  • Patent number: 11641549
Abstract: Disclosed is a sounding device, including a frame, a vibration system, and a magnetic circuit system. The vibration system includes a diaphragm, a framework, a voice coil, and an elastic conductor. The elastic conductor includes an elastic conductor body, a connection arm, and a pad portion. The connection arm includes a first connection portion, a first bending portion, a second connection portion, a second bending portion, and a third connection portion. A covering film is attached to inner and outer surfaces of the connection arm, and the covering film is moved from inside and/or outside surfaces of the first bending portion and the second bending portion. Removal of the covering film reduces the stress on inner and outer surfaces of bent areas, stabilizes bending angles, reduces springback, and makes pad positions precise.

  • Patent number: 11617042
Abstract: An acoustic transducer for generating electrical signals in response to acoustic signals, comprises a first diaphragm having a first corrugation formed therein. A second diaphragm has a second corrugation formed therein, and is spaced apart from the first diaphragm such that a cavity having a pressure lower than atmospheric pressure is formed therebetween. A back plate is disposed between the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm. One or more posts extend from at least one of the first diaphragm or the second diaphragm towards the other through the back plate. The one or more posts prevent each of the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm from contacting the back plate due to movement of the first diaphragm and/or the second diaphragm towards the back plate. Each of the first corrugation and the second corrugation protrude outwardly from the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm, respectively, away from the back plate.

  • Patent number: 11617039
Abstract: A planar magnetic driver including a radiating surface having a trace-free central region is described. The driver has a magnet defining an acoustic opening on a central axis. A diaphragm of the planar magnetic driver is held by mounts having a mounting profile around the central axis, and the diaphragm includes a radiating surface facing the acoustic opening. An innermost conductive trace on the diaphragm extends around a central region of the radiating surface within a magnetic flux of the magnet such that no conductive traces are on the central region. A radial distance between the innermost conductive trace and the mounting profile is less than another radial distance between the innermost conductive trace and the central axis. Accordingly, an excursion range of the diaphragm along the central axis is greater than a gap distance between the conductive trace and the magnet. Other aspects are also described and claimed.
