Abstract: Systems, methods, and storage media for interfacing at least one smart contact stored on a decentralized architecture with external data sources are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: receive service level information from a user; publish, by an on-chain order-matching contract, a log representing the required attributes; receive, by the on-chain order-matching contract, bids from plural external data sources based on the log of the required reputation attributes; and select, by the on-chain order-matching contract, more than one of the plural external data sources as selected data sources and notifying the selected data sources, whereby the selected data sources can be used collectively to provide information requested by the at least one smart contract.

Abstract: A system for and methods of monitoring and reporting water consumption is provided. The system includes a sensor for detecting field fluctuations associated with a water meter of a water system. The system detects, tracks, and analyzes fluctuations so as to correlate one or more water event with its source(s), such as by determining a start time, end time, volume, and/or cadence associated with the water event. Information associated with the field fluctuations is parsed out to identify fingerprints associated with a variety of water events. The system includes a “decisioning engine” for determining one or more course of action following identification of one or more water event. Courses of action include triggering or invoking a variety of system functions, including: providing an alert or other notification; flagging or otherwise reporting information, including budget and/or consumption information; updating a budget; aggregating information; or the like.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes receiving a vehicle condition query via a computer network and retrieving condition data corresponding to a vehicle from a vehicle condition database. Further, the method includes determining a condition of the vehicle based on a collective analysis of the condition data, where the condition of the vehicle includes a market value of the vehicle and an overall quality level of the vehicle, and receiving a geographic location of a computing device. Still further, the method includes generating a vehicle condition report, where the vehicle condition report includes an interactive image of a first set of one or more visual condition descriptors indicative of the condition of the vehicle. Moreover, the method includes customizing the vehicle condition report according to the climate associated with the geographic location for the computing device, and communicating the vehicle condition report to the second computing device.

Abstract: A system and a method provide a lead verification service. A lead generator contacts a verification server when a visitor lands on a hosting site of the lead generator to enter lead information into a form. The verification server issues a reference key (token) to the lead generator and collects information about the visitor and the hosting site of the lead generator, using the reference key to identify the collected information. When the visitor submits the form, the lead generator sends the form data, which includes the entered lead information and the reference key received from the verification server, to at least one interested party. When the verification server receives a request for the collected information from the interested party, the collected information is retrieved based on the reference key included in the request and sent to the requesting interested party.

Abstract: Embodiments of search systems that leverage the search or access activities of a core group of users to improve search functionality and performance of such search systems are disclosed. Specifically, embodiments may utilize users' search activity to generate clusters of users and associated labels for those clusters. These clusters can be leveraged during a search to generate suggestions for a user conducting the search.

Abstract: A portable remote processing apparatus facilitates various aspects of a transaction, such as a real estate property transaction. A seller of the real estate property can use the portable remote processing apparatus to prepare a walk-through of the property for prospective buyers, to configure the property for a showing, and/or to interact with a buyer device to negotiate a sale of the real estate property. Typically, the portable remote processing apparatus communicates with a remote server device, thereby limiting the amount of hard coding in the apparatus and improving the processing capability of the apparatus.

The contemplated system encourages water conservation by allowing those owning water rights to determine the feasibility of changed farming practices intended to maximize net returns and profitability of their overall farming operations.
