Typically, the portable remote processing apparatus communicates with a remote server device, thereby limiting the amount of hard coding in the apparatus and improving the processing capability of the apparatus.

Abstract: Vehicle recorder systems are arranged in configured with a video camera, light-weight memory systems, and radio communications facility suitable for use in conjunction with an automobile. An automobile equipped with these video recorder systems used normally throughout the service today, provides a video record of unusual events which may occur from time-to-time. Events such as accidents, near-miss incidents, driving of use, among others, trigger a system to preserve video images collected before and after the moment of the event. Replay of these images yield information regarding cause and true nature of the event. These systems are particularly arranged about, and in support of fleet use of vehicles. That is, groups of vehicles are arranged and coupled together whereby a plurality of such vehicles may communicate with a common system providing a fleet manager advanced fleet management tools.

Abstract: A system and method for conducting forensic investigations by investigators on an investigations field using a mobile device. A digital search warrant is downloaded to the mobile device prior to conducting the forensic investigation. The digital search warrant defines the search parameters of the search to be conducted, including key terms, file types, and the like. The mobile device is coupled to a target device in the investigations field that is the subject of the forensic investigation. The mobile device parses the digital search warrant and automatically identifies and collects data from the target device based on the parsed digital search warrant. The automatically identifying and collecting of the data is done without modifying a state of the target device to retain forensic integrity during the investigation process.

Abstract: A system and method for generating an aggregate document comprised of at least one sub-document. The system comprises a document management system on a first computing device connectable over a network with a user computing system on a second computing device remote from the first computing device. The document management system on the first computing device has access over the network to a plurality of databases including an aggregate document database, a license database, and a document repository database. Each of the first computing device and the second computing device have software code operationally installed thereon for effecting instructions for controlling certain aspects of each computing device. The software code on the first computing device is operational at least for controlling hardware components of the first computing device to create a builder subsystem configured to enable a user to generate at least one aggregate document.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed toward systems and methods for customizing an electronic communication to include an option to make an online donation to a charitable cause, based on evaluating donation histories, and providing the customized communication to one or more recipients. When the visitor submits the form, the lead generator sends the form data, which includes the entered lead information and the reference key received from the verification server, to at least one interested party. When the verification server receives a request for the collected information from the interested party, the collected information is retrieved based on the reference key included in the request and sent to the requesting interested party.

Abstract: Systems and methods for enforcing compliance with fiduciary responsibilities related to the administration of a retirement plan are disclosed. The systems and methods include accessing compliance requirements corresponding to the fiduciary responsibilities related to administration of the retirement plan by a fiduciary. Upon accessing the requirements, compliance tasks are extracted in an example implementation. Once compliance tasks are extracted from the requirements, due dates for the compliance tasks are determined based on dates associated with the compliance requirements, or in some examples based on date chosen by a fiduciary. The compliance tasks are then stored in a database, in an example. The systems and methods then monitor the one or more compliance tasks and send alerts based on monitored activities. Finally, in an example implementation, responses to the alerts are tracked to determine whether any follow up action needs to be triggered.
