The handle hole (154) is offset from an exterior tubular portion (146) of the lid port (122) such that a flexible tube (114) engaged to the exterior tubular portion (146) and passing though the handle hole (154) is compressed by the compression member (152) in the sealed configuration.

Abstract: This invention relates to a storage container and to a stack of such containers, and in particular to a container for the storage of a number of similarly-sized articles such as compact disks or the like. According to the invention there is provided a storage container for compact disks or the like having a first connector part and a second connector part, the connector parts being adapted to interconnect the storage container with at least one adjacent storage container so that the container is stackable. There is also provided a stack of storage containers in which the first connector part of one storage container is interconnected with the second connector part of an adjacent storage container, and in which all of the storage containers in the stack are identically formed.

The lateral walls, as do those of the bottom and top, possess means of lateral and top interconnection with other containers of similar characteristics, including compatible recesses and salients and of reciprocal fit through initial, but not continuous pressure.

Abstract: An incrementally variable volume container includes a sectionalised side wall and a closed bottom end. Each section has a top rim with an external thread for engaging a threaded lid. A tear strip is integrally molded between each top rim and a next section of the container to permit the next section to be removed. The container is used to contain perishable liquid, semi-solid or granular food items. The sections can be detached and discarded as the food content is consumed, and the lid can be used to close any section in fluid tight seal. Air volume in the container above the food content is thereby reduced and the freshness of the food content is maintained.

Abstract: The invention is a portable container capable of holding paint cans, paint supplies, brushes, and paint-related tools. The container is shaped like a trapezoidal prism with the front and back being parallel and the top and bottom also being parallel to each other. The container on the top has a number of wells that allows for placement of cans of paint and other paint-related material, including brushes. There are also openings in the side where paint-related materials can also be placed as well as paint scrapers, hammers, hooks, and rags. On the back of the container are four hook-like devices that are designed to fit over the rungs of a ladder. When the painter uses the container he first places the ladder up against the building. He then fills the invention with the paint can and brushes he wishes to use. He picks up the invention, carries it up the ladder to the rung in which he wishes for the invention to be on and places it over that rung.

Abstract: A novel container for transport or storage of products such as bread, buns, or other goods. In one embodiment, there is provided a nestable container with a base and sidewalls that can be stacked in two positions for different products and can be nested when empty for compact storage. The container has levered positions for lifting out of each stacking position and into a corresponding sliding position. The sliding positions can be used to offset the container or containers from the stack and reduce the strain on the operator when lifting for destacking. Alternatively, the container can slide in the opposite direction for stacking in either position. Thus the operator can set the container down, offset from the stack, in the sliding position and slide into stacking position. Back strain can be reduced during stacking and destacking as the operator does not have to extend or lean over the stack to pick up or set down the containers.

Abstract: The present invention 10 discloses a plurality of beverage carrying cups which can be easily stacked. The beverage carrying containers have an insulated jacket 12 which substantially covers the exterior of the container providing insulated means for carrying hot liquids, as well as providing means for maintaining the temperature of the liquid. Further the beverage carrying containers have slidable rotatable retractable extendable handles 14. Each handle 14 is affixed to the container by rivet like members 16 located on the exterior upper portion of the container 10. The handle 14 in the retracted position conforms substantially to the exterior shape of the container. In the selectively extended position, the handle 14 slides down and is rotated into an upward operative position thereby enabling the user to carry the container 10 the handle 14.

The channel has a volume sufficient to receive a lower portion of a plastic film pouch wrapper disposed at least about a lower section of the inner casing as well as a pre-determined quantity of hot expandable liquid urethane placed therein in sufficient quantity to fill a space between the inner casing and an outer shell secured spaced about the inner casing when the urethane is expanded. The channel prevents the liquid urethane from flowing out of the lower portion of the wrapper located therein due to deterioration of the wrapper when exposed to the hot liquid urethane.

A lip protrudes axially outwardly from the radial outer edge of the edge flange of each housing portion around one half only of the periphery of each edge flange for overlapping engagement with the outer edge of the edge flange of an other housing portion when the edge flanges of two housing portions are placed in engagement with one another.

The tubular member is combined with an outer periphery of the paper cup body so as to come into contact with the paper cup body in contact portions provided on the at least one rib of the paper cup body and on an outer periphery of an lower end of the side wall of the shell member.

Abstract: A lid and clip combination for a child's drinking cup wherein the lid is permanently attached to a clip or conversely, the lid and clip are molded together to form a unitary construction. The lid is designed to secure to the top part of a cup which is designed to hold liquid. The cup, and therefore the lid, is of a size and shape suitable for small children. The lid comes in various sizes all of which are designed with the express purpose of securing the various lids to cups especially designed for children. The clip also comes in various shapes and designs and is made of a flexible material such as a flexible plastic and serves the same purpose as a clip for a pager or cell phone. The bottom part of the clip is rounded to prevent puncture either to the child's clothing or skin. The lid has a specialized drinking spout which is raised above the generally horizontal surface of the lid. The raised drinking spout has drinking holes therein which provide a way to extract the liquid from the cup.

Abstract: A convertible pastry storage container construction (10) that has one configuration adapted to store loose pastries (101) in different compartments and another configuration that can store a box of pastries (100). The construction includes a lid member (30) hingedly connected to a receptacle member (20) which defines a receptacle chamber (26) dimensioned to receive a box (100) of pastries. The interior of the receptacle member (20) is provided with a plurality of partition members (50) moveable from a vertical upright position to a stored position.

The handle main body including a recess defined in a side thereof. The handle main body further includes a first clamping portion formed on a first end thereof and a second end for grasp. The handle cover is mounted to the handle main body for covering the side having the recess. The handle cover includes an opening. Then actuator is mounted in the recess of the handle main body and slidable along a longitudinal direction of the handle main body. The actuator includes a first end and a second end with an extension extended beyond the opening of the handle cover for manual operation. The actuator further includes a hole in a mediate portion thereof. A button includes an enlarged head and is mounted in the hole of the actuator and biased toward the handle cover by a first elastic member.
