Abstract: A content presentation system is disclosed for composing a visual scene for an audience using content contained in a storage device, and storing the visual appearance of the scene for later retrieval and recreation by the presentation system. Scenes are recalled in a manner that permits further manipulation of the scene during the live presentation. Scenes can furthermore be recalled in random order, or cued to time-based media such as video, modifying existing elements in the staging area to the extent necessary to recreate the stored scene.

Abstract: A hybrid User Interface (UI) apparatus for supporting both handwriting and speech in a user terminal and a method for supporting the same are provided. The apparatus is configured to display, upon user selection of a whole or of part of the contents of a note on a screen, menu icons for processing the selected contents, and process, upon user selection of one of the displayed menu icons, the selected contents by a function corresponding to the selected menu icon.

Abstract: A user terminal device and a method for displaying on a user terminal device. The method includes displaying a first screen, detecting a user interaction to rotate the first screen while the first screen is displayed, and in response to the detected user interaction, displaying the first screen in a rotated state in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction at a predetermined angle and displaying a second screen related to the rotated first screen on at least one of a plurality of corner areas of the user terminal device.

Abstract: A system that generates a portal web site that includes a plurality of reusable components defines, for each reusable component, metadata for each event raised and generates event wiring for the portal web site. In response to an event being raised by a producer component, the system makes the event available to all consumer components on the portal web site by generating an event context storage. The system then configures each consumer component based on the event.

Abstract: A flexible display apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a display unit which displays information on a screen, wherein the display unit is configured to allow the screen to be enlarged or reduced; a sensing unit which detects the size of the screen; and a control unit which displays first information in a first area corresponding to a first distance on the screen of the display unit, enlarges the screen by a second area corresponding to a second distance, and displays, in the second area, second information that is associated with the first information in a time-series manner.

Abstract: Systems and methods for facilitating user interaction with a simulated object that is associated with a physical location in the real world environment is herein disclosed. In one aspect, embodiments of the present disclosure include a method, which may be implemented on a system, of identifying the simulated object that is available for access based on location data. The location data can include a location of a device in a time period, the device for use by a user to access the simulated object. One embodiment includes, verifying an identity of the user; and in response to determining that the user is authorized to access the simulated object, providing the simulated object for presentation to the user via the device.

Abstract: A method for operating a milling machine is disclosed. The method includes receiving an input identifying a leg of a plurality of legs of the milling machine. Further, the method includes determining a height of the leg based on the receiving of the input identifying the leg. The height of the leg being determined based on position data of the leg. The position data being obtained by a first sensor. Further, the method includes determining, by the controller and based on the determining the height of the leg, that a height of other legs of the plurality of legs is to be adjusted. Thereafter, the method includes adjusting the height of the other legs of the plurality of legs to the height of the leg. The height of the other legs being adjusted based on the determined height of the leg.

Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for sharing or recreating a state from a mobile device. For example, a mobile application state identifier can include a protocol identifier, a target task component associated with a mobile application executing when the application state identifier is generated and a sub-task component related to a user-interface active in the mobile application when the application state identifier is generated. The application state identifier can also include a user input component reflecting actions taken by a user during execution of the mobile application. A method can include generating, on a first mobile device, an application state identifier and transmitting the application state identifier to a second mobile device, wherein the second mobile device opens a mobile application associated with the target task to a user-interface corresponding to the sub-task component in response to receiving the application state identifier.

Abstract: According to examples, an apparatus may include a processor and a non-transitory computer readable medium storing machine readable instructions. The instructions may cause the processor to access a plurality of widgets, in which each of the plurality of widgets includes a data value. The instructions may also cause the processor to identify a widget of the plurality of widgets including a data value that has changed over time by an amount that exceeds a pre-defined threshold as a widget-of-interest and output a notification regarding a suggestion for the widget-of-interest to be displayed on a user dashboard.

Abstract: A system and method for facilitating automatic execution of user interaction in a virtual space are disclosed. For such facilitations, interactions initiated by users may be monitored and examined. The examination of the user interactions may be made based on various parameters that depend on user interaction levels in the virtual space. Based on results of such examinations, user interactions to be automatically executed in the virtual space while the users are not participating in the virtual space may be determined. In some examples, such determinations may be based on the user interaction levels in the virtual space and/or one or more virtual items and/or real-world currencies spent by the users for the automatic execution of the user interactions.

The system further includes determining a user interface (UI) event associated with the request, creating and storing a UI event entry based on the UI event, obtaining the application UI interaction profile (AUIP) associated with the user, obtaining a modified UI screen, where at least a portion of a default UI screen is modified based, at least in part on the AUIP, and providing the modified UI screen to the requesting entity.

Abstract: A method is disclosed herein for sharing documents with individuals determined to be participants in an interaction or meeting. The method includes identifying a document of a first user of a first user device, the document being associated with an interaction, and determining a plurality of participants with whom the document is to be shared, wherein the determining of the plurality of participants with whom the document is to be shared comprises adding a set of scheduled attendees of a calendar event to the plurality of participants, detecting a second user device of a second user, the second user device located proximal to the first user device of the first user, and adding the second user to the plurality of participants. The method further includes providing access to the document to the plurality of participant, and providing a representation of each participant of the plurality of participants for presentation on the first user device.

Abstract: A method and system. In response to receiving a click on a first link included in a parent webpage being displayed on a graphical user interface (GUI) on which a parent tab associated with the parent webpage is displayed: a new tab corresponding to the first link is created, the new tab is displayed on the GUI, the parent webpage is replaced by a new webpage associated with the first link, and a screenshot of the parent webpage is generated and saved to a tooltip attribute of the new tab. A cursor of a pointing device hovering above the new tab is detected. The screenshot is retrieved from the tooltip attribute and persistently displayed on the GUI. During displaying the screenshot and with the hovering above the new tab no longer occurring, a click on the screenshot is received and in response, the parent webpage in the GUI is reopened.

Abstract: Systems, methods and computer storage media for providing three-dimensional content within search are provided. In particular, three-dimensional content is provided in combination with two-dimensional search results in response to a search query. The three-dimensional content is rendered such that it can be interacted with by a user. User interactions with either the three-dimensional content or the two-dimensional search results cause updated three-dimensional content and/or two-dimensional search results to be rendered.

Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product provide the ability to structure an interactive and dynamic display of hierarchically organized media content. A library of the media content is acquired. The hierarchical structure of the content is graphically represented utilizing text corresponding to the hierarchical levels with a child level represented below and indented from a parent level. The content is graphically represented using (thumbnail) images that are left justified with respect to a highest hierarchical level, and directly below the text corresponding to the containing level. As scrolling of the media content is performed, the display is dynamically updated by sliding the images until all of the representative images have slid off, at which point, the text for the containing level slides under its own parent, leaving text corresponding to sibling levels of the containing level displayed.

Abstract: A terminal device having a dual touch screen capable of controlling a content is disclosed. The terminal device displays at least one content to a display unit. A processor coupled to the terminal is configured to checking content mapped to an area at which a touch event is detected and released from the dual touch screen including a first touch sensor and a second touch sensor and to control the content according to the touch event.
