Abstract: The present invention relates to a child wrap, which may be in the form of a continuous piece of fabric and include a center panel, left and right shoulder straps, a bottom strap, and left and right panels, at least one of which is elongated. The panels preferably attach to one another via hook and loop fasteners as they wrap around the child. Preferably, the child's arms are free while wearing the wrap.
Abstract: A belt clip assembly is disclosed. The belt clip assembly includes a device retainer having a first retainer defined to retain a clip pin. The belt clip assembly further includes a clip coupled to the device retainer via the clip pin and the clip includes a detent and the clip is further defined to retain a tab pin. A tab is coupled to the clip via the tab pin, the tab being rotatable about the tab pin. Wherein the device retainer is initially rotatable about the clip pin independent of rotation of the tab about the tab pin. Additionally, the rotation of the device retainer about the clip pin results in a finite displacement of the device retainer.

Abstract: A bag carrier having an adjustable shoulder strap affixed to a ring positioned at about the user's hips. The carrier has a clip that removably attaches to the ring. The carrier has one or more hooks to support the handles of a shopping bag. The hooks may have protrusions to hold the shopping bags better on the hooks. Abstract: A tool holding device for a wheelbarrow comprises an oblong handle channel with a longitudinal trough in which a substantial length of the tool handle is seated within multiple locking collars. Each of the locking collars comprise a u-shaped collar trough subtended by a deformable collar strip. When the tool handle is inserted into the channel trough, the collar strips wrap around the handle and cradle it tightly within the trough. The handle channel is connected through a channel flange to one of the sides or the back of the wheelbarrow tub either integrally or by attachment means in the channel flange.
Abstract: A storage device for a vehicle is disclosed. In one embodiment, the storage device has an exterior housing, an interior container, and a scissor lift mechanism. The scissor lift mechanism is located within the exterior housing and is operatively connected to the interior container. The scissor lift mechanism has a raised position and a lowered position. The interior container is within the exterior housing when the scissor lift mechanism is in the lowered position. The interior container is at least partially located outside the exterior housing when the scissor lift mechanism is in the raised position. The scissor lift mechanism includes crossed bars that pivot about a bolt or pin in scissor-like fashion to raise or lower the interior container. An actuator pivots the cross bars to the raised position and is oriented and connected to the crossed bars to have an upward vertical force component throughout the raising operation.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are embodiments of a reinforcement or brace that can be installed on the tailgate of a vehicle. The reinforcement can provide structural support for heavier mounted objects, such as tires, as well as allowing for different attachment points. Abstract: A baggage restraint system for the containment of luggage and other personal or group articles, such as camping gear or sport equipment, to the confines of two or more successive seats in a commercial passenger vehicle, such as a school bus. The system comprises an enclosure, and the means by which it may be releasably secured to the vehicle cabin floor. The system's enclosure is constructed of tear-resistant fabric panels, as an essentially rectangular or forward-leaning, four-sided cuboid. The enclosure is shaped and dimensioned to envelope a predetermined number of seats in a target vehicle. The system's means of securement include: a plurality of depending loops, affixed along one or more of the enclosure's bottom and windows-side edges; a plurality of floor and sidewall anchor tabs; and a plurality of carabiners and adjustable straps, linking each anchor tab to one of the depending loops.
Abstract: A multi-tool holder is disclosed including an elongated planar member with a track configured to receive a multi-tool and tool clip.
