Abstract: Embodiments of the invention directed to systems and methods that allow for determining a transaction initiation mode used to conduct a transaction and applying a specific set of rules associated with the transaction initiation mode to the transaction. A transaction authorization request message is received at a server computer. The transaction authorization message is for a transaction between a consumer and a merchant and includes a plurality of data elements. The server computer determines a transaction initiation mode, from among at least three different transaction initiation modes, used to conduct the transaction based at least in part on the data elements. The server computer applies a specific set of rules associated with the transaction initiation mode to the transaction.

Abstract: A method of tracking and aggregating all Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) “shelf” registration and all capital market activity related to those shelf registrations. The method includes the steps of accessing a first database containing data associated with investment registrations, wherein the data is organized as a series of individual filings. The method further includes the steps of retrieving data from the first database associated with selected ones of the filings, organizing the data into tables based on at least one aggregate aspect of the data common to multiple filings, and storing the retrieved data in at least one table.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatus, and computer program products are provided for processing claims. In various embodiments, claims can be processed in accordance with a data-driven approach that limits changes to existing claims processing rules by using an inclusions table, an exclusions table, and/or a decision table as part of firing or executing claims processing rules to accommodate for such changes.

Abstract: A financial services center for use with a remote teller station. The financial services center comprises: a video interface for connecting to the remote teller station; and an ATM operable to dispense funds in response to commands received from (i) the remote teller station, and (ii) a transaction host. The ATM is operable to transmit a transaction update to the transaction host, where the transaction update provides information about funds dispensed in response to authorization from the remote teller station. This ensures that the transaction host receives information about funds dispensed in response to authorization received from each of the transaction host and the remote teller station.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and electronic system are provided in which payment information is exchanged between a buyer and seller. A user interface is provided that facilitates seller selection of an identified payment date and amount for early payment. The system operates on the seller selections to identify invoices that may be discounted based on seller selections and offers the discount to the buyer.

Abstract: An insurance quote system includes a database server, a web server and an insurance broker operatively coupled together. A plurality of insurance carrier computers are coupled with the web server through a telecommunication channel. A first computer interface of the insurance broker computer includes a data entry window having a plurality of data entry fields configured to receive data inputs including an insurance carrier identifier, an insurance form identifier, an insurance endorsement identifier, an insurance coverage issue, and a status score for the insurance coverage issue. A second computer interface includes a quote viewing window, and a third computer interface includes a form selection window configured to allow the user to select a plurality of insurance form identifiers and insurance endorsement identifiers referenced in a plurality of quotes. A report generation button on the third computer interface may be selected to generate a quote report based upon the referenced identifiers.

Abstract: A system for managing trading orders comprises a memory operable to store an order associated with a first price. The system further comprises a processor communicatively coupled to the memory and operable to identify a latency value. The processor is further operable to receive a counterorder and to identify a potential trade associated with the order and the counterorder, the potential trade based at least in part on the first price. If the latency value satisfies a configurable condition, the processor is further operable to initiate a configurable period of time. If the potential trade is not valid upon expiration of the configurable period, the processor is further operable to prevent the execution of the potential trade.

Abstract: A computer system for processing data for verification of vehicle repair estimates in connection with insurance claims includes an insurance claims database having data relating to insurance claims. One or more computer processors are configured to receive claim identifying data from a repair facility computer system; determine, based on the claim identifying data, an insurance claim associated with the claim identifying data; establish secure communication with the repair facility computer system; receive data indicative of a repair estimate associated with the insurance claim from the repair facility computer system; access an evaluation of the estimate based on a plurality of rules, compare the estimate to one or more thresholds, and forward the estimate to a claim handler system.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses and computer-readable media for receiving data associated with a structure or home are provided. Data may be received from an insurance provider, from publicly available sources and/or from a user. The data may include information about the structure and/or items within the structure, as well as a locality in which the structure is located, and/or other structures in the locality or neighborhood. The data may be used to assess items associated with the structure to determine a probability that an item may have an issue. Other aspects relate to receiving a request for assistance from a user in identifying a cause of an issue and remedying the issue. In some examples, the received data associated with the structure may be aggregated with data from the user about the issue in order to identify a cause of the issue and develop an action plan to address the issue.

Abstract: Embodiments presented herein describe systems, methods, and products that may maintain separate databases to provide for logical and physical separation of funds maintained in a single account database. The single account database may include a database record containing the entire balance of a user's funds, but systems, methods, and products may split the funds between several, physically separated sub-accounts that have balances related to the entire balance of the account by maintaining separate database records in the separate databases. The systems, methods, and products may receive requests for financial transactions, including credit and debit transactions, and may identify the target sub-accounts to process the requests, wherein the target sub-accounts are identified based on the information contained in the corresponding requests.

Abstract: The APPARATUSES, METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR A LOCKED-IN TRADE FACILITATION ENGINE (“LITF ENGINE”) provides and facilitates delivery of open futures positions, upon or before expiry, into financial instruments, such as currency-denominated fixed income market positions. The LITF ENGINE facilitates cash trade transactions produced upon expiration of currency-denominated interest rate and fixed income futures contracts such as U.S. Treasury futures. In one embodiment, the LITF ENGINE provides a delivery process for U.S. Treasury futures, where contracts that remain open after the close of trading on the last trading day of the delivery month may be automatically submitted as locked-in trades in the underlying U.S. Treasury securities eligible for settlement on a delivery vs. payment (DVP) basis on the next business day.

To list the item on an online marketplace website, for example, the selling user posts an item with a seller marketplace item management website by completing an online-item marketplace item creation form. The form requires input related to the item, such as a description, sale price or minimum bid, shipping instructions, and the like, and an image file or image file location illustrating the marketplace item. The seller marketplace item management server provides a marketplace administrator server the marketplace item data including original image file or image file location. The server contains a random image size generator that generates at least two additional images of the marketplace item for display in a seller marketplace item web page to advertise the marketplace item.

Abstract: An arbitrary number of custom catalogs for an arbitrary number of customers can be published from a single database of seller catalog data. Custom browse hierarchies can be generated for each of the custom catalogs. The custom catalogs are subsets of the catalog database, and are generated in accordance with a set of rules that defines the scope of the content of the custom catalog. The rule sets define a series of sequential searches by which a subset of the product SKUs contained in the database are returned. A primary hierarchy is maintained that can have a scope coextensive with the primary database. Custom browse hierarchies can be pruned to render their scope approximately coextensive with each subset. The custom catalog subsets and the custom browse hierarchies are generated periodically through a virtual publication process.

The transmission is a data packet that includes a unique identifier corresponding to the proximity broadcasting device. A proximity broadcasting system corresponding to the proximity broadcasting device is identified based on the unique identifier. At least one transaction data set corresponding to the proximity broadcasting system is selected from among a plurality of transaction data sets. The at least one transaction data set is prioritized above the remaining transaction data sets in a hierarchical order.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses and computer-readable media for receiving data from one or more sensors associated with one or more home devices, such as appliances, home systems, etc. are presented. In some examples, the data may be used to determine whether the home device is operating within an expected range. The data may also be used to determine an insurance rate or premium for a user associated with the home device(s). In some arrangements, the data may be used to determine an age of a home device, as well as a likelihood of failure of that device. This information may be used to determine or adjust insurance premiums or rates and/or provide incentives to users to repair or replace the home device(s).
