Abstract: The adjustable utility rack for trucks is a structure that removably attaches to a vehicle commonly referred to as a pickup truck. The adjustable utility rack for trucks creates a raised horizontal platform that is configured for use in carrying cargo. The dimensions of the adjustable utility rack for trucks are adjustable in the lateral, sagittal, and vertical directions such that the adjustable utility rack for trucks can be adjusted for both the dimensions of the pickup truck and the dimensions of the cargo. The adjustable utility rack for trucks comprises a plurality of sagittal rails, a plurality of lateral rails and a pedestal structure. The plurality of sagittal rails and the plurality of lateral rails support the transported cargo. The pedestal structure attaches the plurality of sagittal rails and the plurality of lateral rails to the pickup truck.

The back pack comprises a water proof base portion provided at the lower end of the back pack. The water proof base portion comprises at least an upwardly extending portion extending in a predetermined area on the front side of the back pack in a height direction of the back pack. The rain cover is adapted to cover only a part of the front side in a mounted state in such a way that at least portions of the back pack other than the water proof base portion are covered.

Abstract: A portable trifold organizer adapted for attachment to an automobile sun visor having a plurality of pockets, a plurality of compartments with elastic straps for securing items within the compartments, and two bifolds to facilitate the trifold design. The plurality of pockets and plurality of compartments have various dimensions to accommodate articles selected for storage, and the two bifolds may have spacer regions to enhance storage capacity of the organizer. The plurality of elastic straps within the compartments has various dimensions to secure a variety of items within the organizer. The trifold design allows the organizer to fold into a size that provides for storage in an automobile door pocket storage compartment. An elastic strap with Velcro end secures the organizer in its folded position by wrapping around the body of the folded organizer and attaching to a Velcro attachment patch on the rear side of the organizer.
