Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for generating and sharing a document with individuals determined to be participants in an interaction or meeting. A first device of a first user receives a selection to create a document for the interaction. The device searches for data associated with the interaction and determines the participants in the interaction based on the data and on proximity of other users or user devices. A document including information from the data associated with the interaction is created for the interaction. An access control list for the document is assigned which includes the participants determined to be in the interaction. The document is then shared with the participants according to the access control list.

Abstract: Provided are a method, computer program product and computer system for displaying webpage information of a parent tab associated with a new child tab on a graphical user interface. The method includes the following steps: opening a link for identifying a new tab in a new webpage from a parent webpage; creating the new tab; recording a position of the link; capturing a screen of the parent webpage to generate a screenshot; highlighting the link in the screenshot; and saving the screenshot with the highlighted link to a tooltip attribute of the new tab.

Abstract: An image forming apparatus comprises: a display which allows users to connect a first icon to a second icon on a first screen and is capable of displaying the first screen with a still image of the first icon in motion and a second screen matching an event; a completion detector which detects completion of the connecting operation; a processor which performs an operation predetermined for the first and second icon when the connecting operation is completed; an event detector which detects occurrence of an event during the connecting operation; and a controller which performs, if an event occurs before completion of the connecting operation, a control operation consisting of: storing composition information of the first screen with a still image of the first icon in motion; interrupting the first screen; and reproducing the first screen after disappearance of the second screen on the basis of the composition information.

Abstract: A device displays a listing of items in an item data display area on a display. The device receives an indication of a pinch gesture from a touch-enabled screen and scales a facet of the item data to produce a scaled-facet listing responsive to the pinch gesture. The device scales by modifying a degree of a characteristic corresponding with a facet of the item data displayed in the scaled-data display area in an increasing amount responsive to the pinch-in gesture. The modifying further comprises producing a scaled-out listing implemented as an updated portion of item data having a temporal indicator that is later than an initial display of item data by an amount proportional to a magnitude of a pinch gesture characteristic corresponding to the pinch-in gesture. Finally, the device displays the scaled-facet listing as an updated set of item data.

Abstract: This disclosure describes systems and methods that enable users to easily take action on objects through use of a contextual menu. The contextual menu may be independent of the application and/or device through which the object is accessed and allows the user to perform actions with respect to an object. The selected action may be locally performed and/or performed at a location remote from the client device.

Abstract: Techniques for providing improved typeahead features are described. According to various embodiments, it is determined that a user has specified, via a user interface, a first metric term. A list of one or more suggested operators associated with the first metric term is then generated and displayed, and it is determined that the user has selected one of the suggested operators. Thereafter, a list of one or more suggested metric terms associated with the selected operator is generated and displayed, and it is determined that the user has selected a second metric term from the suggested metric terms. Thereafter, a custom metric definition data entity that references information defining a custom metric is generated, the information specifying that metric values associated with the custom metric are generated by processing metric values associated with the first metric term and the second metric term based on the selected operator.

Abstract: A social networking system generates a friendship page that displays social graph data common to two or more social networking system users. A user requests the page by identifying two or more social networking system. The social networking system obtains social graph data common to the identified social networking system users and generates a friendship page containing that social graph data. The obtained social graph data may include interactions between each of the identified user and/or social networking system objects with which each of the identified users has interacted. Examples of the types of social graph data may include photos, videos, communications, content items, events, locations, friends, family members, biographical data, and location data. The friendship page may be displayed to the requesting user in a web browser or in a native application.

Abstract: A navigation system for navigating a three-dimensional (3D) scene that includes a model or object with which a user can interact. The system accommodates and helps both novice and advanced users. To do this, the system provides a first contact tool graphic that introduces a user to the types of navigation tools, their uses and the capabilities of their action tools. A graphical user interface is played on a display when a user initially starts navigation operations for navigating a three dimensional scene.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for preventing unintentional GUI control advances. In an embodiment of the invention, a method for preventing unintentional graphical user interface (GUI) control advancing associated with an auto-advance feature can be provided. The method can include defining a threshold time period, selecting a GUI control in a GUI for which auto-advancement is enabled, receiving complete input for the selected GUI control, and suppressing a manual directive to advance to a next ordered GUI control in the GUI responsive to the manual directive being received within the threshold time period between the receipt of the complete input and the manual directive.
