion having at least one post, a second portion having at least one post, at least one weight plate having at least one aperture, and a bore that extends through the first portion and the second portion, and is configured to receive a fastener. The at least one weight plate is disposed between the first portion and the second portion.

Abstract: The animation puppet includes a body core, a head configured for friction-fit engagement with the body core and forming a head joint therebetween, a pair of upper limbs configured for friction-fit engagement with the body core and forming a respective pair of upper limb joints therebetween, and a pair of legs configured for friction-fit engagement with the body core and forming a respective pair of leg joints therebetween. Each of the joints include a pair of articulable surfaces in said friction-fit engagement by way of a surface interface pre-tension having a coefficient of friction relatively greater than the weight of the animation puppet such that each joint independently supports the weight of the animation puppet while simultaneously permitting relative independent position posing of one or more of the head, the pair of arms, and/or the pair of limbs relative to the body core for stop-motion animation.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a more adapt and accessible messaging system. In some aspects, the present disclosure relates to a messaging system that allows users to prerecord messages for future or real time use. Allowing users to communicate emotional messages, both visually and audially to relay feedback to both users. In some embodiments, the system may be useful to help with mental issues, self-esteem problems and other personal issues, non-limiting examples. In some implementations, the device may provide instant messages from one message device to another message device.

Each tile is joined in this way with a similar tile, forming structures in space. The 3D tile can be used to create structures of both aesthetic and utility nature.

Abstract: A bubble generating device that includes a housing having an outer surface and a motor and fan device positioned in the housing. The fan device may be operably coupled to the motor so that the motor, when activated, causes the fan device to rotate to generate an upward air stream within the housing. The bubble generating device may also include a trough for containing bubble solution and a spout protruding beyond the outer surface of the housing and configured such that bubble solution fed into the spout flows into the trough. A bubble generating assembly may be operably coupled to the motor, so that when the motor is activated the motor causes bubble generating members of the bubble generating assembly to move into contact with the bubble solution in the trough and then into alignment with the upward air stream to generate bubbles from the bubble solution.
