Abstract: The disclosure herein relates to methods and systems of that facilitate instant payment of invoices based on automatic, intelligent, predictions that a buyer will approve an invoice without express input by the buyer. For example, a system may determine a probability that an invoice will be approved for payment by a buyer with express approval from the buyer. Once an invoice is automatically approved for payment, the system may employ various automated systems to facilitate payment to suppliers without the need for suppliers to extract virtual card data or other payment information from email payment requests or other invoice payment requirements to receive payment. For example, the system may generate calls to automatically generate virtual card numbers on behalf of buyers and submit payment messages for payments to suppliers using the virtual card numbers.

Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed for the deposit, withdrawal, and reuse of currency for transactions. According to disclosed embodiments, an intelligent teller machine (ITM) is configured to receive currency as payment for a transaction, to calculate and dispense any change due, and to request that the net value of the transaction (e.g., the revenue) be deposited into the financial account of the business. The currency received by the ITM is also available to make change for future purchase transactions.

Abstract: Disclosed are methods and systems for payment card transactions, where a Card Verification Value (CVV) or Card Verification Code (CVC) is generated dynamically as part of a tokenized session.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for extending dialogue between a mobile device and a point-of-interaction (POI). One example computer-implemented method includes receiving, by a conduit server, from the POI, via a first connection between the conduit server and the POI, a request for an extended connection between the POI and the mobile device, and notifying a host server of the request. The method then includes receiving, from the mobile device, via a second connection between the conduit server and the mobile device, an identifier for the mobile device and pairing, based on the identifier, the first and second connections, to establish a wireless connection between the POI and the mobile device, via the conduit server. The method further includes submitting a wake-up call to the mobile device, whereby the mobile device publishes the identifier to establish a wireless connection directly between the POI and the mobile device.

Abstract: A method for facilitating payment transactions includes receiving, by a server, a flash code request indicative of a transaction amount. A flash code associated with the transaction amount is communicated by the server to the payer device. The flash code is encoded into a flash pattern at the payer device and communicated to a payee device of a payee for executing a payment transaction between the payer and the payee. A first request for the payment transaction is received by the server from the payee device. The first request includes the flash code obtained by decoding the flash pattern at the payee device. The flash code included in the first request is validated by the server. Based on successful validation of the flash code, the transaction amount is deducted from a payer account of the payer and credited to a payee account of the payee.

Abstract: An example computing system is configured to (i) receive, via a client station, a user request to create a financial data object for a given construction project; (ii) cause the client station to present, via a graphical user interface (GUI), a set of one or more currency options for the financial data object; (iii) receive an indication that a first currency has been selected for the financial data object; (iv) based at least on a user permission level, determine a set of one or more exchange rate options for converting from the first currency to a second currency; (v) cause the client station to present the determined set of one or more exchange rate options; and (vi) create the financial data object, wherein the created financial data object includes data indicating (1) the first currency and (2) a given one of the set of one or more exchange rate options.

Abstract: A method of selling a good or service online includes creating a price tagged image including a visualization of the good or service and a visual code including information regarding the good or service and configured to be interacted with by a buyer of the good or service, sharing the price tagged image to an online platform, redirecting a buyer of the good or service to a transaction system provided independently of the online platform following an interaction of the buyer with the visual code corresponding to the good or service based on the information of the visual code, and negotiating a transaction between the buyer and a seller regarding the good or service corresponding to the visual code interacted with by the buyer via use of the transaction system.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for settlement and delivery of cash settled futures contracts overlying open-ended mutual fund shares with optional delivery of mutual fund shares when physical settlement is elected. On the last date of the contract, a party which has an open position in the contract tenders the clearing organization a request to elect optional physical settlement of a specified number of shares of the mutual fund in additional to the standard cash settlement of those contracts. The clearing organization, upon acceptance and when it is certain of the requestor's final position in the futures contract, it processes the election request against the requestor's final position and possibly submits an order on behalf of the requestor to the investment company which manages the mutual fund to purchase or redeem shares of the open-ended mutual fund in a quantity roughly the size of the requestor's final contract position.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for retrieving insurance information of an insurance customer at a mobile device. An insurance information token may be affixed to a vehicle and scanned by an optical input device of the mobile device. The optical input device may thus obtain optical input corresponding to the insurance information token. The insurance information of the insurance customer may be retrieved based on the optical input and presented at a display device of the mobile device upon retrieval. The mobile device may also provide a message to an insurance system indicating that the insurance information token was scanned. Telematics information may also be analyzed in response to receipt of the message to determine whether to automatically create an insurance claim for the customer.

Abstract: A system for displaying customized mobile content to users at a venue via a user device, includes a server system in conjunction with a plurality of machine-readable codes mounted within the venue. The server system performs the following steps: providing mobile content in a database; collecting user data associated with the user; receiving a request from one of the user devices, the request being generated by scanning one of the machine-readable codes with the user device; determining the user data associated with the user who scanned the machine-readable code; selecting, based upon the user data, customized mobile content from the mobile content in the database; and providing the customized mobile content to the user device.

Abstract: A device receives a transaction request concerning a transaction and a transaction card from a transaction terminal, and determines, based on the transaction request, information concerning the transaction card. The device sends, based on the transaction request and to a user device, a query concerning possession of the transaction card by a user of the user device, where the query includes an instruction for the user to confirm possession of the transaction card via a component of the user device. The device receives, from the user device and after sending the query to the user device, a response concerning possession of the transaction card by the user, and determines, based on the response and the information concerning the transaction card, whether the user has possession of the transaction card. The device performs, based on determining whether the user has possession of the transaction card, at least one action.

Abstract: A first request to conduct a transaction via a mobile application is received from a user of the mobile application. In response to the receiving of the first request, a first portion of a transaction flow is rendered on a graphical user interface of the mobile application. A determination is made that the mobile application is unable to render a second portion of the transaction flow. In response to the determining, a second request is sent to a server to provide details for the second portion of the transaction flow. After the sending, computer programming code is received. The computer programming code corresponds to the details of the second portion of the transaction flow. Based on the received computer programming code, the second portion of the transaction flow is rendered for the mobile application on the mobile device.

Abstract: There are provided systems and methods for dynamically linking machine-readable codes to digital accounts for loading of application data. A user may engage in a transaction with another user, such as a purchase of goods, services, or other items a merchant using a physical payment card. A machine-readable code may be provided on the payment card, where the machine-readable code may be dynamically linked to underlying data with an online transaction processor. The user may provide the payment card to another user that may capture the machine-readable code on the payment card. The other user's device may then utilize the machine-readable code with the online transaction processor to perform an account lookup using database information dynamically linked to the machine-readable code. Thereafter, the other user's device may automatically load account data for the account without having the user enter the account's identifier.

Abstract: A system and method are provided for prioritized automated trading. One example method may include receiving a plurality of parameters, where each parameter has an order-related action associated with a trading strategy, and then detecting one or more events that trigger a plurality of order related actions. The method then includes determining priority levels in relation to a plurality of triggered order-related actions using at least one priority rule, and processing the plurality of triggered order-related action in an order associated with the determined priority levels.

Abstract: Symbols are used to represent payment accounts. The symbols may be programmed to represent accounts and the data for the accounts may be entered into appropriate fields when the symbol is selected. Once selected, account data is retrieved and is communicated to the proper field in the data entry screen. The account data is then used to complete the transaction.

Abstract: Various examples are directed to systems and methods for interfacing between a user and a computing device. The computing device may receive data describing a projected periodic savings amount and first expense data describing a first expense of the user. The first expense data may indicate an amount of the first expense and a first expense time when the first expense will be incurred. The computing device may display a graphical user interface at a display. The graphical user interface may comprise a savings shape having a size based at least in part on the projected periodic savings amount and a first expense shape having a size based at least in part on the first amount. The computing device may receive an instruction to place the first expense shape in the savings shape and may determine that the projected periodic savings amount is sufficient to fund the first expense at the first time.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided to process payments for subscribership within a membership platform. Exemplary implementations may: obtain benefit information for content creators of a membership platform; obtain payment processor information characterizing payment processing entities; obtain transaction information characterizing requested transactions between the content creators and the subscribers; determine which of the payment processing entities should process the requested transactions; execute the requested transactions using the payment processing entities; and/or perform other operations.

Abstract: A method for managing payment submissions includes receiving, at an acquirer computing system, an authorization request submitted by a merchant computing system for a transaction of a predefined amount, the merchant computing system being associated with a merchant, and the authorization request identifying account information for an account that is associated with a payment card network and an issuer processor; and re-transmitting the authorization request for less than the predefined amount and greater than a configurable threshold value, until the authorization request is approved by the issuer processor or until the authorization request falls below the configurable threshold value.

Abstract: Systems and methods for improving the liquidity and distribution network for luxury and other illiquid items are provided. These systems and methods preferably include the trading of futures and options contracts, which will provide the liquidity and distribution network for luxury items. Possible embodiments of these systems and methods include the trading of futures and options contracts for diamonds and wine. Another embodiment of this invention preferably includes generating indexes for diamond prices, wine prices, luxury item prices, housing values, mortgage prepayments, privately-held companies or for anything with from sufficiently liquid points of value. Another embodiment of this invention preferably includes a centralized data base for retrieving closing and current auction prices for determining the value of, and best method for the auctioning of various items. The data provided by this data base would improve liquidity by creating greater price transparency.
